Super bummed...loved the fact I made an appointment online and was able to. I hadn't come to the fact I've moved to the high desert and needed to change my hair stylist and brow stylist but bit the bullet To save money. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I made an appointment online changed it, so I could have someone with four five star reviews. So after driving 25 minutes to Apple valley to try out a new place and a new stylist I was disappointed. Not only did it take a couple minutes to be greeted but I was told by the person I made an appointment with (whom accepted the appointment the day before by the way) saying he didn't have any wax. Clearly, I put an eye brow wax. At this point he continued to tell me that I'd be with someone different....it would've been nice to have a call possibly earlier in the day saying, "hey I forgot I had said yes to the appointment and could care less about your first experience here". (That's how I took it anyways). I'm an upbeat and happy person as It is but when it comes to my money I'm not pleased. The girl I had been put with had great personality but I specifically told her not to do my brows thin. I'm more of a fuller side. My friend came to back me up. Melanie did not make them stay on the fuller side. I left with thin brows. So here I am with barely any brows and I have to take pictures with my nieces in a couple days. When and doubt don't trust new places in the high desert. I don't care how many awesome reviews it has. I won't be coming here for my hair cuts or anything else. TRUST YOUR HEART. STICK WITH YOUR NORMAL PEOPLE. DRIVE THE EXTRA FORTY MIN. Now I have to grow my brows out. I wish I could've given a better review. I was so excited too. :(

I have been to this salon on two occasions: once for a haircut a couple years ago and once for a gel manicure which was today. Both times I was not disappointed. Nicole did my hair and Sean did my manicure exceptionally! I've never been to a location that actually took their time to make sure everything was perfect and I was 100% happy before leaving. I have yet to try their spa services, but I'm sure it will be equally enjoyable!

Absolutely loved Melanie H. I came in with severely damaged hair and looking for a pixie cut. I have very thick coarse hair and I’ve had a few places that just couldn’t get it right. She did an amazing job I won’t go to anyone else ever again! I’ve had so many compliments on my new look. She even cut it in a way I can style it a few different ways if I want.

I scheduled a Prenatal Massage with Shannon, let me just say, she is excellent! She’s very kind and explained everything she was doing. I’m 5.5 months along and suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome, and my back has really been bothering me. Once the massage was done, I felt 100xs better, my legs didn’t have the dull ache they usually do, and my back feels amazing. The baby whom is very active in my belly, at all times, even seemed to relax and stay still once the massage started. I will definitely be back for another massage with Shannon!

Sean had fixed my hair and I was hesitant at first. I don't know how he made it so vibrant. I had a bleach bath a few days prior to my appointment with him and he recommended that we wait on doing another. My hair has been bleached so many times, so I take his word for it and not rebleach it. He goes over the previous color with purple, and I honestly didn't think it was going to take well...it did. He did an amazing blow dry and it felt so soft and light. It bounced and life in my hair. I left the salon feeling so confident. Everyone knew I hated my hair color prior but he left me feeling confident. Thank you. I love the hair. Pics in comment.

I was ready to do a change with my hair, but not because I wanted but because to the person I went months ago made a mess on my hair. So, I called Wild Hair and this sweet person answered the phone, Diane. She was very professional over the phone and took me right away, without an appointment. When I got to the salon she was ready to take care of my messy hair 🤦🏻♀️. She explain the benefits of what to do with my hair and which color will look better with my skin tone. Diane made feel comfortable since I got there till I left. I love the way my hair looks and I’ll definitely recommend her and the salon. Thank girl!

Such a classy, upscale salon. They have beautifully designed and intentional space to provide service for everything... hair, facials, massage, nails, pedicures, threading for your eyebrows, lip and chin, plus a very cool private men's room with a talented barber who does amazing men's haircuts and beard grooming. The hair styles I've seen come out of every stylist station over the many years I've been going here, I've not seen one unhappy customer.

I go here every month to get my nails done by Deanna. I have been a client of hers for almost 6 years. I refuse to go see anyone else. I have also had my Hair done here by Jennifer and it came out beautiful. All the staff are extremely friendly and very professional. I recommend this salon too everyone. You won't be disappointed.

