Terrible. I got a french acrylic full set and she left a ton of my old maroon nail polish on so you could see it under the acrylic nail. I asked her about it and she said no no its not there, like what I'm looking right at it on multiple nails. Had to go back to get her to re-do the clear gel because there were bubbles in it. Just got a fill to try and give them another shot and what a waste of $25 wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone Read Less

Where do I start.... was a walk-in two days ago for a fill and a pedicure I got the deluxe pedicure which is the number three the gentleman who did it had no idea what he was doing. He was moving so slowly opening the packets of each little cream and mask and reading the instructions taking forever. Hardly any massage at all during the pedicure he really didn't know what he was doing. Got a fill and a repaired nail which popped off today, so that means she used too little glue or a cheap glue I don't know... I chose a gel color and it is already chipping and fading and dull looking. I'm so disappointed! I really want my money back...  I'm sorry but I can't recommend this business at all! Read Less

I got the pink powder in here and it was great!! Really pretty color and the best part is the powder lasted for such a long time. I don't go to nails salon much so it was a good choice. The price was good as well, really decent and not as expensive as other place. My tech was so nice. She did an amazing job and also really nice and friendly with me. She talked with me constantly and her english was really good. I had such a fun time talking with her. OUTSTANDING NAILS SALON! It's hard to find good places like this! They took times to went through every single details of my nails, which was really great!! The spa pedi is to die for fragrant and relaxing!! Their chairs are just really comfortable as well as their tools are just so clean and shiny. I've been to many Vietnamese owned nail salons and this is by far the best. I had been going to this nail salon off and on for the past 8 years. I went last week for a lip wax. I had never had any issues before, but the very next day, my whole upper lip and around the sides started looking red, patchy, and dry. A couple days later, it looks really bad and a dermatologist said it could be a bacterial infection and asked if I had done anything to my skin recently. I mentioned the lip wax and it was suggested that the wax could have been the cause. It's concerning considering I had no issues at this place before. It makes me wonder about the hygienic standards of this facility. I've been getting my lip waxed for years and have never had a reaction like this anywhere until now. My first time here and I got to say this salon is not bad at all. Techs are really friendly here. Prices are realistic. The salon is sanitary and spacious. Doesn't have any chemical smell lingering in the air. When it was my turn, the nail tech working on me exfoliated my hand while massaging, wiped the old nail polish off with a cotton ball gently, didn't saw my nails with the nail filer but gently file my nails one way, applied cuticles softener than soaked my nails in a warm bowl, she than pull out unused soft tip cuticles pusher and gentle push back all the cuticles on my nails and when she was done with all that she massage my hand while applying hand cream. I'm alway's happy with the Pedicure they give me and the polish alway's look great. There are alot of gal's in there who are regulars and seem to be enjoying their hand & nail experiences they are getting. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Very disappointing - my mother-in-law and I went in for a fill/pedicure and a mani/pedi.  there was only 1 lady ahead of us but she put us in freezing cold water.  That was the fastest pedicure on record - terrible job, sloppy and the massage was so hard that my calves still hurt after 3 days.   spent zero time on cuticles ...oh...almost forgot....she said I needed to have my lip/chin waxed so I said ok....she didn't bother cleaning the area first and there was one tub of wax that is used on everyone..broke out a day later.....Don't bother...... I would give this business ZERO STARS if allowed by Yelp.  I came here to get a nail fill on Saturday, April 19, and I LEFT IN TEARS.  A female employee CUT ME SEVERAL TIMES with the electric filing drill and filed my nails all different lengths.  Now I have to worry about infection!  And, for some reason, she was completely rushed (there was only one customer waiting for service!)  I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to a nail salon in Roseville immediately after to have them fix my nails.  I WILL NEVER COME BACK!  Shame on you, Auburn Nails!  Please don't come to this business -- you will regret it! This place does not sanitize their tools.  They wash them in a sink with hand soap.  I went there last week and it was pretty busy....Luckily I saw this practice before I let her trim my cuticles.  So basically I paid $30 for a polish change and a weak leg massage.  Like the previous reviewer, she didn't even remove all the polish from my last pedi...and since I chose a soft pink color you can actually see the dark polish from my last pedi through the soft pink. ????  And there were HUGE bubbles in the polish.  And they charge $30???  Incredible.   They were very nice and they seems to have a busy business....but I left there and went and got another pedicure the next day from a place that I know sanitizes their equipment. Customer service has always been lacking at this salon. Quality for the price has usually been decent. But today was different, the lady didn't remove all the color from my last pedicure. So when she went to paint them you can see the old color through the new polish. She spent very little time filing and cleaning under my nails, in fact she completely neglected one foot all together. Went in to get my eyebrowns waxed, the lady was on the phone and motioned me to follow her. She finish one brow and she remained on the phone, talking away. I would give them no stars if I could! Never waste your money here. They used to be good, but now they're a joke. We had a girls day here and my sisters nail were ruined. After she complained, they tried to fix them and made them worse. When she asked for her money back, they refused. The women tried to shove my sister into the chair.  When she came back the next day to talk to the manager, he also refused. This time, the man that owns the shop, shoved my sister into the chair and clipped the tips off her nails, all while she was holding my 2 year old niece. We had a girls day and went herr to get out nails done. My sister got black tips, that turned out to be blue. When she went back to get them fixed, they tried and failed. She asked for her money back, and they refused. They tried to force her into the chair to fix them again. After that, she was told to come back on Monday at noon to meet the manager. When they get there, he also refuses to give her money back. He proceeds to shove her into a chair and clip the tips off her nails, and tells her we dont do anything for free!
