I really like my nails, and the lady was super nice. And she did a really good job.. until I noticed when I got home one of my nails isn't the same shape as the other, yeah I'm upset I'm upset I spent 65$ !! I first called and told the lady what I wanted and she told me it would've been 50. And I went over.  I would've been fine with 55 or so but 65 as my total just for nails is very pricy. And I explained this lady and She explained that the rhinestones would've been 5$ and my total would've been 65. The place I usually go to would've done it for less money but that's not the point Since I usually go there but this was closer.  When the lady asked the rhinestones I said never mind, and I rather just pay the 65 because she was going to charge me 70$ when i asked again how much my total was she said 65. So I chose not to Get them, because I don't understand how 45 or 55 or so can jump to 70$. There was a lot of confusion with that situation which caused me to be disappointed as my first time coming here, but the nails are pretty. I'm just disappointed it wasn't the price I expected to pay, because it threw me off guard. Read Less

This was my first time getting acrylics and it was the best experience ever! My first impression of the place was that it was very clean and everyone was really nice. The price was reasonable too: 45 for a full set + 5 for the design. My technician, Kathy, understood exactly what I was going after and she delivered well. I've been coming to this place for almost 10 years for pedicure with no problem. I even ignore the warnings of how dangerous it is to pick up something from using services at a nail salon. But yesterday, on a slow day with no line, i stopped by for a pamper me pedi, and the lady cut into my cuticle and pretended it didn't happen. It felt like a needle poke and yanked me out of my concentration reading news on my phone. The lady added some blue liquid drops to the area and i went back to reading. Seconds later the pain increased and the blood came out and the lady aded more blue liquid droplets into the cut claiming it stops bleeding. It probably has some numbing agent because the pain subsided somewhat and i finished the entire hour process of pedicure. The lady did a great job on everything else except now i have to worry about possible infection and have to be on the look out for an inflamed toe. I probably won't return after this painful experience pending my toe is ok. Read Less

This is the best nail place in Anaheim Hills.  Very clean, modern atmosphere, and all tools come out of a sterilized bag.  They also use liners in the pedicure bowls, so you know it's clean.  Very nice people, too! Read Less

My daughter has had her nails done at a handful of different local nail salons. While they all did a decent job, not all were honest with their prices. Some didn't even have prices and were overcharging. We found this out after the fact that others paid way less.My daughter has been to Happy Nails a few times and absolutely loves it here! Everyone is so friendly. The staff is upfront with their pricing which is very reasonable. Today I walked in with my daughter this way I could explain exactly what it is she wanted done. The whole salon was very open and clean and we were able to be helped right away. May was the woman who serviced my daughter and she was very nice. My daughter said she was fun to talk to as well. She was also very careful and did exactly what my daughter asked for. Now she is all ready to go back to school tomorrow. Thank you May, for accommodating my daughter today. I've been going to Tracy for pedicures for a few years and love her. She takes her time and has great attention to detail. I wear sandals often so my feet can be rough I'm always happy how great my feet feel and look after visiting Tracy. I don't get manicures very often but today I asked if anyone was available that could do an anchor design. Nikki did a fabulous job and was so sweet to talk to. I have been here multiple times and always find myself disappointed. They tend to cut the massage short and polish doesn't look great. Today the woman was quite distracted during my pedicure. She kept stopping and looking around so the scrub and massage was kind of awkward. She got the lotion and oil all over the bottoms of my pants that were pulled up to my knees. When she said she was done, I looked down to see polish all over my cuticles, which I had to point out. She tried to clean it off with just her nail. I had to ask again for her to get a brush and polish remover to clean it off. She was annoyed and then began speaking to all the other ladies in Vietnamese. DO NOT WADTE TIME AND MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. There's a guy that answers the phone that treats you like dirt! You get there and it takes at least 10 min until they ask you what you need and the material they use is truly the worst. My nails lasted 5 days and chipped off one by one! Terrible job! Will not coming back. I'm always in that plaza running errands and decided to walk in for a fill. It was nice because they took me right away (hence why I gave 1 star) but other than that my service was rushed and the nail polishes they use aren't great quality.Not a great job at applying polish . Nail tech seemed peeved because I showed her that the nail polish was causing weird lines on my nails and she complained that it was because the color was too creamy. Today I walk in and asked for a mani and a pedi at around 5:30pm. They were super busy so I thought I wasn't going to get in. The service was good the the techs are nice but I know I didn't ask for something to off the wall. The total came out to 70 something!!! I was like their work isn't all that good! I could of went somewhere else and got the same thing done at a cheaper price. The only reason I went to his location was the fact that I was killing time in the shopping center.. now I know to look else where for the same quality for a cheaper price. Read Less

Came here was greeted the guy who did my nails didn't talk at all he kinds hurt my nails a few times but whatever no big deal then I picked out a pretty color and right when he was about to paint I said this is the cheapest nail Polish right ? He looked at me and said no cost more so I said ok I'll go pick out a new color and he ignored me and got the nail Polish next to him kinda ugly but whatever at least I know never to come back here it's expensive and not that great. There are 3 levels of pedicures. I got the mid priced one ($30). Came with a good scrub, hot stone massage, and dead skin/callus removal. Clean, efficient, didn't get cut. Massage chair is nice, and they have OPI polishes to choose from. I'd be a regular if I lived here! Read Less

Went in for a pedicure with my GF. We both got right in and they got right to work. I cant believe how good the massage was. the rest of the service was very good and professional. The place is clean and the price is about the same as most places. This place is always busy. I think it is because they do a great job. We have been going here a long time now. Every visit has been a good one. Always quick service. The TV had football on, can you believe that?? I am not sure how the women here take that. Regardless it was nice to get your feet done and take in some football... Hey guys you have to try this place out. They do a great job!! My GF said she likes this place to. Here's what I looked about this mail salon: clean, hygienic, friendly staff that is respectful and didn't try to talk to me during the entire process, open space with a nice decor. The only slight negative is the cost. For a basic men's Mani pedi is over $40 with tip. Read Less

I visited Happy Nails and Spa over the weekend to have a nail repaired. I have natural long fingernails so I don't need nail enhancements, however, once in a while I break a nail and have to visit a spa if I don't want to cut all my other nails and start over. I am happy to say that I found the spa to be clean and spacious. I hate how some spas squash as many tables into one area as possible so that you feel stuffed together, so for me, this was a plus. I also liked that the lady at the front was friendly and suggested several services she thought may be of interest since I have natural nails. She did not try to "push" services, simply engage me in conversation about what they had to offer that applied to me, while I waited. Over all this was a pleasant experience and I will return for the Threading services and a facial or perhaps one of the other services they offer. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! Read Less