I went in with Hailee for highlites and didn’t get them Halee insisted that they will lighten after a few washings but didn't. She stated that it would take a few sittings. I've always done them and get results. Her reasoning didn’t make sense. It was a waste of money. I will not return. She is fairly new and inexperienced. I went to another salon and got what I wanted in first attempt. Although the salon itself is very nice and clean. I just picked the wrong hairstylist.

I do not recommend some stylists in this place!!! Get to know your stylist well and ask for pictures of their work, then book well in advance. The stylist I chose did really bad with my highlights, the haircut was boring and carelessly done. My hair is overall harder to manage and the color is not what I clearly asked for!

Well no she soaked me face hardly washed my hair then kept slamming the hose down so it was a loud bang right next to your head , she messed up the color pretty bad and fried my hair. And she is supposed to have been an instructor.....hmmmmm I do not recommend her at all . The whole experience was terrible and she didn't even do what I asked for .

My sister and I called this establishment in advanced and asked if there was spots open for 2 pedicures and they said yes so we let them know we'd be there within 10 mins. We got there and walked in to very unpleasant people. One of the lady's that works there asked what we needed in which we told her we called letting them know we would need 2 pedicures done. She walked away then came back and said no one was there to do pedicures and also said we need appointments. I politely let her know we weren't told we needed an appointment when we called but thanks anyway.

So I complained to the manager and she in return gave me a card that said that I could come back anytime to have my eyebrows re done do to a poor job I told her my eyebrows don't grow very fast she said don't worry I didn't put an expiration date on it. It was signed Carrie. So just recently I went back to the wild hair company and gave my card to an employee there she leaves the room comes back with this man that says when did you get this I said about a yr. Ago explained the situation and he says. I can't honer this Carrie doesn't work here anymore. I said she told me I could come back anytime how ever long it took for my eyebrows to grow back. He still said no he wasn't. Going to honor it. I feel so ripped off and lied to how could he not honer a written statement from the manager of the store at that time. He then tells me he's the manager she was the assistant manager. So he even knows her personally and still wouldn't honer it. A 25 $ wax and he just refused me. If that's not the worst way to treat a customer I don't know what is. I reported him to the BBB and I'm not done. I feel so violated.

By the way, professionally speaking...shes AWESOME and she's a great human being too! I highly recommend her!This salon is NOT what I expected for the high desert. It is a HUGE modern full service salon/spa, very clean, staff is friendly and professional. I cannot wait to try some of the many services they offer.

My hair stylist of 5 plus years Holly just moved here and I would follow her anywhere. She used to work at JMicheals and was always very popular and always willing to squeeze you in. The salon itself is well kept and very nice on the inside. The staff at front desk is very friendly and they offer you water while your waiting. Holly has always taken care of my mothers sisters and my hair. She is honestly the best and takes care of your hair and you walk out feeling gorgeous. She doesn't use cheap products and is very conscientious of lighting the hair when it comes to bleach. She does not want to damage your hair and will let you know at the beginning if it's going to take one or two times to lighten your hair. Anywhere Holly goes we will go.

I scheduled a Prenatal Massage with Shannon, let me just say, she is excellent! She’s very kind and explained everything she was doing. I’m 5.5 months along and suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome, and my back has really been bothering me. Once the massage was done, I felt 100xs better, my legs didn’t have the dull ache they usually do, and my back feels amazing. The baby whom is very active in my belly, at all times, even seemed to relax and stay still once the massage started. I will definitely be back for another massage with Shannon!

Sean had fixed my hair and I was hesitant at first. I don't know how he made it so vibrant. I had a bleach bath a few days prior to my appointment with him and he recommended that we wait on doing another. My hair has been bleached so many times, so I take his word for it and not rebleach it. He goes over the previous color with purple, and I honestly didn't think it was going to take well...it did. He did an amazing blow dry and it felt so soft and light. It bounced and life in my hair. I left the salon feeling so confident. Everyone knew I hated my hair color prior but he left me feeling confident. Thank you. I love the hair. Pics in comment.

