I would give this place 0 stars. The only good thing was they were open late and took me and my sister in since I need my nails done for a party and won't have time during the week..well big mistake I should've just saved my money. There's lumps on the side of the nail from not fixing the nail polish, she made my pinky bleed, and the design looks like a melted flower. She even charged extra for adding the pink line under the black and its not even done good at all.. never coming here again. It was a waste of money that I'll never get back. Read Less

Came in today just to get a haircut really quick and was satisfied with that and as I was leaving I questioned the owner Cindy about getting a pedicure and she just gave me a pretty good price so I decided to go ahead and do it and as she had her little employee that could barely speak English doing the pedicure all of a sudden when I asked me if I wanted to have the skin on my heels great It Off and I said sure and Cindy hand the lady that was working I'm on me this greater and I'm not lying no joke it was a greater that look like exactly the type used in the kitchen you let you hold it with your hand and you grate cheese and so I'm staring at look good girl and she starts reading my heel and it didn't hurt at first because she was using like the soft side and then all the sudden she flipped it over and she started hurting my heels like really fast and hard and she cut my right heel and I told her get that thing away from me what are you doing? And so I started bleeding from my heel really bad and bleeding and so they both glute ladies. Look at it and they rub some kind of ointment on it and it's still bleeding and ripping into the water and I was upset and I couldn't believe it rather than the owner Cindy sticking around and dealing with the problem cuz she heard me say I'm going to go to urgent care because my heel look bad she like split I heard open the register grab with money was in there and she went to the back and was gone and I started to put on my shoes cuz I was done I was thinking out of that and look her up so you can go ahead and go for free I go did you really think I was going to pay I was Furious angry and I just want people out there than out watch out for what type of utensils are told this place uses cuz I'll call myself the idiot for allowing them to do what they did to my heel I mean it's not major or I'm going to die or anything but it's the moral in the point and how the owners just took off on me I'll never come back to this place I don't give it any stars I was here one time before but it was a different owner I don't recall it being Cindy at all. I went up to the barber's chair and asked a medium fade and the lady did not know what it was so I googled a picture of a medium fade and the lady only took a second to look at it. As she continued to cut my hair she asked me again hours the picture looked. In the end the haircut wasn't even a fade. Read Less

I've been coming to Cindy's for about 10 years now. Although I don't live in OC anymore, I try my best to visit her. She does my eyebrows the way I love and she really takes her time. I won't come back here last time I sent my husband to this place the lady was on the phone and was mad at the person she was talking with and did a really bad job on my husband's hair. Drove through for a quick touchup and was upsold to a pedicure/manicure/haircut. They accept walkins and I was seated after an opening come available. This place has a lot of clientele and it was crowded at the time (makes me wonder about some of the negative posts) - I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seated. I have been coming here for about 7 years. I actually found this place thru my husband. When I had first met him he had some good looking eyebrows lol. So I had asked him to give me his eyebrow lady info. so for the past 7 years this is where I come. I always ask for Cindy I don't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I'm not saying any of the other ladies that work there do a horrible job. I just love how Cindy gets the shape of my eyebrows. I've never left there disappointed. I've always gotten so many compliments of my eyebrows. I'm not going to lie out of 7 years of coming I can count with 1 hand the times I had gotten burn but it was never to the point where my skin was burnt off. Ripped My Skin off!I uploaded a pic. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman ripped my skin off! I didn't know initially because they are always a little red afterward. But now I have red scars below my eyebrows. :( It's so embarrassing! I nearly cried when I saw it the next day. Read Less
