DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave no stars I would. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and now it's time to find a new lash lady. I've referred at least 5 close friends, my sister, coworkers and dozens of strangers I meet at my job or at stores who ask where I get my lashes done. I will literally write her name down and give her phone number and I always give great reviews. Till tonight... my lashes are still pretty full except in one area on my left eye about 5 lashes have fallen out, and I have a wedding to go to on Saturday so I wanted them to look perfect. So I texted Lanie asking if she could put about 4-5 lashes there and do it free of charge since I've never even been given a discount on any of my services even though I've brought her frequent customers. I figured 5 lashes isn't much and wouldn't cost much..she responds with sorry I can't for free, I can do it for $15! 5 lashes for $15!??!? That's outrageous. I'm a college student with loans and not much money. So I told her that that was way over priced and that I would be willing to pay $6 or $7 but not $15. So she read my text and didn't reply. I figured she was busy, so then I sent another text a bit later and she read that one and didn't respond, so then I told her I could see her ignoring my messages. Then she responds. She first off acts ungrateful for the customers I've referred and then says I've only brought her 2 customers. Which is a lie. So then I just said "so you can't do it for $6? I'm a loyal customer and I'll be in in a week or two and I'll pay the $40 for a full fill." She then tells me to find a new place she doesn't care, and that now she wouldn't even do the 4-5 lashes for even $20. 5 years of service and referring dozens of friends and strangers and this is how I'm treated. Insanely rude and the WORST customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. I will be telling everyone about this. And I see other horrible reviews and screen shots of people talking with/About this SAME lady I'm talking about, she's clearly very rude and VERY two faced. Too bad it took so long to notice it. Me and my mom went in for a pedicure and it was pretty good, although my mom noticed that her feet weren't scrubbed the way most other places usually do. Overall the pedicure was fine the reason for the 3-star review is that their advertised price in a magazine (it was still valid we checked) was not honored and we weren't sure of how well the tools were sanitized. TERRIBLE JIM was my nail tech and although he did try to accommodate to my desires, he's just not good at doing acrylics. None of my fingers match each other and he left literally ALL of my nails uneaven so the coat looks really bad and I literally had to beg him to thin out the acrylics because they were so thick and he kept disputing me. I couldn't tell how bad they looked until I stepped outside and upon closer inspection. I went back inside for a refund. The main lady w the short hair told me she'd take them off and then give me a refund, but then Jim comes over and gets argumentative with me. I had to leave to work so I couldn't stay and keep arguing and they DID NOT refund my money which was $40. I had to call my bank to dispute. Don't waste your money on a bad job! Read Less

STAY AWAY IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING A FILL. The guy who did my fill did it incorrectly. I needed pink and white and he did a regular fill. So I had to pick a color and went through three colors before the color on the ring matched the color he tried to paint my nails with. My entire mani pedi was so rushed. Didn't give my feet any time to soak before getting them clipped and cleaned, she was rough with that metal scrapper. No massage just hurriedly applied lotion and smeared it around (think of how you apply sunscreen) just to get it rubbed in. Didn't make ANY conversation with me. She almost forgot to wipe my gel manicure with alcohol to take the stick out of my nails, which I reminded her, she quickly swiped over them still leaving them sticky so I had to ask her to do it again.... I've had my shared of nail shop employees talking smack about me in Vietnamese but never before like this place. They do not think I speak or understand Vietnamese but I do. The lady who was doing my pedicure was talking badly about me thinking I don't understand her. She did a horrible job and I still tip her $5 out of courtesy.  Ladies find other location near by to go and save your money from this place. They are unprofessional!! This is the second time I have come here. On the phone they quote you one price and then when you get there they charge you another higher price. Went in for a pedicure. I got right in and they went to work. They had a plastic liner in the foot bowl. Kind of cool so you know your not getting a dirty bowl. The people working here seemed nice! They make you feel comfortable! I got a great pedicure and foot massage. they did a great job and my feet looked good when they were done. The oil was cool to. and, no, I did not get nail polish. Too manly for that... LOL  They did have a good number of colors if that's what your looking for. I am sure the women would love that!! The price was good. they let you use the online coupon that gave you $2 off the price which now was $15. Not bad for $15. Just follow the link on Yelp and there you go! Made an appointment 2 days in advance for a mani/pedi and still had to wait 40 minutes. The girl that did my toes was Ok, seemed to take care to do a nice job, but the only male in the joint did my nails. He was impatient, careless with the cuticle trimming and filing and pretty much just slopped my polish on and walked away to start sweeping and getting ready to close even though it was still a half hour before closing time. I will NOT return. The service was so unfriendly. Only  2 customers and 4 manicurists and I felt like an intruder. No introduction only "pick your polish".The manicure was very sloppy. The nail polish did not even cover my entire nail on almost every finger!The "massage" was literally 22 seconds on each side. Towels looked dirty and was not changed in front of me. Numerous nail clippings on the table that I was seated at!The table was wet as well, probably from someone's beverage, so there was not a dry place to put my jewelry. The manicurist got up 6 times to help someone else without excusing herself or explaining the interruption. Total time for service was 17 minutes. You get what you pay for I guess. I thought $17 was a good price on a acrylic fill. The gentleman that did my nails was in a hurry. I guess that's my fault as a "walk in" customer? He burnt almost all of my fingers with his filing tool. Even made me bleed. No apology. I asked if he could change my existing oval shape to an almond shape. He began to do a square shape. Luckily I caught him before my nails ended up too short. I am missing acrylic along the edges and my nails are lumpy. He did not bother to compare my 2 hands for nail length or shape. Both hands are completely different in lengths and widths. The polish is nowhere near the cuticle line and I walked out already needing a fill pretty much. I CANNOT wait until these grow out a bit (as I lost a lot of length today) so I can go elsewhere and have my nails done properly. ***I am giving 3 stars because one of the women in there gave me a fantastic pedicure and was very sweet and attentive. Twice I've called for appts and twice they didn't honor them. Don't bother. The first time the delay was going to be over 40 minutes that I just walked out. The 2nd time it was 50 minutes. If you don't mind those horrendous delays, then you're not gonna find a better pedicure anywhere than with Mary at this location. Read Less

