If you want a BASIC pedicure, this is definitely the place to go. It's hands down, the worst pedicure I've ever had. They don't even offer any scrubs or wax for an extra charge. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. During my manicure he tore the skin on my pointer finger and I was bleeding the rest of my time there. Then the person doing my nails used a dirty brush to "clean" the blood off my nail....gross. After my appointment, not even 5 minutes of being home, two of my nails were chipped. I have had a rough day as a new mom with my 6 month old, my grandma wanted to watch her so I could go get a pedi and relax so I went to this place because it's up the street from her house. First of all, the older guy doing my pedi didn't let my feet soak at all and immediately started trimming my cuticles and was hurting me over and over finally I said something and he says "oh sorry" and continued to do it and I mean pain that was making me jump.  I went in with such long nails because again I'm a new mom and my toes have been neglected, he cut them down so short (without asking) that it hurts to put pressure on them and they are horribly uneven. My "massage" was basically him rubbing my shin bone with his thumbs which also was not comfortable. And I'm not going to get into too much detail about my polish job but I left with polish on my skin and bubbles in my polish. So I asked if they give a discount for unsatisfied customers who have been hurt and have a horrible job done she said "no I fix for you" you cannot fix my nails being cut so short that it now hurts to put pressure on them and I'm sorry but I don't want any of you touching me again. Ten she asks how much I want to pay and the man who did my pedi was pissed and said no $20 so I handed him my $20 and left. Absolutely the worst manicure/ gel I've ever gotten.   Wanted to get my nails done while in town and have the day off from work.  The nail manicurist used an extremely hard file, cut me with the cuticle cutters, didn't even get half the cuticles off my nails ( thank goodness, he probably would have cut me more), decided to go with a clear gel because I know my gel manicure color would have come out uneven and noticeable.  Honestly, not a complainer but this was BAD! Wonder if they all have board certified licenses.  And when they say "gel nails" for 15.00 dollars that doesn't include the manicure, which is in total 25.00. Read Less

The first time I came here, Cindy did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. My gel nails lasted over a month. I decided to go back once again, but this time I had another guy do it and I could tell he just rushed through it like he was trying to go home. Came in because a friend suggested it. The nail tech kept going over my SKIN with the Dremel, which made me bleed, and then blamed it on me moving. She didn't talk to me at all. She was not gentle with any filing. I was in pain the entire time. I got the exact same thing as my friend, who got charged $25 and I got charged $35. i am so picky when it comes to my nails, and honestly i left here sooo disappointed .. both me and my friend got pedicures and both came out pretty bad. my friend asked for hers to be fixed up but honestly i didn't even want to waste my time.. the entire time the lady didn't even say a word to me.. to begin, the water was so hot, and she didn't even feel it to check the temperature of it and make sure i was doing okay. most places ask if the water is okay. i told her i want it alittle bit cooler, and guess what, she just looked at me as if it was hard for her to do what i asked, and second after she adjusted it, cold water started running down ( i didn't want ice cold water but thanks) . okay then i ignored it, how many times can i ask right. nails aren't even pained in the corners, they're already chipping. and it's only been a few hours. never again... friend got a white tip pedi and her tips weren't very even. maybe it's just some people in there that suck at pedis maybe they're good at manis but i dunno. I found this place accidentally, but I'm glad I did. I wanted to get a pedicure while my daughter was at softball practice. I called them last minute and they fit me in before they closed. Their staff was super friendly and the salon was clean. They had plenty of nail polishes to choose from and my feet felt fabulous for the rest of the night. I thought my pedicure was wonderful and it was only $20. I found a new pedicure salon to use and I'll be taking both of my daughters there soon too. Read Less