So, I called Wild Hair and this sweet person answered the phone, Diane. She was very professional over the phone and took me right away, without an appointment. When I got to the salon she was ready to take care of my messy hair 🤦🏻♀️. She explain the benefits of what to do with my hair and which color will look better with my skin tone. Diane made feel comfortable since I got there till I left. I love the way my hair looks and I’ll definitely recommend her and the salon. Thank girl!

Such a classy, upscale salon. They have beautifully designed and intentional space to provide service for everything... hair, facials, massage, nails, pedicures, threading for your eyebrows, lip and chin, plus a very cool private men's room with a talented barber who does amazing men's haircuts and beard grooming. The hair styles I've seen come out of every stylist station over the many years I've been going here, I've not seen one unhappy customer.

I went in with Hailee for highlites and didn’t get them Halee insisted that they will lighten after a few washings but didn't. She stated that it would take a few sittings. I've always done them and get results. Her reasoning didn’t make sense. It was a waste of money. I will not return. She is fairly new and inexperienced. I went to another salon and got what I wanted in first attempt. Although the salon itself is very nice and clean. I just picked the wrong hairstylist.

I do not recommend some stylists in this place!!! Get to know your stylist well and ask for pictures of their work, then book well in advance. The stylist I chose did really bad with my highlights, the haircut was boring and carelessly done. My hair is overall harder to manage and the color is not what I clearly asked for!

I went to Paige and that was the worst experience of my life .....she literally pulled my hair the entire time she was putting foil in it I had a headache so bad I'd say ouch she's continue along then when it was time to wash my hair I needed a entire face shield this is supposed to be the best part of getting your hair done the washing !!!! Well no she soaked me face hardly washed my hair then kept slamming the hose down so it was a loud bang right next to your head , she messed up the color pretty bad and fried my hair. And she is supposed to have been an instructor.....hmmmmm I do not recommend her at all . The whole experience was terrible and she didn't even do what I asked for .

My sister and I called this establishment in advanced and asked if there was spots open for 2 pedicures and they said yes so we let them know we'd be there within 10 mins. We got there and walked in to very unpleasant people. One of the lady's that works there asked what we needed in which we told her we called letting them know we would need 2 pedicures done. She walked away then came back and said no one was there to do pedicures and also said we need appointments. I politely let her know we weren't told we needed an appointment when we called but thanks anyway.

I went to the wild hair company about a year ago and the woman that did my eyebrows Waxed off parts of my eyebrow. So I complained to the manager and she in return gave me a card that said that I could come back anytime to have my eyebrows re done do to a poor job I told her my eyebrows don't grow very fast she said don't worry I didn't put an expiration date on it. It was signed Carrie. So just recently I went back to the wild hair company and gave my card to an employee there she leaves the room comes back with this man that says when did you get this I said about a yr. Ago explained the situation and he says. I can't honer this Carrie doesn't work here anymore. I said she told me I could come back anytime how ever long it took for my eyebrows to grow back. He still said no he wasn't. Going to honor it. I feel so ripped off and lied to how could he not honer a written statement from the manager of the store at that time. He then tells me he's the manager she was the assistant manager. So he even knows her personally and still wouldn't honer it. A 25 $ wax and he just refused me. If that's not the worst way to treat a customer I don't know what is. I reported him to the BBB and I'm not done. I feel so violated.

By the way, professionally speaking...shes AWESOME and she's a great human being too! I highly recommend her!This salon is NOT what I expected for the high desert. It is a HUGE modern full service salon/spa, very clean, staff is friendly and professional. I cannot wait to try some of the many services they offer.

My hair stylist of 5 plus years Holly just moved here and I would follow her anywhere. She used to work at JMicheals and was always very popular and always willing to squeeze you in. The salon itself is well kept and very nice on the inside. The staff at front desk is very friendly and they offer you water while your waiting. Holly has always taken care of my mothers sisters and my hair. She is honestly the best and takes care of your hair and you walk out feeling gorgeous. She doesn't use cheap products and is very conscientious of lighting the hair when it comes to bleach. She does not want to damage your hair and will let you know at the beginning if it's going to take one or two times to lighten your hair. Anywhere Holly goes we will go.
