So I've been coming here for 3 years now. I've moved and lived everywhere .. Beverly Hills, Phoenix, New York and Miami. I still have yet to find anywhere that even remotely compares to this place. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi with Snow. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. I have pretty sensitive skin and nails, but she was very gentle with my nails. She was very attentive and paid close attention to details and made sure that everything was touched up and cleaned excess polish to create clean lines. Thanks to DAT(hands) and DANNY(feet) for hooking me up the other day. I had on some horrible acrylics from a previous nail salon and they were able to fix and manicure my nails back in shape. I will never do acrylics again seeing that it does more damage even though they look nice but nothing more appealing than ur own natural nails. Just left the salon and had an amazing experience! I forgot to get names, but the pricing was reasonable and the two women that worked on my gel manicure and spa pedicure were very patient and sweet. I normally never get pedicures because I'm not a fan of how others do my toe nails, but the woman that gave me a pedicure today was perfect. She did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I wasted my $43 on a sunday, where danny is on vacation, and gave the old lady and the young woman a try. This place is receiving two stars instead of one only because my mom's nails were decently done. If I care what my nails looked like on my wedding day, I could easily say this place ruined the day. Luckily I didn't really care so it only added a little bit of stress to the day. Let's start from the beginning of the experience:I made an appointment for Thursday at 1:30pm. At 1pm they called me to ask if I was still going to be coming (they had written down my appointment time wrong). When me, one of my bridesmaids, and my mom got there, they didn't have enough people to do our nails. Why make an appointment if you aren't going to be correctly staffed? I waited an hour for my nail artist to get there. I got a manicure (gel, French tip) and a pedicure (normal nail polish)...I was in the salon for 3 hours! The manicure looked beautiful when I left the salon. I was really happy with how it turned out. Unfortunately by 8pm that night one of my nails had already chipped (see photo). The next day (day of the rehearsal wedding), I rushed to get that one nail fixed at another salon near where my wedding venue was. Luckily I had time between picking up part of my bridal party at the airport, getting the marriage license, and the rehearsal. So I thought the problem was solved. A little annoying but no big deal. At the rehearsal dinner I noticed another one of my nails had peeling nail polish. I was a little bit panicked but my bridesmaids were awesome and found another salon nearby that was open until 9pm. After dinner, we rushed to that salon and they fixed the peeling nail polish and ended up redoing another nail that looked iffy. Being dumb, I thought that was the end of the issue...I should have just gotten all my nails redone there. The morning of my wedding, I woke up to find that yet another nail lost its nail polish. Too late to go to yet another salon, I had one of my bridesmaids do a make-shift French manicure on that one nail with white out. . By Wednesday the next week, all 10 nails that had originally been done had the nail polish completely peeled off. The shortest nail polish lasting only a few hours and the longest nail polish lasting a whole 6 days. The three nails that I got re-done at the other two salons still look great.If you would like your manicure to last for more than a few hours and/or if you have a big event coming up where you'd like to not have white-out on your fingers, avoid coming here! I won the free restyle with Molly for myself and a friend (my mum). I went in for my appointment today with Molly who did a wonderful job with my hair, I absolutely love it, also being heavily pregnant (baby due next friday) she was very accommodating and made me feel at ease and felt like a million dollars when I walked out of the salon. I was preparing for my upcoming vacation and needed to have a spa day before I left. I originally called Queen for my wax because she seems highly recommended based on the reviews. She unfortunately wasn't available but mentioned that Amy would be able to do it. I declined her offer politely and informed her that I would book elsewhere, which I did. Queen texted me within the hour and advised me that her colleagues were able to take care of me and my needs. I decided to try the salon and give them a chance. I called Amy and booked an appointment for my wax and even a mani and pedi. I cancelled my other appointment with the other salon and I regret that decision. I came in for my appointment on time but Amy was still with another client. Another lady then approached me and said she would do my manicure and pedicure. Her name was Hannah. Since I was new to this salon I just figured she was helping Amy. She was not. I asked her to remove an ingrown toenail on both of my big toes. I don't know how, but she cut my toe