0 stars if I could ... This was my first time here in many years. I remember getting my nails done at this spot in middle school what did I know better that age lol whatever for the first time in many years I had went back last Wednesday for a full set asked for a coffin shape the right hand was the one that came out better than the left... I kept having to repeat myself to the lady that was doing my nails to fix it , into the coffin shape since they were going straight into a square shape instead of what I asked for. She kept telling me to relax when I had a back problem & I couldn't sit the way I wanted because she wanted me to be super close to her for her to do my nails I was in pain the whole time she was doing my nails the way I wanted them for the set to NOT even come out the way I wanted them too.. I'm still upset. Anyways , I wasn't happy about it I went about it paying $30 no tip for the whole set since I didn't care to even get gel on them cause she did a rushed job on the nails the first day I got them done. I called the next day asking to speak to management cause I was upset on how she left my nails & I got hung up on ... so I called again & pretty much demanded for someone to fix my nails the way I wanted them done. I went back that following day to get them fixed yes they did look better than the first time HOWEVER they started lifting 2 days later like it hasn't even been a week & they started to lift.. waste of my $ cause they popped right off when I was doing the dishes yesterday I want a damn refund forsure cause it was such bs customer service & work ... This was my first time here and the service I received was not even ok. They asked me what I wanted and I told them just a pedicure today. She kept insisting I should get a pedicure gel after I told her no thank you 4 times. She starts to do my pedicure and after 5 minutes leaves me to go wax someone's eyebrows for about 10 minutes. I completely understand if they're busy but she didn't even tell me give me a few minutes or I will be right back, she just got up and kept me waiting. She did do a good job on the pedicure but when She said she was done she charges me and I ask her if I could get the pedicure sandals she says no but you can buy some for $3. I mean normally the nail salons give them complimentary. I was very unhappy with the service. Little things like the sandals could make a difference. I hope they get better at customer service. I get my nails done here. I've been coming here for years. I always go to Jessica or Kim. They are both great!! Prices did go up, White & pink Powder French tip acrylic went from $25-$30 to now being $35. But then again its been years and it does kind of take a while to do. Honestly reading these reviews now I should've yelped before going in. I came in asked if they receive card and they said yes so I ask if I can get my nails done and lifted my hand up to show my hand and they're like yes but never told me to sit down on a certain chair so I began to look at the colors. As I was looking at the colors I hear a yell saying, "you ready?" First off that was rude she could have came next to me and asked me if I was ready because she was not that far from me. I do not recommend this salon, bad  customer service. When I went, the employees who were working were extremely rude. I asked for a pedicure and manicure, and it was not busy at all! They had 1 other manicure they were working on. and to save the time they didn't need to, they did both my manicure and pedicure at once in a regular chair. Instead of allowing me to sit on the pedicure chairs which were all free.... They rushed through my nails and  left them with lots of flaws on a slow day. Read Less

I have given this place a couple of chances and after today's service it is safe to say, I won't be going back. I got there at 6:45, they close @ 7:00. I felt like I was imposing on the woman ( I think she might have even been the owner) that did my pedicure, if you want to call it that. There were 3 or 4 other clients being worked on when I got there and I was out of there way before they were even close to being done, my "pedicure" took 20 minutes. My cuticles didn't even have a chance to soften before she started clipping them, my nail shape is horrible, the massage was a joke and polish looks like my 7 year old did it. Believe there ratings! I came here because it is literally a minute away from my house, and I will not be going back. First, the women who helped me was rushing as soon as she saw more customers coming in. Also, the tools they use are filthy. I had to ask them to use clean tools and a new buffer. To add to that, they do not offer disposable sandals (the ones usually offered at most salons), so you have to walk barefoot to the nail dryer, which is not sanitary. Read Less

I've had some 1-star service from other businesses before, but this is the first time I've decided to Yelp about it. I came in and asked for a pedicure and manicure. An employee ushered me to a chair to give me a manicure which is odd because there were plenty of pedicure spaces open (and in my experience they usually set you up with a pedi first, especially when there are open chairs). The woman who did my gel manicure was really sweet and did a good job. When I was in the back room washing my hands another employee met me back there and said they couldn't do my pedicure because of the "rash" on my legs. I explained that it was just psoriasis and that it's an autoimmune disorder and is in no way contagious. Also, I explained that my skin was just red in spots and there was no broken skin of any kind. She shook her head and said they couldn't help me. Yes, it was embarrassing, and no, I won't be going back. I didn't try to convince her, and I didn't get angry. I just put  on my sunglasses and quietly walked up to the front to pay. I felt like they should have been upfront in the beginning, especially as the woman who came up to me in the back room had given me a pedicure not that long ago. But they made sure to get that mani money before telling me that they weren't going to do my pedicure. Had I known that I couldn't get a pedicure, I definitely would not have stayed for a manicure.I've never felt so uncomfortable as I did paying for my manicure and feeling all the workers stare at me. Psoriasis has never been embarrassing for me (hey, I can't control it and it is what it is), but I've definitely grown more self-conscious as a result. On a side note, I had taken my BFF to get a pedicure at this establishment when she was 8 months pregnant in October. Instead of it being a relaxing afternoon for us, the girl who was working on her feet made a big deal that her feet were swollen, and left my friend in tears. I absolutely love the work KIM does! Ive had french acrylic nails for years and she is by far the best I have found. Also, the cheapest price i've found. Go to her, she will completely take care of you and make your nails look flawless. She does such a good job I only need to get a fill every three weeks. Read Less

I was really disappointed with this nail place on my second visit, the gel on my nails were coming off on Monday when I had them done on Saturday. I went back to get it fix and they came out with excuses not to fixed it, just because the lady who did them wasn't there they won't help me they wanted me to pay to get it fix when I had paid $32 not including tip ! My nail tech Kim gets 5 stars but this nail spa is turning into a duct tape nightmare! They are duct taping everything in this place including all of the leather chairs making this spa look so low class!!! A spa is supposed have a serene and relaxing decor and this place is anything but that! Who duct tapes leather chairs with Batman in a nail spa??? There's even duct tape on the walls and the floor and nothing matches. It's very disturbing and hideous! It's a duct tape nightmare!! Even the bathroom door is covered in a horrible looking duct tape pattern!! They're definitely going to lose clients as soon as they walk in the door and see this very disturbing scene. Read Less

If i could give 0 stars i would.. its my 1st time doing any manicure or pedicure so i went along with my beautiful girlfriend to try it out.. i was expecting a great experience. One lady quoted me one price another a different price then was on their price list. Well manicure took about 5 minutes to do. Rushed right thru that. Nails cut uneven. I do a better job doing it myself. Cut me deep on a cudicle area lil bleeding(but sh*t hurts ,lol) Pedicure took a lil longer 10 minutes or so. Rushed thru that too. Feet really needed cleaning on cuticles so was better after. That ended then sitting with my girlfriend noticed alot of hand needed more cleaning so girl went back to finish what she didnt do right the first time..Then i noticed other ladies were getting a massage from chair i said wtf? Hated everything about it.  The person that assisted my daughter was very pleasant but I felt the woman who took care of me was extremely impersonal and only saw me as a dollar sign. Tip- good (at this point I would have settled for mediocre) customer service goes a long way. My fault for letting my daughter pick the location before reading Yelp. I only trust one girl with my nails here and that is KIM! She does a great job and I recommend everyone go to her. I've been a client of hers for years. I have gotten my nails done by some of the other ladies here and no one else compares to the technique she has. I love everything about how she does my nails.
