Bottom line- I do not feel the service was worth the price I paid. The service was not great at all. It was rushed, the cuticle removal was almost non-existent, when in the past at other locations, it's gone on for a good 4 minutes or more (because I have so much dang cuticle!!). Subsequently my cuticles still looked like crap afterwards, and that is one of my favorite bonuses about getting a manicure. BUT, my gel polish part of the manicure has lasted almost three weeks- and I cannot ignore that! This is the longest any gel manicure has ever lasted on me, because I am so rough on my nails with my daily activities. Only pro I could say was that she was quick, but it looked pretty bad. If I were in a hurry, I might go back, but not with their prices. I paid $47 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and would have appreciated more time spent massaging my hands, arms, feet and legs. Again, I feel it was overpriced and detached, lazy service. I MAY return for a gel manicure and maybe I'll speak up to ask if they can do a better job with the cuticles, lotion application etc. Read Less
