We went here for pedicures and we did a different one than usual. Both us were very excited to try it, but the ladies moved really fast and we didn't feel we got the whole sixty minute process they show for that pedicurw. She said all of them came with a massage, but that didn't seem to be the case. They weren't not busy so we weren't sure why they rushed through it. The worst spa pedicure I have ever had! The guy was nice, but it was horrible! He cut me a few times. I was in and out in less than 20 mins for a "spa" pedicure. I wanted to relax and enjoy it after having a baby. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Read Less

Worst freaking place ever!! Went to get a fill today and they did a really horrible job the nails are all uneven the paint is crappy and the top coat peeled within the first 5 mins of leaving!!! I tried filing my nails but it's horrible I'm tempted to rip my nails off.. not worth the 30.00 for a freaking fill are you kidding me!! If I could give a negative star I would. Well been going here for a number of years. Went today they were not busy but they hurried when doing my feet. Heels looked really bad asked one of the girls if she could smooth them out she looked at them put some oil on them and walked away without saying a word. Was startled by the homeless man sleeping within a few feet of the front door, first of all. I wanted a manicure and barely got that. Put my hands in soapy water and that was it. Pressed on cuticles and then pretended to trim around my cuticles. Didn't see any remnants of a cuticle. Didn't use any lotion or massage my hands. That has never happened at a salon. As for the nail polish, I went on a Thurs. and it peeled off in sheets by Sunday and that was with a top coat. I wear gloves while working in the kitchen. Lousy! Wish I could find a decent place!!!! Upon my first time I had a good experience although I was a little surprised when I got nickel and dimed for every little thing, like filing my nails down... I went back for a pedicure and just asked for some glitter on my nails, no design just glitter, they charged me an extra $3 for glitter nail polish! Thought this place was ok the first couple of times I went in and I even overlooked a few things that bugged me. But after going tonight to get a fill I don't think I'll be back. They will literally nickel and dime you for any little thing. I literally witnessed a jerry springer argument go down between the guy who works there and one of the customers who was getting charged for every little thing. I love love love coming to this place for a manicure & pedicure. People complain that it doesn't look great & needs an upgrade but no one should judge a book by its cover! They sterilize their utensils & clean them profoundly. I've been coming with Tu for the past 5 years, she does the most fabulous job, cleans up your cuticles & clips & shapes your nail very nicely. Her sister La is a wizard with acrylic full sets, always love her to do my sets. I recommend this place 100%! Read Less

Just visited the new Marion location yesterday with my mom and it was a great experience. Our nails look amazing, the salon atmosphere is super relaxing (and very clean) and the people are incredibly nice! We don't have anything that compares to this nail salon...not even close. Last Thursday I got a girl who was very impatient with repairing my broken acrylic nails. She finally got another girl to take over my fill, and that girl rubbed my cuticles raw with the dremmel. My fingers are still painful three days later. I had been going there for fills for about six months but now my regular person is no longer there, and I keep getting these other rude girls, and now this time I was also injured.
