But I wanted this one specific holographic color which was like a very light gray but they gave me a dark gray color which I didn't ask for but still came out pretty nice. I have been searching for a new nail salon for awhile. Found this place on yelp and boy I'm glad I did. Beautiful salon, great service, and i loved my finished results. I got a manicure with gel nails and pedicure with paraffin wax. The prices are reasonable for services received. They also have combo packages that give you a discount. This was the first time I had been to this nails salon .I had made appointment s for myself and for friend .My appointment was for a full set and pedi ,while hers was a regular mani pedi and a brow wax .THIS NAILS salon has the most non -gel and gel selection I have seen in quite some time . Quality service. But not so great job on my nails, though. First time at this salon, what drew me in was definately their check in offer, 30% off your order. The service was awesome, I don't think I've ever been into a nail salon that had great service like them. They greeted me with a warm welcoming, got me a water bottle, and treated me so kindly. I came in for a gel manicure. I felt like it was kinda rushed in my opinion. Especially the part of her applying the polish, she seemed to do it to quick. By the time we were done I noticed empty spaces and it just looked lumpy. Looked like a cheap manicure. I didn't notice until I paid but the nail technician wasn't visible until I was walking out. I'm going to wait a day and see what happens but if I can't tolerate I'll probably go back. I'm not sure what I can do. I love their service but I don't think I'll return again. I went in on 3/10 for my first visit at Polish Nail Spa. I thought about giving it a try because of the reviews and walk-ins available. I had a decent time as a first timer, but the moment the lady cut me everything is down hill. She was doing it so quick and deep, she cut the side of my left toe. It stings at first because I didn't realize how deep it was then I started seeing her wiping my blood off with the towel. Didn't apologize and continued working..okay...I guess I'm just unlucky. Then as the service ended, I walked up to the front desk to pay. The lady was kind enough to check in on how the visit was. I told her everything was good but please make sure the lady be careful with her future client to not cut anyone. She apologized on behalf of her and wrote on the receipt that I was given to receive a 10% off for my next visit as long as I bring the receipt back. I left thinking sure, why not give this place a second try? I will just make sure I get someone else not her. And, I do appreciate her kindness and professionalism dealing with what I have gone through.Little did I know, the cut is now infected. I was in pain when I was at work for an 8hr shift. I was pulling through my 8hr work shift because it was short staffed. I got home and discovered there's a pus on my foot. I don't know if the 10% off is worth going back for another try. Read Less

Mediocre paint job. Gel was $30 and then I added one bow tie per ring finger and some gems on my index fingers and those were an additional $15. Kind of pricey in my opinion, but we did get to use a 30% off yelp coupon so it was worth it. 4 stars because of the coupon, if not this place would get 2 or 3 stars. I've been here once for a pedicure and I will not be returning. First off, they didn't even put on any layer of top/clear coat over my nail polish so it chipped within 2 days. Then when I went somewhere else and they took off the polish, I was shocked to see that a corner of my toe nail had turned dark so I asked the nail technician what had happened and she said probably fungus!?!?!??!! I thought this place would be clean because it's pretty new, but that wasn't the case. I almost want to just stop getting my nails done completely, not worth all this hassle! The ladies here are extremely nice and friendly. They explain prices of extra services or if a Polish you chose will be extra. They took their time to make sure my nails we're too my liking and even fixed a nail that didn't dry and was already lifting. They take direction well. The place I went to before had filed my nails so thin that I either have to cut them all off and start over or I have to use 3coats of gel so they don't break or bend. Im not ready to cut them off. I asked her to be careful because they were thinking and limit the amount of filing, she did exactly as I asked. I really appreciate that. I was very impressed upon walking in this salon, it is beautifully decorated and so very clean!They offer you coffee, water or wine upon entering which is an added bonus.The ladies who did my fill and pedi were so kind and professional and did a great job.The only downside was the price, I had a $38 pedi , gel fill with a cut down, the price was $72.00 with the 30% discount.  I am still grappling with spending almost $100 every two weeks or go back to my old place which is not as clean or nice, and do an okay job for half the price... My nails are very important, and if done bad, I get an anxiety. We pay good money for our nails to look cute and if someone says - Oh, can I see your nails? We don't want to be embarrassed to show them. If done cute, that alone is FREE advertising by your customer. Because as we all know- As women, we chat about the best nails, hair salons, etc. Here's my review:I visited Polish Nail Salon close to 2 months ago. I usually study and eat at Cafe Maji throughout the week. I searched the business on Yelp, read a few reviews and viewed their photos. I don't usually let anyone just work on my nails, because I've had previous bad experience. Their reviews weren't bad. (Now, I side look)I've asked myself, how did mine come out looking hideouse. She must've hated me or having a horrible day. Before starting, I continually expressed to my nail technician, how I wanted my nails. I opened my phone and showed her once again, how I wanted my French tip. Can you do it? She replied Yes, yes, yes. I also wanted a pretty gold tone they had in the gel samples and a white French tip. The gold was very light, very non-visible and would be the base. They searched and couldn't find it, 2 of the ladies said, we can find one similar. She assured me it was soft. I was also okay with just a basic French Tip.My mistake was to answer a call I received. I placed the call on speaker to have her work on both hands. I was also on some time-crunch. I should've had all eyes on her, but my mistake was to go base on their reviews and nice photos. She was done. Oh, hell no! It was bad, like horrible bad. I grabbed my things and paid. I wanted to cry. I didn't have the time to stay any longer, for her to redo them. Plus, I was too embarrased to tell her I hated her work. The undertone of the French tip look like a green/gold. Shit, I don't know more like diarrhea. The French tip looked like 3 lines. Two going down and One across.How did my French tip look cute to her? Why did she send me home looking this way? First time visit. 1. They speak their own language.  They are  Vietnamese. I felt uncomfortable.  They were laughing. I felt they made fun of me. 2. I've been going to Christine for at least a year now!! She is amazing! She "we" moved over to this nail salon and it's wonderful! So welcoming and relaxing! The decor is gorgeous at every turn! Polish Nail Spa serves you various beverages, plays great music and has so many different colors to choose from even nail polish and gel with a perfect match! Christine is my go to girl. She really takes care of me! I only get serviced by her but, I'm biased. I came with her. My nails are beautiful and she does and amazing pedicure.
