Highly recommend this place! This was my first time here and had a great experience. I made an appointment a week prior to be sure I was able to get a time I wanted (since I read previous reviews that said they are mostly appointment based). There is no harsh chemical smell in this place at all since they don't do acrylic. They have a decent amount of colors to choose from and a couple different brands. Helen took her time on my pedicure/shellac mani and really felt like I go...t the full package as they add an essential oil of your choice, offer a beverage, recline the seat as they massage your feet and use hot towels as well. Overall, the most relaxed I've felt when getting my nails done (very calm and quiet environment is a plus). For the price, I'm very satisfied since it's the same as most other places that don't even compare to the service they provide here! There are always so many nail salons to choose from so I've been trying a new one every timeI get a mani or pedi in search of my favorite. This place is definitely a winner! Kim did my pedicure and I got the spa edition with the scrub and paraffin rub. My feet are SOOOO soft! She took time to make sure she applied the paint perfectly and the whole process was luxurious and made me feel like I was getting VIP treatment. Not to mention she was super sweet and funny. The girl that did my nails did a great job and the massage that she did was of professional quality! She has to be a trained masseuse! I didn't catch her name but she was younger and very petite. Came in on a budget to get my nails done with the basics. It was very awkward and an older lady in the shop asked me why I don't get gel. After me saying I'm short on money previously I thought it to be very rude...also the nails were not fully done by the cuticles thier are some gaps in the nails i had to go home and file them down to look better, plus it was like 35 dollars and in Lincoln I could pay the same price for a full set with gel nails. Bebe nails is the only place I will go to for my nails and toes! They understand when I say very short and very square I never leave disappointed! Tina and Kathy are by far my favorite but everyone here is great! I have been a customer here for almost 3 years now and I will NEVER go to a different salon, they are so flexible with appointments and very quick with all walk ins! Tried to go to my usual Holly Nails but they looked busy, so I went across the road and tried Bebe Nails without knowing anything about it. 5 stars for very nice and quick service! My nails look amazing (I had a single color gel manicure) and the manicurist went over it four times to make the color match the swatch, which I really appreciated. I will be back! Read Less

I decided to try a pedicure here for the first time they offer 5 different pedicure pkgs I choose the 3rd one I wasn't overly impressed. I also brought my own polish and it was a brand new polish I had,  the person doing my pedicure said polish to thick, took polish and left came back polished my toes when I got home took polish out of my purse this is when I noticed the polish was over half gone!!!  ...C'mon now go in with a new full bottle of polish get home with over 1/2 bottle gone and I only have 10 toes.   Sad to say I will never go back!! This has become my go-to pedi salon in the area! The chairs are so comfy and the tools are all sanitized really well. The owners are so nice and hospitable. They do a great job! Some salons I have been to in the past always feels like I'm being talked about in a different language but I have never gotten that vibe from this salon. First time at this location. My sister had been here before with a friend. She treated myself and my other sister for a pedicure. Relaxing atmosphere and very clean. HORRIBLE!!! Worst friggen nails ever! I purchased a full set + pedicure with gel polish. I received thick wide bumpy nails, glue all over the place and my pink gel polish turned brown in 4 days. I literally had to get them removed the following week. The guy did my pedicure, he clipped my skin more than twice "ouch" and he just did a very poor job! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. What a waste of money! To top off the bad nails, the salon was stuffy and there were files all over the place. Never going back! 1 star is being nice. Read Less

One of the best nails salons I have even been too in Auburn. The Ladies are super sweet and welcoming. I had a guy named Kevin do beautiful Confetti gel tips exactly the way I wanted. I have been going here since they opened. There have been several times that I have chipped my nail several days after the service and they fix it at no charge. They really look after their customers. All the staff are very friendly and the salon is clean and relaxing. This is the best place in the area and I always enjoy my pampering. I have tried several different nail salons since I moved to Auburn, and I have been most pleased with BeBe Nails and Spa. The location is very convenient,  just past Luther Road off Hwy 49, and there is always  parking available. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated with a large flat screen television mounted for patrons to watch while having a manicure or pedicure.  All of the manicurists at BeBe's are friendly and courteous and have done an excellent job for me on both manicures and pedicures. If you are looking for a nail salon with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and talented manicurists, I would highly recommend BeBe Nails and Spas. Read Less

Please, please, please do not go to this place. 1 star is too many.The first time I went there for a pedicure the staff was accommodating and I was seated quickly. Nothing noteworthy for the positive or negative.The next (and definitley the last time) I went there was for a fill. When the employee (I remember her name-I just don't think I should post it here) was using the Dremel to remove my gel she was going too fast. My nail beds were getting hot and told her so. She did not slow down and then the Dremel slipped and cut the inside of my fingertip deeply. Needless to say, I hollered "OUCH!" She applied styptic several times but didn't apply pressure so I kept bleeding (and bleeding and bleeding). The owner came over to find out what the problem was. The owner then proceeded to take cotton and spray rubbing alcohol on it and apply it to the cut. OUCH OUCH OUCH!!I finally said, "Enough. I need to leave." Both the owner and the employee said, "You don't leave. You get infected if you leave." I looked them each in the eye and said, "If this get infected that's on you because I didn't have a cut when I arrived."Because this was at the beginning of my fill I hadn't been expected to pay yet so I didn't have to ask for my money back. Accidents happen however telling me that the cut that you gave me will get infected if I leave certainly doesn't make me want to come back. This may be do to a language barrier but I don't think so. It's been over 3 weeks and I still have a divot of skin missing from that cut.I'm choosing not to post a picture of my finger on here. Send me a private message if you'd like to see it. Read Less

My co-worker has raved about Bebe for the last year. I was finally able to go with her to Bebe's salon and get a pedicure. It was one of the best I have ever had! Bebe is fantastic!  I'm so happy for her new adventure as the owner of her own nail salon, she deserves it.  Bebe does such a thorough job of cleaning up the nail bed and cuticles that my polish stays on my toes for almost 4 weeks, and I'm hard on my pedicures. It's evident I don't Yelp very often, so when I do, it means I'm compelled to communicate to the masses.  I've visited Bebe Nails 3x since they took over this small space in Auburn on Hwy49.  I have nothing but kudos for this place.  I walked in without an appointment all 3x and have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. Very clean, courteous & professional staff and the prices are great for pedicure services.  I don't have my fingernails done, so I cannot speak to those services, but what I can say is, every time I've been in there, the customers getting their fingernails done are ranting & raving about the results and are clearly repeat customers.  Bebe recently remodeled and purchased all new & very powerful massage chairs, they are THE BOMB!  Highly recommend.
