I have been coming here since I was in 6th grade, I am now 28. I'll spare you the math, so a really long time. I have gone to MANY other nail salons: high end, local, and "Instagram famous". I am always finding myself coming back to nice nails. I am always taken care of in a timely manner, my cuticles always look to say the least amazing! Their prices are the best and of-course Jenny, kristy and Ha are as sweet as can be. Not to mention they have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from. Small recommendation, call ahead and make an appointment. It's seems like the complaints in the previous reviews could have been avoided with a quick less than a minute phone call. I'm as picky as can be with my nails, and for me a good nail salon should have certain qualities: customer service, wide selection of colors, timely service, obviously good natural and acrylic nail application, experienced nail technicians, and are they keeping up with the trends. I have been coming to Nice Nailsfor 12 Years! The women there have become more then my Manicurist's, they became family. There is not a manicurist that can come close to the work that Jenny does. She takespride in her work just like Christy, Ha and Natalie does. For those of you complaining theres is always a long wait, well that's for a reason. The ladies are always busy with clients because they are very good at what they do. Would you rather go to a nail salon that doesn't have any clients waiting or one that has alot? I was waiting to get my nails done with only one other person in line. People who waited after me even came before me to get there nails done. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half (not exaggerating) don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap and half to Waite long. If I had to Waite in line with one person, waiting over an hour and a half than I wonder how long it would take if there were more people. I have been going here since I was 16 years old, which is a little over 10 years now. I loved going here, but since money has become tight to where I'm not able to get a lot done, like I use to, they have stopped caring about treating me with good customer service. They do my fill as fast as they can without caring about my skin around my nails so they can fill the sit with someone they know will be getting more done or a person they hope that will spend more. I'm done going here. If you are still willing to try them out after reading this, go with Christine, she is above all the best there. Also go when they are not busy if you can, it will cut back on the rushing, but do hope when you go in that it doesn't become busy. Then you are screwed. Read Less

I have been coming to this place for 6 years now and the girls there are wonderful. My only complaint is even tho i have an apt i still wait. That is my only complaint. But i love the girls there so i keep coming back. They do great work for the price that you are paying. Read Less

I've been coming to this place for years and they do a great job and the prices are reasonable.  The girls are nice and I like it because it's very close to me. The only cons are that it's a really small place and it can get crowded quick. So either make an appointment or come during the week in the morning when it's not packed. Read Less
