AWFUL. Went with a friend to get our nails done. I got a full set of acrylics, she got a gel manicure. Within a week, 6 of my nails were lifted/broke. My friends gel was peeling off. To top it off, I left an $8 tip for my nails that cost $25... and when the charge posted to my account the amount was $10. Shady business and I will never be back. Read Less

I followed my husband and sons' stylist here because she's totally worth it. She came from Great Clips to this salon so that her customers could make appointments. I couldn't be happier as it's so much easier for us. Kori is an amazing person. She is efficient and experienced. She cares about all of her clients and is very good with children. She is easy to talk to and get along with. She is invested in her clients, remembers what is going on in our lives, and truly cares. She is one of those people that you can instantly connect with as if you have known her your whole life. She has a great schedule. We can always find appointments with her that are convenient with our schedule. The salon is always clean. It is a very busy salon. The women who work here are always friendly. It is located conveniently close to my home, so that's a plus. I am so glad Kori moved here. It has been a great transition. I couldn't imagine having to find someone else to give my husband and boys haircuts. Hopefully she will be around for a long, long time. We wouldn't know what to do without her! Read Less

I love XO nails! I've been coming here for more than 2 years now, and they always do a fantastic job and are professional and friendly. I used to get acrylics, but they introduced me to dip nails, and I love how my real nails can stay healthy underneath! I really never leave bad reviews, but it's been years since I've gotten my nails done. I used to frequent XO Nails and was pleased... but not last week. I always thought when I got a full set of acrylic nails, they always cleaned up the cuticle as well? I got these nails and awful cuticles. I just expected more for 40 dollars and a good tip. Some of my acrylic nails are thick and shaped odd. I'm just not happy with them at all. I won't recommend XO anymore. Read Less

This is a small and very crowded beauty salon, but it is very busy and very popular which tells me that these people are good and they have a lot of customers.  They also take walk-ins which is a real plus for a lot of people.  I have never had my hair done here but I have manicures from a wonderful manicurist by the name of Rosa Dukes. She is excellent and she's very very fast; she gets me in and out really quickly. I have pink and whites done and they're gorgeous. I highly recommend her. Read Less

I came here on Saturday to have my hair done because it was the soonest appointment I could get anywhere. Norma did my hair. She was a very easy person to talk to and I enjoyed her company, however I would never recommend her to anybody. My appointment was at 3 and she didn't start on my hair until 4, then she didn't finish until almost 8 pm! She curled my hair and told me she would fix a "few small things" on Friday. As you can see in the pictures I've posted, these are major problems that I didn't notice through the curls. I'm gonna have to wear my hair up until I can get an appointment with a recommended stylist and ask for my money back. Read Less
