THE BEST! I've been here twice and both times my mani pedi have been PERFECT! Few callouts-1. Make an appointment 2. Be ready to spend 1-2 hours there 3. Everyone is so kind! The place is fairly new so everything is super clean4. They have SO MANY gel / nail polish colors to choose from 5. I've been coming here for the past 3 months. Each time I have been HIGHLY HIGHLY satisfied. I used to hardly ever get my nails done. Ever. 3 times a year at max. But this time is different. Why? Because of the awesome job they do and each time they outdo themselves. I hardly treat myself, but the past 3 months as I have been treating myself, they did a fantastic job, & excellent customer service, and that's the main reason that's kept me coming back. My 4th Time here, I Originally I came here Sat the 23rd (my 4th time in 3ish months. First time walk in appointments, other times I called and made appointment, with no problem, no more than a 5 min wait while they finished other customers. No biggie, everyone gotta look good!). *This is the first time EVER an incident occurred with my nails chipping early. Other than that, my nails have lasted me a fabulous 3 WEEKS as my nail grew. Last night, my middle finger chipped/it came off like skin. I was heartbroken. It probably doesn't help that I'm taking engagement photos in a week and need everything to look perfect as possible. Of course anxiety occurred as I came out of the shower and saw my French tip gel mani coming off like nothing. I tried saving it by putting clear nail polish on it. It was no use. After I came out of work, I rushed down here for a walk in. They helped out TREMENDOUSLY! And the best part, they weren't mad at me. I walked in panicked if they were going to charge me. I informed them how I came in here Sat & then last night this happened to my nail. With a smile, they reassured me not to worry and they'll take great care of me. They fixed my nail, put an extra coat of gel on it to make sure it won't chip again, and measured my middle finger French tip to make sure it matched with the other French tips. 20 min later my nail was good as new (if not BETTER!!). I asked them about their policy and they told me you can come back WITH A WEEK IF your nail chips or breaks and they'll fix it. Hey, sh*t happens, and they get that, and that's excellent to hear from a business. This family owned business seriously knows how to take care of their customers. My only complaint: My compulsive anxiety. In fact, I'm even surprised that they're not "appointment only" because of how many people I hear call and make same day appointments. Win-win. Read Less

I visited Pearly Nail Spa on the 25th of October. I am unhappy with my overall experience at Pearly Nail Spa. My nail technician did not ask me how long I wanted my nails and quickly went to work on my nails. When I mentioned that they were short, she stated that I had asked for short nails. I had asked for nails "a bit shorter" than the photo I showed her for reference. She was rude the entire time I was there. The nails she gave me are too short for my liking. My nail tech also skipped the second gel polish application onto my middle finger on my left hand, which is very visible and now appears dirty or smudged. I am disappointed with my birthday nails but this will have to do. I will never return to Pearly Nail Spa. Read Less

Place is horrible! I called in to ask if I could get a fill during my hr lunch they said yes come in. I went in and after patiently waiting a chubby guy looked at my nails. I asked him if he would be done in an hr and he said yes. He started on my nails and kept talking and talking with his neighbor to the point where he stopped doing my fill to grab her phone and ask Siri for the San Pedro Fish Market. Time went by and he seen me looking at my watch and he asked "how much time left" I replied 10 min. He says "what do you want me to do in 10 min?" I stood quiet and he laughed. As soon as he finished putting on the acrylic I stood up and asked the owner to charge me. She seemed confused but even looking at my horrible nails half way done she still charged me $25. I called to find out the price of an eyebrow wax and also asked if I would be able to just go in or if I had to make an appointment. They had someone waiting and ready for me when I walked in a few minutes later. I had my 2 kids with me and the woman doing my eyebrows was so sweet and nice to them. She got my eyebrows done quickly and practically painless. I will definitely be going back next time I need my eyebrows done. Read Less

This is the best place to book a pampering party! We were having the most tense pre-wedding day, and this was the perfect solution. My daughter, the bride, melted and laughed.