Took my daughter here. Was a rushed job. It was slow and we were the only ones here so there is no excuse. Clumpy mess all over nails and skin. Polish was not put on evenly at all. We have done at home nail jobs and they came out way cleaner and smoother than they did here. Was tempted to complain but I'm not going to let it ruin our daddy daughter day. Mintgs ago in my Yelp review I raved about this place, and I'll do it again here. Very, very friendly, and they want you to be happy. Beautiful manicure (she cheerfully fixed one when I smudged it) and the pedicure was the best. Amazing foot/leg massage, although no sea salt scrub. During my pedicure, the manicurist came over and added another coat of clear to my fingernails, "to make them more shiny," she said. This is my place now, hands down. I love an aggressive pedicure, and she did not hold back! She went to town on my cuticles with the pusher/scraper thing, then followed up with the trimmers, and she was not shy about it. Even the part that always tickles, the dreaded pumice, felt like heaven. I wasn't even planning to get a pedi today, but I'm sure glad I did. I will be back and I  suggest that you do the same! I have been going here for over 10 years. I took my family for a treat, $130 later... No wait $260 later! They double charge my card in error. I called early the next day when I realized what had happened and asked them to please reverse the extra charge. They told me I would have to wait until Monday when they could verify the receipts. I went down to the salon to show them my online banking receipt and have my bank tell them over speaker phone that it was charged (not pending-CHARGED) twice! They still refused to refund the second charge! Mind you, I have been a loyal costumer for well over 10 years! So now, this is in my banks hands and I will be finding a new salon with Integrity to do my nails.In addition, they don't do the greatest job, but I went there for convince and because they are so nice. I went there last Monday and got a pedicure and a manicure. The guy that did my pedicure cut my toe and just kept working like it was no big deal. The massage on my legs sucked and was extremely short. I had a gel manicure that is supposed to last at least 2 weeks if not longer, every single finger the "gel" polish has chipped off and I was able to peel what didn't chip off very easily. When you pay $60 you want it to last not a week later and you have nothing to show for it. Read Less

I got a pedicure done here by the male tech. He was really rough when cutting the cuticles which caused it to bleed. I told him that it was really uncomfortable . He used old top coat and it was clumpy when it finally dried. I won't be returning to this place. Read Less

I went here today to get a new set. The only positive thing I can say is they are friendly and I was helped within minutes of being in the building. I normally go to a different salon but this one is close to my house so I figured I would try it!I had a few nails still left on from my last acrylic set that I needed removed. The lady was ripping them off and it was SO painful. She was literally just pulling them off like I would at home. Then when she was filing my actual nails she cut multiple of my cuticles. She was just so rough and it was the most painful process I have done. The shape isn't even what I asked her to do and I am very upset with how my nails turned out. Will not be going back. Read Less

I never get my nails done anywhere outside of Roseville or Rocklin, but decided I wanted to try the nail salon by my house.Tin did my nails and he did an amazing job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he pretty much could copy it exactly. I did gel with a design so it was only $20. I usually pay around 30 anywhere else. I didn't feel like driving the 40 minutes to my regular nail salon so I decided to try this place out... The nail tech did my acrylic then sent me to get a pedicure and said she would paint them after my pedicure... Some young guy did my pedicure... 17 minutes, from the time I sat down in that chair and got up. And my 4 year old niece could have painted my toes better. Not even sure if that guy was licensed. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. And my nails were uneven, bumpy on the top and chipped the next day. It's been 2 days and it already looks like I need a fill. Read Less

I have been here two times.  The first was for a pink and white full set.  It was pretty good.  I wanted to come back but never got around to it.  The lady working on my nails did a really good job and was super nice! Their color selection is not that great though. The second time was today for a French pedicure.  The chair was not very good.  Maybe worn out and old?  I don't think the boy working on me had any sort of formal training.  I was horrified at him digging at my nail bed.  I really hope I don't wake up with an infected toe.  The whole pedicure took about 30 minutes.  About 2 minutes of massaging and no scrubbing my feet.  Also,  my toes are uneven and the French manicure is the thickest white I have ever seen! Not please with my experience here. I have been trying to find a good quality salon to make my go-to place, and this place definitely is not it. I was immediately sat down and assisted. That is about the only positive thing I have to say. I got an acrylic fill and a super simple design on my ring finger nails. The price was $13 for the fill and an additional $3 for the design.I have been getting my nails done since high school and know how the process goes for a fill. The guy helping me did not spend as much time or attention on my fill. He rushed through and the quality of my nails paid the prices. The lengths are not even on each nail, nor is the shape of the nails. He put glue on the underside of each nail and there now there are just globs of dried glue that I have to chip away. After he was done and told me to go to the drying lights, not one person checked on the status of my nails at any point. I just decided to leave after about 20 minutes. The polish has already chipped since then (only 2 days ago).I will not be returning. Read Less

I come here every now and then with my mother and any other female family member that's wants a pretty pedicure. It's very close to my family's home and of course everyone here knows us by name. I always leave here feeling relaxed, happy, and with beautiful feet! The owner is a very funny and personable man. The pedicures last long enough, though some workers here give longer massages than others (I prefer the females). Also, I wish their massage chairs were a little more updated.