Bottom line- I do not feel the service was worth the price I paid. The service was not great at all. It was rushed, the cuticle removal was almost non-existent, when in the past at other locations, it's gone on for a good 4 minutes or more (because I have so much dang cuticle!!). Subsequently my cuticles still looked like crap afterwards, and that is one of my favorite bonuses about getting a manicure. BUT,  my gel polish part of the manicure has lasted almost three weeks- and I cannot ignore that! This is the longest any gel manicure has ever lasted on me, because I am so rough on my nails with my daily activities. So, while I was not impressed with my experience getting my manicure, I would actually chance going back for a gel manicure based on how long it lasted. My pedicure- NOT great at all!! There was no pumice used, which I've always had as a basic standard. (This is different than callous remover- it is just part of a basic pedicure everywhere else I've ever gone!) Only pro I could say was that she was quick, but it looked pretty bad. If I were in a hurry, I might go back, but not with their prices. I paid $47 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and would have appreciated more time spent massaging my hands, arms, feet and legs. Again, I feel it was overpriced and detached, lazy service. Ive tried this place a couple times and the male manicurist is Not good. He burned three of my nails and I had to ask him multiple times to be more gentle. He does not listen and one nail broke off the next morning. Not a great place or product. Read Less

Stopped in here while on a work trip when I was desperate for a full set of acrylics. I was ready to be happy with anything they did, so I was more than surprised with my nails came out absolutely beautiful! Helen is the best! She's very friendly and listened to all my requests as I am very picky with my nails. I had come in for gel manicure on a Wednesday 30 mins before they closed (in my defense that was the earliest I could get off work) but she didn't look annoyed at all. My usual spot where I get my nails done when visiting home. Its pretty standard and affordable. They offer OPI and Gellish gel mani options which are top brands. Wish the place was kept up more with its overall appearance. They do great nails but its always difficult to communicate with them on what you need so be patient. They have a Bai Ling doppelgänger that is super sweet and does eyelashes in the back.They do have waxing options and stay open late if you come a half an hour before closing-but they do not like it. I can't  speak for the other employees here but Tiffany is amazing! I have had a few pedicures with her now and she is always awesome. Not only is she very thorough and does all the normal stuff well, she is amazing with ingrown toenails! She is always very friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or rush you. I have been a pretty regular customer but the time has come to move on.  Typically have to sit and wait some time. They barely speak English. Today I got gel nails and the whole time the lady didn't even look at me or talk to me. She then finished my nails and I said "no lotion or massage" she replied that only the ladies who did pedicures did lotion after manicures.  Oh okay,that makes sense. It all really seemed to be beneath her to rub lotion on my arms. Half the time I go there they can not figure out the right color and put on the wrong color. Such a hassle to remove I let it go. Where to begin with this place! If I could leave no stars I would!First they left me sitting in the chair for a good 35 minutes. After the jet had malfunctioned and sprayed all over me. Leaving me soaking wet in the pedicure chair! Things happen...I laughed at first because honestly it was a bit comedic. But when she finally started my manicure, the girl filed them so short and crooked! I ended up filing my nails myself and since they had been filed so crooked I was forced to file them even shorter. The girl doing my toes rushed through the entire process...literally did a half ass job, didn't rub my feet at all or use any lotion. Not to mention she also filed my toes incredibly short, causing me to bleed. And She had to have answers her cell phone at least 5 times...just while doing my toes! I had heard her practically screaming on her phone 3 times before even starting with me. She also screwed up when painting my toes and was trying to tell me "it was fine." No it's not fine! I am sitting here soaking wet still and you are doing a crappy job! She then asked for payment before starting to paint my nails. I told her I don't think I should have to pay $35 today...really at all for the service I had gone through! Soaking wet, screwed up nails that I basically did half of the manicure myself, toes bleeding, and crappy customer service!The girl who had got me soaking wet and screwed up when filing my nails told me "next time we give you special one!"