so badly that it hurts to touch and I think that it's infected. Both of my toes hurt and makes it so that it is hard to workout and walk with tennis shoes on. To make it worse, halfway through the mani and pedi, Amy pulls me aside to complete my wax. It was my first bikini wax and it was so painful. I have read reviews where others have mentioned that it was very little pain. There were pieces of wax left and ruined my yoga pants. I asked her to do my face as well. She burned my face. I literally have scabs on my face where she put the hot wax. She didn't even use the lighting. She then gave me back to the Hannah to finish my toes. Usually, the facial wax is the last thing you do at the salon so your face isn't swollen during the pedicure. She had my sitting there finishing my mani and pedi with a red swollen burnt face. Overall, the worse experience I have had. I paid 65 for the wax and tipped her over 20%. My nails were 82 and I tipped her over 20% as well. I paid them well because it's not an easy job. However, a salons responsibility is to hire capable technician. I will never come back. Lesson learned. I am writing this post to warn others. I hope my toe heals soon. Read Less

Queen is the very best for lashes. It's an uncomfortable task but she makes it comfortable somehow. This is my second visit and both experiences have been great! The staff is friendly and professional and efficient. I normally don't get nail designs but decided to do it for Valentine's Day and my upcoming trip! My manicurist was very patient with me while I was trying to decide on my color & design. Had the pleasure of getting my nails done this evening by Danny and a female, of whom I didn't catch the name. They were both very nice. I requested black gel nails and nail design on two nails, one on each finger. Neither were pushy with their recommendations regarding nail length or nail design. I appreciated that they weren't too engaging with me; I'm not big on small talk. Danny was meticulous with my nails. He took his time and was very gentle handling my hands. Lol I was charged $25 total. I was surprised because I was sure I'd get charged extra for the nail design per nail. All in all, my first time experiencing this nail salon was a positive one. I received a gift card from work and I found this place through spa finder. The reviews looked good the facility looked good so I booked my appointment. When I got there I got my pedicure and another lady started my manicure. She then tried to talk me into gel nails. I then said I had a $100 gift card so will that cover the pedi gel mani and my massage she said yeah it should but what gift card let me see. She then told me they do not accept that card and they were not emerald spa. I told her if they didn't accept the card stop the mani and I will not get any of the services. Her and the lady that did my pedi continue to say oh we don't accept that we take visa. I then asked to speak to the manager who of course was not there. The massage therapist came in and said yes we take spa week gift cards we were just talking about this a few days ago just come back and we will get you relaxed. So I had the best massage I had in a long time. When the massage was done I went to pay. He charged my card 72 dollars. I did my math and a 45 dollar massage and a 23 dollar pedicure did not equal 72 dollars. So he went back and asked the woman why she charged for the manicure and she said she cut my nails and cut the cuticle all that was left was paint so come back and finish. I said no she was rude and ruined my expierence and I would rather leave feeling good with the pedi and a massage so the manager handed me $12 cash and I left. 2 days later the paint on my toes is already peeling. Juicy massage and foot bath cleanseLoved the massage here. It was perfect and the masseuse knows so much about your body and where to focus on. The masseuses here are so knowledgeable and have so much experience. I just learned they were from a very reputable spa place that closed down years ago. You definitely will not be disappointed with the massage here. They also have a foot detox bath that releases toxins and detoxifies your body. It takes about 20 mins and you can see different colors of what was pulled out from your body whether and it will show what toxins came out. It's a great experience and works well after massage to pull out all the toxins from your feet. Price is good for a quality treatment. Everyone here is so nice and know what they're doing. The lady who did my gel manicure totally respected the fact that I wanted to keep my nails long because I am growing them out - she shaped them just a little bit to clean them up but preserved the length just the way I asked!  Then, in the middle of my manicure, I noticed the color was turning out way more pink than red (I really wanted red, but I picked the color, so I figured "Oh well, I'll just deal with pink") and she said to me, "You want more of a red color?  I'll fix it!"  Then she went and got a color to layer over it to make it a perfect cherry red and it turned out beautiful!  I was so impressed with her wanting to make my manicure perfect for me; she really cared.
