This is by far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to if I could give them zero stars I would. They completely messed up my nails. I went in to see if they could fix them and they wanted to charge me $20 to fix nails they did a horrible job on. They were very rude and started talking about us. This place is a joke. My first time here and it was amazing! I got my pedicure and manicure here, I had Michael! He is amazing!! I used to go to professionails and this place is so much better with their customer service and are so welcoming! I highly recommend them. They use brand new tools and open the bags I front of you; this place is super clean as well! A little pricey but totally worth it!! Super happy with my nails. This will be my go to place now on. This place is clean and they offer drinks while you get a service done. Their prices are a little higher than other  nail salons in town. I don't like that they don't scrub the dry skin off your feet. They have a limited selection of colors for polish. It's too quit in there to which makes it weird. Read Less

They deserve 0 stars! They have horrible costumer service! They are so rude! Do not get you acrylics done here. I got my acrylics done here and they came out disgusting. The polish he used on me was gooey and he got glue all over my skin. So, I went back and asked for my money back. They gave me my money back and then said well you got the cheap kind. Excuse me but nobody told me that there was an expensive kind. He said oh well don't waste our time and you didn't know what you wanted. Literally the worse experience ever. I have been coming here since they opened shop. Today I went in around5:50 and was told to come back at 6:30 the place had 2 people so ok i left came back at 6:25 then the guy said oh there's a large group now so we can't help you. Wow really! One of the cleanest salons I've  been to in the Merced/Atwater area. Excellent customer service!!!! I went in with my 1 and 3 year old. My 3 year old and I had pedi's. After our pedis my nail tech helped my little ones and I to my car. My daughter and I LOVE our pedis!!! Always my first choice!! Read Less

I haven't been here in quite some time because I live in Merced. Today, I decided to give this place a try again and I forgot how much I love this spot! They take their time, very careful when cutting & cleaning, and the massage is the best I ever had! The receptionist and the lady that did my pedicure were both very thorough and caring. The inside is very cute and decor has a soothing theme. This is my new go to spot from here on out! I would give more stars if I could! Read Less

I took my daughters for their first pedicure (it was their birthday 6/13yrs). They began by suggesting to purchase the more expensive package and I declined(my daughters don't have calluses, so I thought the more expensive package was unnecessary). My daughter had ideas for nail designs but they said, "Nope can't do that!" They got real upset and rushed us out. Took only about 5 min. on their pedicures and forced me to pay as I was sitting down. I am only assuming that they thought I would leave without paying. They made me feel horrible and my daughters' day did not go as planned. Will NEVER go there again. Also, the nail polishes were completely chipped by the next day. Read Less

I went for a gel manicure and asked if they had the product OPI they said they did but they did not they don't use any sunscreen on the top of your hands which they should and when you enter this establishment they just literally yell out commands to others about you nobody gives you any eye contact They have spent a great deal of money on the interior of this establishment and none on customer service training. Was the first one to be seated. Got a half assed pedicure and I had to tell them to use the hot rocks. They used the rocks for like five seconds on each foot and like five seconds on the scrub .I told them to scrub more on the heel but they said that I was fine. I got french tip and I left with sh**y nails and the lady took only 20min to work on my pedi.NOT going back. I rather go to ProfessioNails. Read Less
