I get my eyebrows waxed here. Prices are good and staff is friendly. I appreciate how they take their time to accuratly shape my brows no matter how busy the salon is. It is also nice that they lay down paper on the waxing bed instead of having customers lay on a used sheet. Read Less

I've been here a couple times with a friend for pedicures but just recently started going alone for gel manicures. I have never waited for service and it never seems like they're rushing. I have not found that anywhere else in Bakersfield. The women working somehow remembered me and knew who I was just from my friend that brought me in the first time. The last time I was there I asked for a design and the manicurist took an hour getting the design perfect. She would paint it on and take it off until she felt like it was wonderful. It was slightly annoying that it took so long but also amazing that she had that much pride in her work and my nails. I will continue to go to this nail shop because I know it's clean and not super expensive and the women working there work hard. All pretty hard things to find at the nail places around town!! I came here for a full set of acrylics and pedicure prior to my wedding. The pedicure was great! Very relaxing and perfectly painted. i came here on a whim after i got my nails terribly done at another place and the staff was so nice and were able to squeeze me in that same day, i didn't catch the girl's name but she did an amazing job at fixing my acrylics! she made sure everything was perfect, she is a total life saver and i will definitely be returning soon! Where do I begin? I made an appointment for my wedding party of 8 a week before, she told me they would not call in more staff to help which was fine since it was a Wednesday. Although they had enough staff to take care of us they kept taking people even though there was not enough people to handle more. Long story short, I showed up at 5:15 and did not leave until 10pm, they did me last as the bride and my nails were HORRIBLE! I was SO tired and upset by the time I left I didn't say anything about the horrible job he did, $150 later. The next day I decided to call in, I told the manager I wasnt happy with my nails, they were rushed and it was my wedding and I wanted to get them redone that day, he told Me he thought they were good and didn't have time for me to come back in. When I got upset and told him it was my wedding he said he would just remove the polish. I ended up going to have them redone at a new salon, the lady fixing them could not even believe he allowed me to leave with how horrible they were. My wedding party was not happy with their nails either, it was a total waste of time and money, I will never go back. Also, I should have know when I was warned they take several hours to complete a full set. I do NOT suggest this place if you care about your time or nails. Read Less

I'm here on vacation and checked Yelp for a nail salon. This place had great reviews, so I went with it. Made a last minute appointment for noon today.Got there and was immediately greeted by Kim, who did my pedicure. She was sweet and great to chat with and always making sure I was comfortable. I love the job she did on my nails and will come back for sure when I'm back in the area. Downside was the very rude old woman two chairs down from me. This was not the salon's fault, she was way out of line and talking about the staff as if they couldn't hear her. I was so embarrassed for the lovely staff at this salon.Thanks again, Kim! Exactly the type of nail place I was looking for - clean and great location. I got the lovely pedicure which was lovely indeed. It included a leg massage with oil and hot stones. I called trying to get an appointment the same day for a gel manicure, pedicure and wax.  A male answered the phone (Andy possibly?) and was able to get me in.This was my first time visiting Beauti Nails.  I live down the street from this business but always went somewhere further to get my mani/pedi, etc.  When I walked in, everyone was smiling and welcomed me in, and I was in the pedicure chair within a couple minutes.Mary did my nails and eyebrow wax, and Lynn did my pedicure.  Oh my lord, let me tell you that pedicure was without a doubt one of the best pedis I have had in years!  I chose the hot stone pedi for $35, and it was HEAVEN!  First she does the regular trimming, and cleaning of toes.  Next is where the magic happens.  They scrub the bottom of your feet, massage your calfs and feet with a lavender scrub.  Next they do the manicure, which came out AMAZING!  But the best is for last.  The 10 minute hot stone massage feels so good, I almost fell asleep! Lastly, they wrap hot towels around your calfs, very relaxing. Mary was doing my gel manicure while I was having my pedicure done.  I had worn acrylics for a while, and my nails were really soft and bendable from the acrylics.  Mary listened to what my concerns were, and helped me choose the right color.  She did an amazing job, the best gel manicure I have had in years!  At the end of the manicure she gave me a 5-10 min. massage of both arms.  So relaxing!After manicure and pedicure, I had my eyebrows waxed by Mary as well and she did a fantastic job.  Again she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that.They have a customer for life with me and I am VERY picky about my nails, so if you can please me you can please anybody!No wonder this business has 5 star rating!  Excellent service and prices are in par with most salons, however this one goes above and beyond! From the minute I walked in everyone was SO friendly! I really appreciate good customer service and they did that 100%. As far as my gel nails goes. I am very picky about my nails and they did a great job! I am sold! So nice to find a good quality nail salon. Finally! Prices are very reasonable. Finally, one asked after we've been standing there for some time what we'd like done, we tell her and she just looks at us and doesn't tell us to sit down or what the wait would be. Best pedicure in town. Consistent, professional and exceptionally clean. The entire staff is kind to all who enter. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. There are a variety of services offered with fair pricing that is well worth the expense. Parking is a breeze. The wait time for walk-in clients is minimal. No matter who the technician is, you will be pleased with the services that you receive. Kimmie, Katie and Kevin are the absolute best!!! I tend to leave before my toes are dry and I invariably mess up the polish on a toe. They have kindly and quickly fixed the problem on the following day without hesitation. We're relatively new to the area and on a whim, stopped in shortly after we moved. Leon and Traci were able to get me in on the spot. The customers who were seated were obviously longtime regulars and that's a huge plus for me. My daughter and I love coming in together as a treat and they always treat her like a little princess.
