I love me some Vanna! She been in business for years. All I needed was to get a nail fixed that broke way to low. I ended up with a pedicure and polish change in chrome! Yes chrome! I chose the white metallic and I love the way it turned out. They use powder and a unique pen to apply it. It takes a lot longer but it's worth it. Vanna has always had a clean environment. She sterilizes her tools and lines the water tubs with plastic. She has all the latest colors and new trends. I used to get designs on my nails back in the day. Her only down fall is where she's located. That area used to be ok. Now it's riddled with homeless people hanging out. Try to over look that and give her a try! I came in this nail small nail shop & was helped right away. I went in for a fill in but my nails look like they were all gonna break & they made my nails thick. Don't know too many nail shops that does this. All the staff there are very friendly. The prices are affordable. The staff took their time & nothing was rushed. There are many different nail polishes to choose from. My preference is gel & I went with a a new design called "Cat Eyes" and I love them. This nail shop is awful Vanna should go back to school to learn how to do nails and the gel polish is old and lumpy which makes your polish thick I told her I don't like thick nails and acrylic is too thick around cuticles not smooth down lumps don't waste your time or your money at Vanna they suck Read Less

This place is really cute and everyone is very friendly. I ended up here because my regular nail guy Steven moved to this location which by the way he is amazing. I followed him from another location and it's not that much further from my home. I used to go to Fabulous VIP nails in San Mateo which was my favorite , UNTIL I went to Vanna . Vanna and Nicky are the BEST . Vanna did my nails acrylic nails twice and I absolutely loved it . First time I came in here was when I was getting my car serviced down the street at Meineke Car Care Center (my new go-to car fix place). They took me in right away, everyone in their greeted me and were real nice. The girl doing my nails didn't talk much which is ok bc I don't care to talk either sometimes unless they're real talkative. She did a good job. I got a fill and gel color change she also had to fix 2 nails that broke. She did a really good job.Second time I came here it was the same experience I just had to wait 10 or 15 min tho bc it was so much people in there now. But Van the lady did my nails and she took care of them really well. She listened to everything I wanted and did it and she was nice and attentive. She really put in work on my nails and I appreciate the time she put in. James also helped in shaping my nails. He's really funny and likes to joke around and make everyone laugh, very outgoing personality. Everyone here is really nice and since this is the closest to my house (that is decent and does really good work) I will be coming here from now on.
