I love going to this nail salon. It's always busy but it's so worth the wait. Everyone does such great nails. I got mine done by Tom, whose the owner, & I just happened to pull a picture of the nails I wanted on Google & he looked at it for a second & instantly he got to work. He was so fast & thorough & the nails were seriously strong & the perfect length cause I type all day at work & these don't slow me down at all. I went in to get a mani/pedi today and I am very disappointed with my experience. I’ve been going there for a few months and honestly today was not pleasant. My tech that did my toes, Ann seemed like she was rushing and kept messing up my toe nail gel and had to keep fixing because she was placing the gel heat lamp down NOT paying attention. She didn’t cut and clean cuticles on my toes. My mani tech was very pleasant but if my service is going to be rushed I may consider going else where. Read Less

So, I decided to visit this place for a second time after hearing great things about it again. I went into the shop with a design in mind and it started with a good visit. Wrong. The guy who did my nails was so rough, bending my fingers weird ways, grunting the whole time and looked so annoyed. He later told me he was having a bad day, sorry that has nothing to do with me. He did not do the shape I wanted and he kept trying to talk me out of the design I wanted until I was annoyed and said never mind. The gel peeled of the next day, and that't not what I paid for. This place is my go-to for nails I've been coming to Nana nails for years I've brought so many people here they all love it it only takes about 30 to 40 minutes and usually there's no wait although depending on length the nails can be a bit pricey but I mean you definitely get what you pay for this set only cost me 45 and it is literally perfect this is fresh and then exactly two weeks later no lifting chipping or anything like that the woman who did my nails name is Tee Read Less

I've really tried to give this place a fair chance after seeing many positive reviews. Today was by far the worst and last visit for me. Walking in, nobody kept track of the walks ins and even though I came in first, they sat other ladies before me. I wasn't in a hurry so I let it go. Upon sitting down in the pedi chair and helping my mom next to me fix her broken massage chair control, the water in the tub began to overflow and wet the floor around my chair including my shoes. My mani was a disaster. The nail tech kept trying to convince me to do something different than what I wanted (matte pink acrylics). She was in such a hurry even though for a late Saturday evening, it wasn't that full. My nails look super chunky and she didn't properly file or prep my nails before putting on the acrylics. While filing my nails with the machine, she kept hurting and tearing my nail cuticles. Once she finished, she didn't try to moisturize them or even give me lotion for my hands. To top it off, my pedi lady got my nail color wrong and I wasn't going to make her start over once I noticed. I was super excited to finally try NaNa Nails after following them on Instagram for a while and seeing that they only used powder not nail polish. I realized once getting there they do use nail polish. But also do have a lot of colored acrylic powders as well. They did a great job with my nails and design and the price was reasonable for what I got. Very happy with everything EXCEPT that two days after I got them done my rhinestones fell off with only 3 remaining on one nail and one remaining on the other nail (I fixed them myself so that they looked good again which isn't that big of a deal) the problem I have is that literally 3 days after getting my nails done my pointer finger nail on my right hand had a crack in the side. Now exactly one week later it's completely broken. These were supposed to last me until Christmas and I drove quite a distance to go to NaNa Nails so I am a bit dissapointed to say the least that they didn't even last me a week without having one break. I was getting a pedicure I decided to go with gel polish on my toes I guess the lady got so excited to do gel that she forgot to scrub my feet I told her you didn't scrub my feet she said yes I did, I said no you didn't I know that you didn't because it tickles really bad and you didn't do it, so she did a two second scrub and then manhandled my feet as a massage it was awful I'll never go back there again I have polish all over my toes still Read Less

I travel 15 miles to have Don do my nails. Though there are 10,000 nail salons between me & Nana nails, but when you find a great nail artist like Don, you would fly to the moon for his services. I have been going to this place on and off for the past 5 yrs. The only reason I have kept coming back is because they airbrush nails. Anywho, the last time I went I literally walked out while my feet were being soaked for a pedi. The lady that was going to do my pedi got out a pair of gloves... yellow reused gloves!!!!!!!!!!!!!That is the most disgusting thing I have EVER SEEN!!! If the staff there is unable to use clean, new gloves for each client, what is to say about them cleansing the tools used. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! Read Less
