NEVER AGAIN! The one star can be for the pedicure the lady gave me a couple months ago. She was new and amazing but this is the 3rd time I've given this place a chance with my daughters nails. I currently write this as my 12 year old sits going on her 4th FREAKING HOUR SITTING THERE!!! If you can't accommodate the customer then DO NOT TELL THEM TO SIT AND WAIT SHORTLY!! I had to leave in order to keep my composure! My daughter so desperately wants to just wait on him to finally finish with her even though he is doing another young ladies full set that came in 2 and a half hours after my daughter and asked "do you have time for a full set?" (No appointment)What a joke! I've always loved the original nail shop in town Angels nails and I should've went with my gut!! Now my daughter has wasted 4 hours of her evening before school for what I can guarantee will not look to be worth even half the time it has taken. Ugh!!! $65 and 4 extremely off looking nails! I very rarely write negative reviews, but I feel that my experience here today warrants it. To be fair, I have gotten my nails done (full acrylic set with gel) here a couple times before and it was fine. Not the best, but not terrible either. Today I opted for pink and white instead.The first red flag is that the woman tried to talk me into painting on the white tip instead of doing the white acrylic. Not a chance. Next she asked me if I like thick or thin white tips and I told her it didn't matter as long as the arch was high since I don't like them to look even slightly straight across. She seemed confused but continued anyway.I'm not sure if she wasn't paying attention when she began using the drummel filer or what was going on, but she proceeded to FILE A HOLE IN MY FINGERNAIL. It was extremely painful and every time I tried to pull my hand back to check on it (especially when she put the drying stuff on the nail before the acrylic and it stung like a B****), she just pulled it back saying we had to go. I was shocked to say the least.When she started to shape the white I asked if she could fix the couple she had done already to make the arch higher and all she said in response was "No more". At this point I was so upset and in such pain that I just wanted to get the appointment over with and go home, but I continued having to ask her to fix problem after problem with my nails. She left about a centimeter on either side of my pinky nail with no acrylic and just bare fingernail and it took me asking three times and saying "no don't just file my fingernail narrower" for her to fix it right. And even after that there are still chunks of acrylic under my pinky that she decided not to file off. Then when she was finally about to put clear coat on, I had to ask her twice to file the acrylic with a finer file because you could still see the giant scratch marks from the rough file. They are still far from perfect (or even decent in my book) and my finger is throbbing where I have a hole in my nail. Because of this and how much I had to walk her through doing my nails, I decided that a tip wasn't appropriate (which I have never done). The girl that rung me up had the audacity to say "no tip?!" When I signed my receipt... really?! How unprofessional. Never going back. Ps: I never saw or heard an autoclave while I was there and all the pedicure tools were sitting in fast food serving baskets on the floor. Horrible, horrible, horriible. I sat there waiting for like 30mins before anyone of them talked to me and I got acrylic nails done and they weren't even the same length or the same the shape! And she smudged the paint and then said it was too late to fix I've also heard many other of people say they where bad. Do not go here they are horrible and a waste of money. Okay, this is the 2nd time I gave this place a try. The pedicure was awesome (times 2), my nails awful (times2). The first time I felt like they were going so fast and not paying attention therefore I ended up with every nail filed at a serious slant. I just got a gel manicure from the owner of the shop. I have been getting gel manicures for years and this was by far the worst I have ever gotten. The pain is uneven and on my skin in multiple places. She also wouldn't let me keep my nails under the light for more than 30 seconds. I kindly asked her to fix some parts and she ignored me. This place does a pretty good job. They are detailed and efficient. I usually just go for a gel pedicure and they always try and push more. They are not all trained for everything in there so that can get frustrating. By the end of my service at least two if not three people have touched my feet. Great place! At first after reading the reviews I was a little concerned. But I had no reason to worry! The only problem was with four people already in here it took about 20 min before we started. Other than that it was a great experience! My friend and I got acrylics and they both looked amazing. They made sure our nails were set to the length we wanted and pretty much made sure everything we desired was put into motion. The workers were very nice and answered all questions. I got a mani and pedi here before my wedding and it was the worst I have ever gotten. The pedi was ok but the manicure was horrible! The lady was so rude. She also cut me. I seriously can't express how terrible this place was. She didn't apologize for cutting me and knew she did a bad job on my nails but did not seem to care. I don't recommend this to anyone! I did not listen to the bad reviews and went because it was the only one in town open on Monday but it was a big waste of money and added stress to my day. Read Less

Extremely rude. First of all, I don't like going into a place that they don't know English and they make me try and guess what there saying or look at me stupid because I don't understand them. Second of all, when I'm getting a pedicure and the chick stops right in the middle of it and makes me wait 20 minutes because the person that just walked in had an appointment so they quit on me to take care of her right then and there was pretty F'ed up. Third.. When I tell you not to trim my nails because I already did it, and you don't understand English and you cut me trying to trim them even more is a good way to get punched in your face. Forth.. Why even ask people what type or price range of service they would like when you're going to charge them what ever the hell you want anyway. This place seriously SUCKS and I can't believe I didn't trust my gut feeling and stay away. I will never come back to this joke of a salon and I'm going to remain loyal to Angels Nails with Tony and Schelly. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. My pedicure was meh. I had to fix my manicure at home. But the kicker was when the lady next to me left and a new one came in and sat in the same spa chair, they didn't clean the bowl and used all the same tools without cleaning them. So disgusted! I spent the afternoon with a deluxe pedicure and foot massage! What a wonderful treat! The service was amazing. Having the nice new chairs and clean environment made it even better! The chair gave me a great massage while I was having my feet done. This will for sure be a regular hangout when I need to spoil myself! Read Less

A group of us went for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure on Mother's Day. They were great! Very accommodating and nice! Pricing was good. I am very particular about pedicures and who does them..... not to be rude, but  Asians always do the best job. Happy to have a new Salon. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied! Read Less
