Bad practice and bad service nail shop! This place provides quick and lousy nail services for your money. They finished a pedicure job in 15 minutes and when confronted, the owner’s response was “$22 is the price for 15 minutes pedicures”. Excuse me? That’s the price everywhere else close by or even a few bucks cheaper for a 45 minute pedicure normally. 15 minutes time is just about for the feet to be soaked! I've been coming to this salon for a few years now. There has been 3 changes in ownership since I've been coming but the staff and quality of service never changes.The nail techs are all super friendly and funny! Thankfully I live less than a mile away because I come in for gel polish and pedicure ever 3-4 weeks. *Nyh and Cel are the bomb!* I even recommended it to a friend who recently moved her and she loves it as well. Prices are outrageous and staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. Even when I was spending over $100 in services. If I could give 0 stars I would. Put a cracked tip on my friends nail then said the acrylic would hold it (which it didnt) and wouldn't fix it while we were there. Then they had the audacity to charge her for a fix when it broke and because we said it was previously cracked we were told not to return and made her leave with blue paint smeared all over the fix. Prior to the sale of the nail salon it was extremely friendly and welcoming. Continue change of employees (Some of them NOT good) ignore the customers. If Kne, Cindy, or John aren't there no one speaks or greets the customers. Many changes which is common when there is an ownership change. The pedicures have been bad one time and selective since then as to who I allow to do them. Definitely it needs to have some continuity. Today the spa chair did not vibrate, what's up with that??!! Sad to say but the new owner isn't like John & Cindy. He forces his employees to reuse files, buffers and other one use items in an effort to save money. He upcharges people for every little thing to try and squeeze a little more from each customer. He won't provide sanitation items even when failure to do so puts customers at risk. This is my second time coming to this place the first time I didn't really care for them, I didn't like their service but thought I would give another go at it. Ceil (sorry if I spelt it wrong) she's amazing, I got a pedi from her and she hooked my feet up and got my heels really good which I love. Was happy to find a nail salon open on a Sunday so I called and made an appointment for myself and a friend, when we came. We werent helped until about 45 min later.  I was frustrated at the lack of customer service in asking what services we wanted and working to provide the time for us to get our nails done. The nail tech was very good at her work which I appreciated but then the friend I came with had to wait in between her pedicure and manicure and switch between 3 different people just for a full set acrylic nails and a basic pedicure. 3 hours later we both got our services done. WAY too long and un organized in taking care of the people who were coming in. It was frustrating waiting and not enjoying the full service of the appointment I made. I will not be returning. I got a full set about a week ago and my nails are already lifting and falling off. If I'm going to pay 50+ dollars for a full set they should at least last 2+ weeks. I asked for the coffin shape and they look square and uneven. Plus I've heard the young nail techs talking bad about a customer. Very unprofessional..won't go back. Nice people.  I understand that they have owners who are new.  3 of us went for pedicures on a Sunday afternoon and I was impressed by how nice the people are there and that they also provide a good level of service.  Everything is clean and that is important.  Pricing is about standard what you would expect.  I don't go for pedicures often but now that I've found a good place plan on coming in more regularly. Over all decent nail salon, it didn't wow me, but it was nice. It was a nice clean experience. The best thing about this place was the fact that there were so many workers that the wait wasn't long. Pricing wasn't too bad either 50$ for a gel manicure and pedicure is pretty typical. Furthermore I was satisfied with the work, thanks again mike ! Read Less

I used to love this place! Now every time I come in they're always "super busy" two hour wait to fix 1 nail!? She looked at my nail and then looked and me and said you wanna come back? I was like aaaaa NO! There was one person a getting pedicure done. I didn't see an issue. I'll take my coins elsewhere. Read Less

This place is clean but far from professional!!!  Customer service totally out the window.  I wouldn't mind paying the extra dollars if they had common sense and common courtesy.  Even if they did a mediocre job.  Their lack of professionalism is so typical in this business it's a shame.  What ever happened to customer service and honesty? My new go to place. I was looking for a new nail salon that was closer to my house and decided to give Glamour Nails a try. I am so glad that I did. LoAnn did an amazing job! I love the way how amazing my nails are looking...the shop is very clean&people were nice&friendly.i like the way buffers&files...one time use-they throw away....&the they use a plastic liner for pedicure chairs,& throw away after every use,&i saw they always use a brand new one for a next customers.never see that way before in another the nails salon.I Will be back for sure. Ive been to almost every shop in the high desert but haven't found on that I actually want to return to. This show is big, clean and relaxing. Brought my mom for a bday pedicure... she had Cindy and I had Michael, both of them were friendly and courteous. Had a great conversation about our dogs! It was really nice. Will be back for sure. I'll never take my mom in there again. They use the same files on everyone, they never clean any of their drill bits, my mom got a pedicure, and the dipped their gloves in the pedecure scrub! Imagine how many people have used that scrub! And on top of it all they pull on your cuticles! I will never take my mom here again! Read Less
