How to start this review  thank you Huey for giving me the chrome effect that I wanted after trying 2 others nail salons that said they could do it and didn't even come close. So this time I made sure though Yelp reviews and pictures before attempting this look again and I found Regal nails when I first pulled up and realized the nail salon was inside the Walmart and not in the parking lot I was like here we go again girl go to Oakland and get em done the right way I then again doubled check this salons reviews and thought I'm already here try it so I did and..................................Huey slayed this look for me! Let me start off by saying that they do EXCELLENT work, I was very happy with my fill and pedicure!!!!However, their customer service is subpar. I had an appointment for both services scheduled at 115, I was about 10 minutes late but they were able to get my fill started right away. When he was finishing up on that, 3 pedicure (walk ins) came and they sat them down in the last 3 pedicure chairs. I had to wait 15 minutes after my fill for my pedicure because they forgot I had scheduled a pedicure as well, inconvenient, but whatever...What really irked me was when a man walked in for a mani and pedi, they had him sign in on the clip board and told him it would be about 15-20 minutes. He left and came back when he was supposed to, but guess what... they had again taken in walk-ins and there were no pedicure chairs left. They told him it was his fault for not leaving a phone number and that he would have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I tried Regal Nails reluctantly because it is inside Walmart, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.  I called at 11 am got an appt for 1:00pm was done and out of there at 1:45pm. Mina did a great job on my Shellac manicure. She was a perfectionist about her work. We didn't talk much, but I'm ok with that.  I will definitely be returning for my manicures. Read Less

so, I came here after 4-5 years no reason why I stopped just did lol my mom is a regular here and she always tell me GO TO REGAL and finally on a fluke I came in and was assited by HUEY!!  who was amazing! My nails look so freaking good.. We had wonderful conversation which made time go by as he did my nails he perfected my nails, also everyone is super friendly and professional  I had small talk with Hueys wife as well who was very sweet and attentive, everyone else was all smiles as well, I avoided this place cuz it's inside of ghetto Walmart but don't be mislead it's nothing like Walmart or the people who go there lol I will be returning with Huey or his wife very impressed and happy.  I have attached my cute nails as well highly recommend this place, either with Huey his wife or even the other staff my mom goes to Mai I believe and she has been for the last 10 years! can't beat that my moms a hard person to please so if she stayed here this is clearly why! Great service very customer service focused. They really appreciate their customers. I love the job they did. We got pedicures and nails done. They were very attentive to my presences and request and exceeded them. Im overly picky and ive already booked my follow up. We walked in no appointment and didnt wait long.Look for a clean friendly shop where they do good work. Plus u can kill two birds with one stone they are inside of walmart. Thank you Read Less
