If you just want plain polished acrylics this is the place to go to. They’re very good at shaping the nail exactly how you want. However, they’re not so up to date with their designs but for the price, you get an amazing set. Also, pedicures are so cheap and long lasting. They seemed annoyed that my friend and I even walked in the place. When my friend explained that she wanted a design the lady laughed and said she couldn’t do it. What nail salon can’t do a design, or at least attempt one. I felt insulted. They may have good long-time customers but they aren’t doing a very good job at making new ones. Read Less

This was my second visit to this location, the first time a friend of mine and I were in the area( her son had a birthday party in the area) so we stopped by here to get pedicures. The Polish lasted for well over a month and did not flake off like a lot places I have been to. We now will drive 25 miles to come to this place because they do a great job and the quality is very good as well! I haven't gotten a manicure in years, so I decided to treat myself on a day date with my sister. I went with a gel manicure and wanted to have a relaxing time. The nail tech I had was not very personable when I tried to strike up a conversation. As she was doing my nails, she filed my sides too short so now my nails are uneven. When she was painting the nails, she got the nail color on my skin and under my nails. I even noticed she used her own nail to attempt to wipe the nail polish off. I went in today to get a full set done. The work put in do build the nail was great. However, when she put on my color it was done in 3 very thick coats. It is obvious she rushed through the work, you can see every layer. I was hoping I would like the work and be able to go to them for my wedding next year. I had an issue with my gel polish, they didn't turn out how I had expected. Instead of hurting anyone's feelings (all nail techs were very sweet and social) I just went home and messaged them on Facebook to discuss my experience. (Usually a bad review would have been my go to) but I love this salon, and I realize everyone makes mistakes, and a little communication and great customer service will be more than satisfying. I think the lady who did my nails was named Cindy. I didn't mention it to her, but was heading out 2 days after having my gel manicure done to go backpacking, caving, and rock climbing. As in- I literally hiked 9 miles, pitched tents, crawled through mud, and clawed at rocks 4 days after the manicure and they STILL looked fresh after the trip- no chips or anything. I'm so impressed. The man who did my toes and nails today he sits at the 1st station was so rude, I asked him if I could try one color before he did all my nails and toes to make sure I liked it, he said no that takes too long and is too much work, you just use this color you pocked out, then after he rushed through painting my toes, they look like a 4 year old did my toes, he missed spots he didnt clean the polish off my skin, he complained when I asked him to just file my toenails instead of... cutting them. When we got to the nail table he told me the Polish I picked would only last 2 days and I should get gel done, I told him I didn't want gel and the last place that did my nails the Polish lasted 2 weeks, he said that wasn't true, I told him I wasn't lying about it he said well I'm just telling you when I paint your nails here with regular polish it won't last. So I guess he wanted me to know he does poor work. Once again he complained when I asked him to file my nails straight across he wanted to do my nails the way HE Wanted, I guess a paying customer doesn't get a say. I have never been treated so rudely anywhere and i will never go back and I will not recommended that place to anyone. Things were not labeled and he didn't have new nail files to use, I had to walk on my bare feet across the salon to wash my hands because he didn't want to waste a pair of disposable flip flops on me. Called at open this morning to request an appointment, they for me right in. When I got there I was immediately seated with the gel nail polish colors and all. Lily was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. Not sure if all technicians are this quick or lily is just proficient. This place is not up with the times. I called before coming here, the lady that answered the phone had very poor English; she had a customer get on the phone and answer my questions. I absolutely love getting pedicures here!! This guy is awesome! Takes his time.. & not only that (I don't want to offend anyone) but he's very quiet! Some other places I used to go to I always had to be attentive to what the lady was saying..or just talk too much that I couldn't be on my phone but this guy here is good!!! Want Gel Polish.....Don't go here! This place sucks. I went on a recommendation from someone that is a friend of a niece, was in town for her wedding and did not have time to get them done in advance. They only had about 12 color choices, I almost left then but did not really have time to look for somewhere else. It seemed that the person (there were only two in the shop) that did my nails did not really know how to do gel polish but at least she got them done and they were good for the wedding, that was on Saturday.I like gel because they last 3 weeks and don't chip or scuff off, they are GREAT and in my job that is something as I am a house keeper. Well when done right they last.. I did not even work that week until Wednesday and within 10 minutes of getting to work the first one totally peeled off, by the end of the week they were all gone. Didn't even last one week. I live out of town so I called and was told "She doesn't get the money for it the owner does" and then "you call back on Saturday I'm to busy for this" Wow thanks for the great customer service.
