HORRIBLE. Please save your money. I got fake nails the nail technian didnt paint the gel polish fully i had patchs and alot of spots. On top of that he was rough made me bleed and slaped my hand around. On top of that my nails wernt straight filed and he glue the nails toward the ceiling instead of straight from tbe sides my nails look weird they are going up. I paid $50 and ill be paying to take them off somewhere else. Spending more money to redo them. The manager is rude and so was the nail tecnitian. DONT GO HERE!! My 12 year old daughter wanted a pedicure advertised as $25.. and French tip finger nails for a special event. Both gel so they would stay on longer according to owner. $5 More then $5 More for sparkle onToes. ... Our total at the end $105?? AND... they fell off in 1 week = 7 days.. YES!! The WORST nail shop I have EVER BEEN TO. Kim does NOT know how to do nails for shit. She’s rude. No sense of customer service skills whatsoever and was rushing me the whole time. My nails look HORRIBLE and I paid 45 for gel full set. The “gel” polish is peeling off and I’ve had them less than two weeks. When I left after getting them done they were filed or shaped correctly. Nothing about them was correct. And I get my nails done a lot so I pay attention to how it’s supposed to be done. I wish I could get my money back but knowing how most shops work I probably won’t. I absolutely loved the look of the inside , pedicure was amazing polish has lasted over a week . My nails on the other hand weren't done that great I only get acrylic colored powder & it'll usually last a month no breaking , came here to get a fill & the young man shaped them perfect everything looked great but it's been a week & three nails are lifting very bad & one has broke in half so looks don't mean everything I guess , practice makes perfect tho . Tried to give them my business but certain things hold me back such as rushed service, always having to wait sometimes up to 30 or 40 minutes after scheduled appointment time, not taking care to give the best finished product and usually very noisy place. On a nicer note they remodeled the shop and it's very pretty and they do offer you tea or water and show movies Read Less

Kayla is amazing. You can't go wrong if you ask for her. I've never had a manicure or pedicure that I was not happy with. If you show her a design she will replicate it no problem. I've been here a handful of times years ago. There service was ok. Nothing to brag about. I decided to try it again. Went in for a pedicure.  The place was empty.  Only 2 customers in there.  I sat in the chair and the lady started working on me.  Was I not only disappointed, but was really mad at the end. The lady cut and scraped the top of my left foot. She pumiced the tops of my feet. Who does that?!? My foot was bleeding the whole time was working on it. She said sorry, but the manager just brushed it off. She patted my foot with lotion and it made it seem like no big deal.  I paid. No tip. Walked out. I will never come back again. I came in for a mani/pedi without an appointment. They took me right away. The location is clean and the chairs comfortable. (The location I usually go to was closed today)They did a pretty good job (the polish on one of my toes is already chipped) I don't know if I will go back to have them repaint. It's winter and I'm not showing off my toes. When I come for a pedicure I want to relax. To me, that means a quiet location. I don't need a television. (They have at least two blaring with the same movie) also, two of the employees kept chattering, giggling and showing things on their cellphones to each other. One of them was the one giving me the pedicure. They were loud.  Unfortunately I had forgotten my headphones. I would have stuck those in and listened to some soothing music. Hate this place, One lady messed up my nails,and some guy said he'd fix them today called and rescheduled my appointment and got bitched at for being late. And when I got there they were very rude and the man ended up not finishing my nails because my Friend made an honest post about them... I have lived in this community for 9 years and on special occasions would have my nails done here. Today my daughter wanted them to remove fake toe nails on her big toe for sports reasons and they couldn't do it. Instead they sandpapered it down , repainted them and did a horrible job. The rude manager is currently on vacation and the acting manager Vivian is just awesome! Very courteous on the phone and when you walk in for services, I didn't feel rushed at all- she took her time and did a fine quality job. The staff was also very welcoming. First time here and I was very shocked how clean and relaxing this salon is . Diana is so sweet and mg pedicure was relaxing and she took extra time to make sure every nail was perfect . I can't believe all the bad reviews about this place lol I've never had an issue coming here even since before they remodeled from Wonder Spa into Ava. I just want to thank Sun/Son for my beautiful nails. He takes his time doesn't rush or halfast his work and he talks to you Diana does my pedicures and she does an awesome job! She takes her time too and always makes sure I'm comfortable. They also have a wide selection of regular nail Polish and gel Polish which I love! I even read the reviews on the manager every time I go in she is just walking around looking at what the employees are doing lol and she's usually has her headphones on with her tablet. Same owners apparently but they remodeled it and I must say it looks very nice inside! I love the chandeliers and they added alot more gel colors. It looks alot cleaner with the remodel. Inexpensive. Very nice staff. Love the massage chairs....if you are getting a manicire/pedicure they offer to Match a color with your nails or toes which was nice. THIS LOCATION IS NOT CLOSED!!!So after reading a few of the reviews, I must say this place is not being fairly portrayed at all.First off, you have to understand these mom and pop type nail salons and the culture behind them. They are maybe not the top in customer service since I see a lot of complaints about the owner but that's not their intention to come off as scary and rude. They're just old fashioned with the way they run their business and it's either you get it or not. They are straight up and you need to just not take it personal. I know you are asking for a service and you expect to be treated well and that's what they do. I have been coming here with my sisters and dad for years and have come to know the owners quite well and they are HARD WORKING, HUMBLE, and NICE PEOPLE. I love all the professional manicurist that work there!Best place to get a pedicure! Reasonably priced and super quite and relaxing! You select your pedicure option and then they get straight to work! I love how caring and sweet they each are. They genuinely care for their customers. I came to this established nail salon yesterday to get a gel manicure and my manicurist was very professional, sweet, and she did a fantastic job. Her name was Sydney - I recommend requesting her and (based on reviews and what I saw) try not to take it personal if some of the scheduling staff is a little abrupt. I look forward to getting a pedicure here soon, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxing. Read Less
