I took my daughter to get a full set of almond shaped nails. We specified we wanted my daughter's nails to the length of mine which is a longer length. We did a side by side comparison so she could cut them correctly. By the time she was done putting the acrylic down and shaping them, they were super short and she filed the sides super high and gave my daughter stilettos. They were super thin with hardly any acrylic. The lady cut my daughter's cuticle and she was bleeding from 3 fingers. They looked horrible. Then, when I went to pay, I told them I was very upset and that the nail tech did a horrible job. She tried to charge me for long nails..$2 more. They then agreed to only discount the job to $29. This was my first time at Euphoria and I initially went in to get my eyebrows waxed but treated myself to a gel manicure as well. My eyebrows turned out just fine but my nails - not so much - especially for the price I paid. First, the place is beautiful but the attitude by the receptionist was anything but. A Gel Manicure is $31 - pricey but I thought they must do a great job. Sadly, the girl maybe spent 20 mins doing my nails including massage (should have been my first clue.) I don't normally get gel manicures so I don't know know if they are supposed to be more than 2 layers of color (only other time I had one was for my wedding and it was 4 layers due to the light color.) Black is sort of see through. Now, 7 days later I can't even run my hands through my hair because they get caught due to the backs of at least 4 nails being completely lifted. I am VERY disappointed and will not return. I'll stick to painting them myself, that way if I mess up - it didn't cost me $31. Now to figure out how to get this polish off. Read Less

My story. Had an appointment with another indepenent manicurist at 11:00am at another salon. I arrived early, like usual 10:45pm, and she told me that she was running late. So I thought, I am early, no problem. Time went by 11:25am, so I approached her table and asked how much longer it would be, she said 1/2 hour or so. I was thinking, are you kidding me, NOT. I told her I could not wait and left. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. The way I look at this...my time is precious, so no. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I left needing my nails done, so I decided to look for another salon. I called Euphoria at 11:30am on a Saturday just hoping I could schedule an appointment around 12:00pm. Very uneducated staff. A lady had psoriasis and they refused to help her and they told her to see a doctor. The lady does and her legs looked fine. I have psoriasis as well and it’s not contagious like they said to her. They didn’t need to call the whole staff over to discuss it in front of her and embarrass her. Awful experience..long story short...girl shaped my acrylic nails and they looked like nubby yet almost pointed canine teeth, hideous. I nicely told her I really didn't like them, and after a brief argument from her, I was given a bowl of acetone and left alone to scrape the soft acrylic off, no further help..left with what looked like a bottle of elmers glue all over my hands Read Less

Worst Pedicure ever, Angelina was too busy talking to the other lady workin to pay attention and cut my toe and made such a deep cut of the nail that it is definitely going to turn into an ingrown nail when it grows back. She told me I'd have to pay $10 extra for valid removal, and then didn't do anything different then my girl friend who wasn't getting valid removal... and I still have calluses, go figure. It's only been a week and two nails are broken, got horrible service, had to complain twice about how my nails we're being done. I used to refer people here but never again. Paid for two pedicures, a fill, nail designs, and eyebrows. Oh and did I mention they screwed my eyebrows up too, they were uneven, and one was thicker than the other. The worst money I ever spent. I have to say that Euphoria is probably more of a high end and cleaner establishment nail salon of the high desert but it is so pricey they've gone overboard. I've tried to go back maybe 4-5 more times after and it's so inconsistent! Sometimes the work is fabulous and my hands and nails looks beautiful! Other times I'm so disappointed of the half butt effort put forth. I'm looking elsewhere when wanting to treat myself. So this is my second time here and I don't think I will be coming back. I had gel on my nails already so I had to take it off. Ooh man, the nail polish remover made my finger red and burn them and they felt hot. I was going to get another gel mani but my fingers hurt so I told them nevermind. And my pedi was okay. Am big on customer service and it was just not there that day.  Am going home and painting my nail myself. I spent $37 and it was not worth it. Read Less

Two days later my toe is still hurting and turning red. The good thing is they can accommodate a spur of the moment mani/pedi. Everything else sucks. Best of the Desert lies again. As I'm sitting here my toe is aching from the cuticle hacking I got. Sat with my feet in luke warm water for 30 min before anyone came and started my pedi. They cut into my toe when cutting my cuticle, you can see some crusted blood next to the polish. She was looking everywhere but what she was doing and the super light touch pumice scrub and foot/leg "massage" was more annoying than anything. Had to move to the other room for a gel mani. He was a little more visually attentive to what he was doing but he was working so fast there are thick glops of polish along a few nail edges. Will never go back. Read Less

This is my second attempt at this place! Now I'm done! I walk in with my sister and I hog to get mani/pedi combos, 82 $ now I brought my own gel color. So she charged me 40.00 yes 40.00 extra for gel color... WTF I brought my own gel color. I think the owner thinks they're  in Beverly Hills... $122 for a mani/ pedi is RIDICULOUS!  Then to boot the cleanliness of technicians with their tools is not so great! The nail lady used a tool down the pedi drain then wanted to use it on me. She was very nice on her behalf. My sister finished an hour before I did so it was like wth. LAST TIME! If you get a pedicure get the #6, you get to pick your own scrub scent and it come with a great leg and foot massage.  It's decorated very nicely, calming atmosphere, massage chairs and they give you a warm neck towel. Very clean and the gals are friendly. I totally recommend Euphoria. Read Less

This is the best nail salon in Apple Valley. I have been going here for at least four years. I usually drop in and they are always really busy (which is why they recently doubled their space. It's gorgeous!). I need to wait but they are always very friendly. Pedicures go much faster than full set acrylics and a woman was in and out before I was even seen so I had to leave. My favorite nail place to go to for gel manicures. They do such a great job and have so many different colors to choose from. This is the only nail salon that I've been to where the gel manicure does not peel and lasts over 2 weeks. You can't take the gel off even if you try. They just redid the whole salon and everything is brand new and clean. Every other week I will be at this place for a manicure. The employees are super sweet and talkative and their prices are reasonable. They're all very talented at copying pictures that you bring in with designs as well. Read Less

I've been going to this salon since they opened, and have been a customer of the owners & family for years prior. I can tell you from over 10 years of being a loyal customer that the negative comments about the discounts for cash are unwarranted. They DO give you a discount for paying with cash as I always do. If you look at their price chart BEFORE agreeing to an "extra" service, then you'd be aware of the additional prices. It's like any other service oriented organization....they will always try to "up" their sales. That's what it's all about. So.....just make sure you read the fee chart or at least ask if there is an extra charge for what they are asking you,before saying "OK". Also......I have never heard the owners being rude if they are booked up and have to ask a walk-in client to come back. Make a damn appointment ..........then you won't have to worry. I don't see how this is their fault. They're obviously doing something right if they are that busy!!!!
