They were so kind and they accommodated around my schedule, I drove out to Bakersfield because my sister goes to this nail salon and nevertheless they're absolutely amazing! Went twice, and twice I had terrible manicures. Had to ask for my cuticles to be pushed and trimmed. Nails filed jagged. Acted annoyed when I asked for them to fix. Didn't ask if I was pleased after they were begrudgingly "fixed", I was just shuffled out the door. Will not be back. I will drive 20 miles to not go back.Read Less

2 days in a row I stop in for a polish change and get turned away because they don't have time. Today I'm told they don't take walk ins anymore. I enjoyed my pedicures here before but after today, NEVER AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful to me two days in a row. I'm done. All I wanted was a polish change and you don't have time? Very disappointing service in my opinion. We were told the wait would be twenty minutes, but thirty minutes later only two of the three kids were In a chair. I won't be returning, ever. Just be honest if you can't accommodate one adult and three kids, don't say that you can! Especially when one of the children is only six. Read Less

My friend and I went to just get a polish change in the morning and by lunch time we realized that all our fingernails had bubbles and ripples! We went back asking if they could fix our nails, since it appeared that maybe the polish was old or that something didn't settle well. Misty told us that she could fix it but the other lady rudely interrupted and  asked to see our nails. She claimed that we had left with wet nails and that the bubbles were actually "sparkles" from my purse! My purse doesn't even have sparkles,they are clearly bubbles! I came here by mistake thinking it was the nail salon that I looked up on yelp that is actually 2 doors down. Pros- Inexpensive- $44 for Gel Mani and Spa Pedi- Staff was friendlyCons- Spa Chairs super uncomfortable- Cleanliness seemed a little sketchy. But I like the places that show the cleaning stations and unwrap clean tools from plastic- Did not do a good job shaping my nails... My nails were all the same length when I came in but now two nails are significantly shorter.- A little messy with the gel polish...I ended up sanding down some sides when I got homeOverall, I wouldn't go back.
