Aweful experience!!!! The little guy with blonde hair was very rude and unprofessional. He treated me like I was a curse. I had trama to my toe I dropped a can on my toe. So I came in requesting a pedicure and manicure. He comes over to me irritated like I’m inconveniencing him and like I can’t pay for any extra services needed to accommodate my issues .... then he begun to get loud saying show me which nails and so I pointed to my nails he continued to embarrass me and had me repeatedly point to my toes... he started saying yeah I can refuse service then he yelled over to another worker saying did you tell her we only accept cash... little did he know I have 2000 cash in my purse to pay for any extra effort plus tips...he made me feel smaller and less than... I eventually left with a few choice words.... you can’t treat people mean and cruel just because you can.. karma does return 10 fold. It did make me feel better after reading the other reviews that he is just a rude little man with issues ... but honestly prior to that I cried all the way home... 😔😔😔

I agree with Jessica Bermudez. This place used to be an awesome place with awesome service and results. However, once the owner “Randy” gets a negative attitude towards you or decide he does not want you in his shop, everything goes left. He comes across VERY rude. He used to do my nails and he is the best by far. Totally awesome designs. Well, there was something I didn’t like with a design or something else and I told him. He became impatient with me and there was tension in the air. When I came back for service again he passed me off to someone else (every time). If I am paying, I want it like this and not like that or whatever the case may be. Why not try and give the customer what they want. I was always shut down or turned away. So be forewarned, don’t get on his bad side. He has this “arrogant” air about himself and it comes across in his mannerisms , his voice and his service. I stopped going there for over a year and when I thought the air had cleared, I returned to the same Arrogant Randy who told me everyone is busy “come back tomorrow “. I know what you guys are thinking.....maybe or perhaps I was rude or rubbed Randy the wrong way. Well, yes I insisted on a certain design or color and he would say it is not possible but the other technician did do it before. He was just unwilling to try and accommodate my request. VERY ARROGANT AND RUDE. Even if I make appointment with him he would pass me off. The technician Nam used to do awesome pedicures with foot massage. I was just fed up with Randy’s unprofessional attitude and stop going to the shop period. Although I miss his nail perfection skills.

Came here at 630 for my appointment sat for 45 minutes because Lisa wasnt ready. I had somewhere to be so I left. Another customer came in 20 minutes after me and got seen before me. Never coming agai...
Came here at 630 for my appointment sat for 45 minutes because Lisa wasnt ready. I had somewhere to be so I left. Another customer came in 20 minutes after me and got seen before me. Never coming again..worse swrvice.of my life..and they weren't even busy only 4 people who are basically done with pedicures. Horrible service. Wish I had the chance to get my nails done but unfortunately having an appointment doesnt make a difference from a walk in.

If I had to chose to give it a 0 I would. I went in tonight as a "Walk-in" because they take walk ins. I was greeted by Randy. I asked if they had time to do a full set he said yes just have a seat. M...
If I had to chose to give it a 0 I would. I went in tonight as a "Walk-in" because they take walk ins. I was greeted by Randy. I asked if they had time to do a full set he said yes just have a seat. Mind you they were not busy at all when I got there & there was about 2 workers in the back just sitting down not working. Randy was helping someone but when she was done another girl walks in and she said she needed something fixed. So he told her have a seat. Then 5 mins later he takes her and tells me oh she has a appointment so you'll be after. So at that time I was fine, ya know I understand people make appointments and I'm just a walk-in. I'm waiting for 30 minutes another lady walks in and says I wanna get a manicure he tells her to sit at #7 I'm thinking in my head... HOLD ON? I was here before this lady and he told her to have a seat and someone worked on her nails right when she sat down. I'm like ok.. keeping my cool maybe she had an Appointment too. An HOUR goes by not once did Randy or any one else say "sorry for the wait be with you in 15, 20, 30 or even an hour" he could have communicated with me especially knowing he had all these people before me I would of gladly came back another day! I couldn't wait any longer so I just left. Not worth my time if you don't have good customer service or update your customers on time.

These people really don't deserve no damn stars!!!! ! Anyway their service sucks and they pissed me off about 3 years ago! A woman offered to pay for my nails and when I back the next time that stupid ass nail tech Lisa told Randy that I didn't want to pay the last time I was in there! I was so offended I raised hell two days in a row! I didn't go in there for 3 years and I went in there a few months ago and they weren't that bad!! But I'm treading lightly!!

I used to be a frequent customer and was very pleased with my nails up and until John and Philip quit working there. Now they only have two people working as acrylic nail techs and the wait is unbelievable w/out appointments. They're too rushed which obviously results in ugly nails and they always try to force something you don't want for the simple fact that it's easier and faster for them.

