This place is starting to go down on the quality of work their give. The last time I had one of the young men and he did a halfa** job on my pedicure. Then my most recent visit, i had a female work on my toes and she just brushed the nail polish on without even trying to not get it on my skin. Then goes back and removes it with acetone. I still had to tell her where she missed spots to remove the excess nail polish. They rush you through when somebody else arrives even if you make an appointment. Had a lady do my toes today and I must say as nice as she was, her work is not!!! She did a very poor job not only are the stones cricked but the paint is a complete hot mess!!! It was very disappointing being I had went here previously and had a gentlemen did a French tip and he was awesome such a perfectionist but I cannot say the same for her. Read Less

Received a gift certificate for Christmas and finally got a chance to use it. I had dip gel  removed and regular gel put on. It cost $40 And I wish I had just gone back-to the person who did my dip because the gel he put on my nails is already chipping and my nails are so thin they are splitting on the sides. He also cut a couple of my nails super short compared to the rest, I had to tell him no I don't want them that short but he had already cut a couple of them .My pedicure was awful, i could have done a better job myself!I also brought my friend here, she wasnt impressed. Very nice salon. I am visiting my parents that live in the area and wanted to treat myself and mom to a pedicure. Had no issues with my pedicure. Everyone else had the heated neck roll but it was not offered to us. I asked for the same pedicure for both of us, but my mom did not get it. I will note that her toes were way past due for being done and it was a lot of work.We both felt that the girl was angry at how much work the toes were. We tipped her 20.00 for her work, so its not like we gave a regular tip.I was not charged extra for my moms pedicure. I would go back, but my mom will not.The girl left my mom in the chair and never came back which I felt was odd. I've been here twice for pedi and gel finger nails. Both times have been excellent. I never get my nails done and didn't know my cuticles could look so great! The gel lasted 3 weeks and I only went back to have them redone. This is my go to place. Clean and quiet. The have one tv which I like and the sound is off. Instead they play relaxing spa music. I visited here for the first time today. I needed a gel manicure. The salon was clean and I was seated immediately. Kimmy was my manicurist. She did a great job of gently taking off my old gel polish. She did an awesome job of cleaning up my cuticles. The polish job was good. Horrible, horrible experience.  Took my daughter to get a mani/pedi for her birthday, and the lady went rogue with the design on her toes.  Her fingers have a completely different design.  On top of that they didn't even put clear coat on her nails, so less than 24hrs later the paint is off. When I take her back they had the nerves to try to put clear coat on top without fixing the messed up polish.  If they would have put the clear coat on when they were supposed to I wouldn't have to write this review.  The fact that I had to tell them to fix the polish and not just put clear coat was ridiculous.  This is the second time I've been here, and definitely the last. Horrible absolutely horrible and overpriced. They want to get you in and out they don't take their time they charge you $5 more for a callus remover and don't even get the callus off your feet. Got my eyebrows done and now I have to go pay to get them fixed somewhere else because they left one longer and thicker and the other one Thin and shorter. I'm just moved in apple valley, wanna find a nail salon. This place is pretty good. I don't like to do gel, regular polish is good for me. I did my padi and madi in other place, it just left for couple days. ONLY this nail salon, my polish leaves more than 10 days! Right now my nails are still look great! I should of known when the guy cut me in the first 5 minutes to get up and leave! This is my first and last time here. He went above my actual nail bed and instead of fixing it pretended like its nothing. All my nails are different shapes and lumpy!! The gel isn't even covering my full nail! I stumbled across this place after going to Ulta one day. The inside is very clean and the employees are very nice. Tracey did my nails and she was so meticulous and took her time and did a great job. It's the first time I've left happy from a nail salon in a long time. My pedicure came out really nice as well. Which worked great for me. A gentleman started my nails. First he removed my existing gel polish then filed my nails a little. He put down the base & main color. Then a lady put on the designs. Very clean and friendly! They got me in a chair right upon arrival for a spa pedicure at opening on a weekday. The chairs are great and massage was excellent. The lady who did my nails was pvery friendly and smiling. Gave a great foot massage and spent a lot of time working on my feet. She was also careful to ask all along if I was comfortable, which makes a difference when getting your feet cleaned up. Prices were higher than other places I have been to, but the lady at the front made sure to remind me to bring cash next time and waived the $1 charge since it was my first time there...
