If I could do 0 stars I would. I could see that this place was very popular but my experience was horrible. I came in to get an acrylic set with a rhinestone design which I told the owner over the phone was what I wanted but when I got there the 1st thing she said to the design I showed her was oh hell no. I told them I wasn't set on any one design just whatever they would be able to do. The owner showed the manicurist what I wanted done and they began to argue very obviously about the price to charge me. The manicurists was saying it shouldn't be that much but the owner was insisting on charging a large amount which they did. The argument was in their language but at the end the owner made sure to tell the manicurist in english in front of a bunch of people "Remember who signs the paychecks." She ended up charging me nearly a $100 for 1 acrylic set with about 6 rhinestones on each finger. I paid for it because I really wanted for the cruise I was going on but within 2 days all the rhinestone started coming off and left me with a very crappy $100 manicure. The manicurist was nice but the manicure itself was horribly done and the owner was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. Will definitely never step foot in this place again. Annie did my nails she was the best! The environment is upbeat, fun, and relaxing. All the ladies take pride in their work. They do nail art reasonably priced color powders and all kinds of good stuff! I recommend making an appointment they are busy but so worth it! Read Less

Started of wonderfully as I am recently engaged and wanted to get my nails done to show off my ring. After I requested a Ombre, they initiated the process with an air brush process which left white paint all over my cuticles and looked horrible. In addition, I requested an eyebrow wax and requested she apply powder to my eyelids as I have very sensitive skin and the technician indicated it would be fine as they didn't have any and end result left with a bloody eyelid due to the wax tearing my skin. To top all of this off, I felt rushed as though they were wanting to close. I would not recommend this place to anyone an sadly, I still need to go get my nails done. Read Less

Horrible, over priced and they lie to their clients. They tried to tell me what I asked for wasn't possible when I've had it done at nicer places before, then they told me they could "try" to do it , but it would be a ton extra. I'm sorry but $50+ for a gel pedi? At a little hole in the wall like this? And they're rude? Nope. They also told me over the phone they had the style I was looking for, then when I got there it was "something similar" but yet that something similar was going to be a huge up charge. No Thanks. I've been going to LaBelle for 3 years and in all that time had only 1 complaint when i had to use a substitute mamicurist. I stopped in to La Belle for a fill with shellac polish and shellac toe polish change. I was visiting from out of town and didn't have an appointment. The owner/ manager was very accommodating and fit me in since there was a cancellation. The woman she sat me down with did not seem pleased to have my business and was short with me until I snapped back at her, and then became overly nice. The lady who changed my toe polish rolled her eyes at me when I told her she had the wrong color. My advice to out of state visitors: steer clear of this salon. Read Less

I've witnessed on several occasions rude behaviors that the owner Annie and some of the other nail techs have displayed to customers. Today I arrived at the salon for my 3:00 pm appointment at 3:04 pm. When I walked in and went to sign in, the owner Annie told me not to sign in because she had canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else who was there for a pedicure and decided to get a manicure last minute. She the proceeded to tell me that the salon policy is that they will cancel an appointment if the customer is more than 10 minutes late. I then pulled my phone out and showed her that it was now only 3:07. She rolled her eyes and said fine, we won't cancel your appointment (like she was now doing me a favor). I just said no thank you and walked out. I will not be returning ever again. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, the owner should probably consider that when treating customers poorly. Read Less

I was disappointed in my service today. The technician rushed through the job and only took about 30 minutes and didn't pay attention to detail. I was in and out of there before any of the customers who were there before me were even finished. Lastly, I was not offered a bottle of water which I believe is standard procedure at the salon. Got my nails done here on new yrs eve Dec 31st. I got gel polish and within 2 days my nails chipped (gel polish is suppose to last at the very least 2 weeks). Not to mention that went they took the other gel polish i had on off they used the power tools and filled on my actualy nail as if they were acrylic which weakened my super strong nails. went back to have them fix it yesterday Jan 5th and the polish on same nails they "fixed" are already chipped don't waste your time or money here. I even paid extra for the chrome gel polish. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ! I get gel polish manicures a lot at other salons and they always last over a month with no chipping what so ever. I have been going to this shop for years. Been going to lina and I have never been disappointed. My nails last at least 3 weeks, they never lift, or chip. I highly recommend it to anyone. As with any service you must tell them what you want and if you don't like how they look just tell them they will fix it... But kindness is a two way street... I came here last week to get a full set. I wanted rhinestones but didnt know how much they were going to charge. The lady told me to have the nails how i wanted it would be 85 dollars. I told her that was way too much and she said well you want nice nails but you dont wanna pay. She came off really rude but was smiling like she didnt day anything. Well she did my nails and she charged me 47 dollars. Theyre not only ugly theyre way too thick. I came here because of how great everyone says it is but thats the last time i go there. Read Less
