Tried this place awhile ago just to see how good their work was. Eh, pretty mediocre, basic and not very personable people.I was on crunch time today and this nail salon happened to be close to where I was since the other two was ghetto Walmart and titi's nail where titi spits on my face while waxing my brows. I'm good, so I went to forever nails.Walked in, waited for a greeting. Was going to walk out after 5 seconds but an older lady greeted me. I asked for pedi, she misheard and thought Mani & pedi. Called one of her girls but then I clarified. Young dude decided to give me pedi all the while speaking hella Vietnames. I figured they talking ish about me. Anyways, pedi was definitely rushed! The only time I had me time without my toddler and wanted some good massage, good pedi and relaxation but No, that was not what I got. I instantly knew he was just trying to get it done. All the stuff he was supposed to be taking his time on, he performed at lightning speed. Even my massage was shitty; he only rubbed my legs for a few seconds with the beady product and then rinsed my legs. After, he rubbed lotion real quick and grabbed a hot towel and dried me off. No hot stones (is that even part of the pedi here, I can't remember)?All in all, it was not a pleasurable experience and I felt my pedi took only 10-15 minutes. And bam, he was done. I've been coming here for years but lately I feel like the service has been going down hill. The last time I came in a for pedicure it was rushed and incomplete. I was there right when they were supposed to open but the doors were locked. One of the nail techs was sitting in her car in the parking lot and explained that the lady with the key to the door was running late. She asked if I "had an appointment" and when I told her no, she said "can you come back later?" UM NO! I waited another 10 minutes and somebody finally came to open up. The gentleman who did my pedicure was rushed and neglected to give me the hot stone massage which was especially ridiculous since there was just me and 2 other customers there. I got the feeling that I wasn't wanted there, and the whole staff gave off a really negative vibe. I thought I would give them one more chance...my daughter and I walked in there yesterday and we were asked if we had appointments, again I thought walk in's were welcome? We were told we would have to wait for an hour, ok fine- we picked our colors and sat down. After about 5 minutes we were told the wait would be an hour and a half. The older gentleman at the front desk said we should make appointments next time. We walked out at that point, I felt like they didn't want our business. There won't be a next time. I'm done with this place. The prices keep going up but the quality is worse than ever. What a shame- this was my go-to place for a pedicure for years. Read Less

I just had the worst I don't even want to call it a pedicure ever! I came in to get my daughter and I a pedicure and me a fill. The fill was fine my nails look great but they seemed a little rushed at first the lady asked if I was her 3 pm appointment I told her no and she was like if they don't come I can help you, I didn't have an issue with that. But after she finished my fill she was like do you want a polish change on your toes I said yes but I want a pedicure, mind you one lady had finished my daughter's feet and was chilling. As I'm typing this she is still sitting looking at the tv. So this lady precedes to have me get in the spa chair and runs water in and tells me to put my feet in and starts half ass scrubbing my feet  while the water is STILL running. no typical spa pedi or nothing! She just pretty much washed my feet off !My heels still look horrible and when I asked about a pedicure she said we don't have time! Really but some one is getting her feet scrubbed at this moment to my left. She polished my toes and walked off. Never again will I come back and patronize this establishment I guess they don't care about having someone spend their money or gaining or losing customers. I'll stick with my nail shop in Richmond, at least I get better treatment and great customer service there! I get a REAL pedicure tomorrow at my go to shop! Read Less

There is one middle aged woman who is possibly the worst Nail Tech I've ever had the displeasure of meeting . She is supremely rude pushy and rushes through doing a feeble attempt at a full set or fill.  Your nails will look decent for say ... 3 days max. A lot of wasted money ladies!They water down their polishes and will blatantly talk about customers right in their faces . She literally while doing the most awful job on my nails stayed on the phone the entire time talking to a man in her language unaware that I understood about 30% of the conversion . She was saying awful things about a client . Things you don't even want to know . One of the nail techs told me she could barely stomach working here . I won't supply her name for her protection. They don't listen or take any direction and the only thing this salon has to be proud of is selection of colors . Watered down but plentiful . Also be very careful about the supposed Gel colors matching the regular polish colors as they miss it every time! I won't return to this salon unless I want to be 50 shades of abused . No thanks . Wish there was a negative rating system . They don't even deserve one star. Read Less

Most dumb ass nail salon in Antioch. I went there and asked for gel, yet the man insisted I get a fill so I took his advice. Mind you I've only gotten these filled once before. Within two hours after getting it done all I tried to do was open a bag and my nail breaks off. I just thought maybe it was an accident and the next day all I did was put my jeans on and another breaks. I came in that day for a refund and this broad says I can get them done but it's gonna take a while. I didn't mind since I didn't make an appointment or call in. But a woman walked in 10 minutes after and got her eyebrows done and another one walked in and got a manicure and a damn pedicure with no appointment. These workers are the most dumb ass, rude, and unprofessional people of the year!!! Never go here unless you like bad quality and rude people. Read Less
