Love this place! Got a pedicure done 2 weeks ago and my hail has not shipped nor peeled off! Today I got my nails done by the man with the glasses ( sorry didn't ask for his name) and I love them. Horrible place with horrible service. Asked if I could come in at a certain time, was told to come in 30 minutes. Went at told time and was told to wait 20 more minutes. When I asked why, was told they had no lady to do acrylic. Why schedule someone at a certain time if they knew they would have no one available? Poor communication skills. The wait time expectations they tell customers is WAY OFF !  Twice already I've came in and they tell me it's a 5-10 min wait they sit me down in a spa chair and leave me there for over 30 min ! This is the last time I'm coming here ! Even with an appointment they still lie about the actual wait time just to keep from walking out. Horrible.!! Went in for full set and a pedicure. My nails after a month wouldn't come off. It's like they used cement to my nails. And not to speak of pedicure. I was so upset they used dirty tools. Beware of the Gel they use for acrylics!!! When I left the salon, my nails looked great with the correct shape and perfect thickness. Within 2 days the gel got dirty and my nails were stained. This was extremely disappointing as I was traveling abroad and couldn't get them fixed. My nails looked horrible throughout my trip. I will be going back to the salon to complain as soon as I get back home. So unfortunate! On a side note, I've been a customer for almost 2 years and have always gotten my pedicure done. This was my second time getting a full set and am very disappointed with the quality of gel that they use. Customer service is great but product quality is essential to a successful business. The same woman always perfects my nails to the fullest extent and is very sweet. The staff is lovely and kind, the pace has a very pleasant and calming atmosphere. Can't ask for more, for a better price. This is definitely my permanent main spot. Read Less

Do not waste your money here most of the photos of nails on here isn't there work i asked for French ombré manicure 5 times and they didn't understand after I showed them a photo on their own yelp it took 2 people to do my nails and they were still terrible I will never return Read Less

The staff is very friendly and always seem to remember you even when you haven't been there in months. The take excellent care of your feet, and no complaints when it comes to a them doing a pedicure. I only think that they can do a better job with manicures. I feel like they are little rough, rushed, and not efficient when it comes to nail care. Absolutely love this place. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I come here to HI Fashion Nails because it's completely worth it. Everyone is nice, they take their time and they listen to you wants and needs. Inside: very clean, they separate their soiled utensils and always use clean sanitized tools when working on you. The saying still goes...you get what you pay for.For $23 gel manicure you get eh-average. Not the best not the worst. I paid $30 somewhere else in a different neighborhood and got an awesome job. I was really looking at cutting cost so I came here...service was good a little sharp tone when you ask them to repeat the answer because you didn't understand a single word...my main problem was  my cuticles don't look as clean. IF I go back I would be anal about making them fix everything - then they will talk crap about me in their language. this place will work if you speak up and be heard. Really bummed because the first time I came here it was great, and Jamie did an amazing job! This time, I got a guy (didn't catch his name) and he rushed through everything. He didn't clean up my cuticles at all, misshaped my nails, and then painted them with three coats of uneven polish. I could have done a better job painting my own nails and it's frustrating spending money there to now be stuck looking at this poor, rushed job. Not to mention its Fourth of July this weekend... I came here with my mother a few weeks ago (I totally forgot to write a review at the time), she got gel mani-pedi and I just got gel pedi. They did good with the nail jobs and stuff, but their service/hospitality sucked!! They were really rude and judgement. When we were waiting I overheard one of the workers ask a mother about her family, and when the mother mentioned the fact that she was a team mom, the worker had the nerve to say "oh I bet you didn't go back to school huh?" That's really rude. Then, while my mom was getting her gel dried by the UV, it almost fell into the water, and the manager or whoever decided to blame it on my mom! She said my mom was too fidgety and kept moving a lot, when my mom was literally still the whole time. And another thing to add, the lady who was working on my toes, cut my toenails so short, down to the hyponychium, to they point where it was bleeding. She didn't even apologize and she put a bunch of acetone and nail polish remover and what not on my toes and made them burn very much. Read Less

Amazing service! The staff are all so friendly and keep you first, keeping focus on your needs and likes. Jaime is a master of her art! I LOVE my Ombre nails! I have searched numerous salons nearby and I am lucky to have found Hi Fashion Nails.  They take pride in their work and shop is so clean. They offer a wide variety of gel colors that are organized which makes it so much easier to select. The atmosphere in here is relaxing and not at all pushy on up selling you. Just had my first experience here and it was AWFUL. Horrible customer service and they overcharged me for a crappy nail job. (I clearly spoke Vietnamese but they insisted on talking about my nail choice in a language I understand while smiling at me) I told the guy doing my nails that one of the tips he put on was crooked and not only did he not fix it, but he made it WORSE and mumbled something about the tip he put on being too small.... Too bad this was after the tips were filled in and the paint was about to go on.... Sure, it may be a newly remodeled establishment, but I have NEVER had to pay $66 for tips and a pedi. Also, is a gel pedi even a thing??? Apparently here it is so they can charge you $28 dollars for it. You have been warned.Read Less

Don't let the new remodel fool you! It's a cover-up for how awful they are at doing nails! I've never been more furious after getting my nails done than today. 1) "almond" is supposed to be a set shape- I didn't mean I wanted all my nails to look like a handful of random almonds2) I CLEARLY spoke Vietnamese so why would you talk about me in Viet right to my face??3) gel polish is bubbling up already and it hasn't even been an hour4) it took TWO HOURS for me to get a mani/pedi with gel tips5) also, gel on your toes is a thing??? I just found my new nail place!! This is a newly remodeled nail salon under new management. It's not in the best location in Anaheim (in a scruffy center that sometimes has homeless guys loitering nearby), however the interior is absolutely clean & beautiful. I'm somewhat of a germ-a-phobe and a lot of nail salon places disgust me (not washing your hands in between customers, not scrubbing pedicure equipment clean, dirty & torn chairs, etc).  But this nail salon is a germ-a-phobe's paradise! All of their equipments are super clean and brand new.  They even put a plastic cover over the pedicure spa tub for each customer!! I've gone a few times and have had different manicurists every time I've gone.  They all do really great work and are all very sweet.  They also use nice hot towels for massaging which is super nice.  I've gifted a few gift cards to my friends & families for their $25 mani/pedi special and everyone has come out really happy!  Highly recommended! :) Read Less