The service at this nail salon is by far the worst that I have been to. I went for a simple full set acrylic and pedicure and an eyebrow wax and the Asian lady that helped me ended up charging me $80....
The service at this nail salon is by far the worst that I have been to. I went for a simple full set acrylic and pedicure and an eyebrow wax and the Asian lady that helped me ended up charging me $80. I think that was quite expensive given the fact the she kept adding on things like designs on my nails when I never asked for it and charged me for the service.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. They cheat their customers and they don't even do that great of a job.I honestly don't think they are all licensed there to perform nail service.

I go and see Randy every two weeks, he does such an amazing job on my nails every time. He is very artistic talented, willing to design and create almost any nail you want. He has pretty normal prices...

I would have given a 5 star... But the fact that I called and scheduled two mani-pedi's at 12noon and me and my cousin get there and we have to wait 30 minutes after the time I called for was ridiculo...
I would have given a 5 star... But the fact that I called and scheduled two mani-pedi's at 12noon and me and my cousin get there and we have to wait 30 minutes after the time I called for was ridiculous. I come here all the time and I've never had to wait that long. Sort of disappointed because they do a great job.

My first problem is while sitting in the chair RANDY came up to me touching my hair and stated, "Oh some lil black girl came in had same hair things as u, ur sister?" I was taken aback and didnt say anything i shook my head no wanting to see where he would go with this. He then continued on to say, "Oh oh all black people were the same things, and look alike." He giggled and walked off, i AGAIN ignored him because i didnt want to start any problems. Made me super uncomfortable then him and the man who was doing my nails laughed and spoke in their language.My second problem was my nails! He didnt want to take the color off to which he had already done, so he painted over it! I told him while he was doing it that it was to clumpy and he shook his head and said let me finish. I had him take it all off he got upset and STILL charged me 45 dollars! I just called to tell them its been about 4 days and my nails are already broken! Randy AGAIN didnt let me speak was speaking over me and said oh well u should have said something then! I cant believe this i pay good money when i get my nails done, and always tip more than called for and i'm treated like this?! Needless to say i will never return here.

I went in today to get my nails done by Randy he let me know that he had seen some negative reviews about his shop (Cindy’s Nails) I laughed because as a local business owner I am more than familiar of reviews!! I have been a client of Randy for many years. I lost track of him after he left the last place he worked at. It was about 6 months before I tracked him down and after he did my nails again I was so happy that I came home and showed my husband and said “don’t they look better” and he even agreed that they really did! Even a husband could tell the difference in workmanship. Although I feel everyone is entitled to their own opinion I feel the people should give the business owner a chance to fix the problem first without going straight to a bad review. PS. Randy and his family just recently took over Cindy’s Nails so some of the reviews might not be applicable so please go in an judge for yourself PSS. I also got my eyebrows waxed today and loved them

I've been there quite a few times since it's the closest one to my house... they are always very friendly and do not mind that I brought my child with me. Even letting me put a kid DVD while I received my service. I became some what of a regular. However, I have been there a couple times where I was not happy with my nails. They would lift very early (a couple days and I would notice slightly). Once I had 6-7 nails lifting bad when I went in for my 2 week fill. I read the other review and I can TOTALLY hear her saying that. I have since been to another salon up the street that I like. I won't review yet since I have only been there once. As for this one... nothing special. If you can find a cheaper place I would. There price list has a range (like 20-25) for full set and you can almost always expect to pay the highest listed.

Went in to have a pedicure. The price was listed as $20. I had a coupon for five dollars off a service of twenty dollars or more. Please re-read the prior sentence. TWENTY DOLLARS OR MORE. The owner told me flat out that since I had not spent MORE THAN twenty dollars she would not honor the coupon. Needless to say, I haven't been back.

Aweful experience!!!! The little guy with blonde hair was very rude and unprofessional. He treated me like I was a curse. I had trama to my toe I dropped a can on my toe. So I came in requesting a pedicure and manicure. A woman offered to pay for my nails and when I back the next time that stupid ass nail tech Lisa told Randy that I didn't want to pay the last time I was in there! I used to be a frequent customer and was very pleased with my nails up and until John and Philip quit working there. Now they only have two people working as acrylic nail techs and the wait is unbelievable w/out appointments. They're too rushed which obviously results in ugly nails and they always try to force something you don't want for the simple fact that it's easier and faster for them.

I've been there quite a few times since it's the closest one to my house... they are always very friendly and do not mind that I brought my child with me.
