Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! I'm so impressed. My nails were done 1 week ago today and they still look AMAZING! This was my first visit; I will definitely be back. I received the best pedicure and nail job at this place! They used actual fruit for my pedicure. It smelled incredible. The ladies were so nice and really took care of me. Tiffany, one of the owners, did my fingernails and another Tiffany did my pedicure. I showed them a photo of a pink ombré nail job that I wanted. Tiffany did my nails (owner) and they turned out so good! I'm very happy with the job she did. More than anything, these girls are just the sweetest! They've treated me as a friend from my very first visit. They're professional, super attentive, and never cut corners. I drive about 10 miles to get my nailcare done here and it's totally worth it. Very beautiful place, way to overpriced for what they do. Horrible customer service came back twice times to get a  full set and pedicure. got my feet done and promised a full set if I could come back later. Came in later that afternoon and was told to wait 15-20 minutes, waited then I called 10 minutes after asking what the wait time was for my full set and they said that they would be closing AFTER TELLING ME TO WAIT FOR 15-20 minutes. so very irritated because the services for my pedicure weren't fully complete in my package I had asked for and was still charged, while also coming back again. I go here because it is clean and close to my house. The pedicures themselves are lovely and I like that there's a menu of different experiences to choose from. I especially enjoy the Orange bliss pedi.My biggest problem is that even when I call ahead and make an appointment, I am often kept waiting for 20 minutes before they will even seat me. Twice I have been seated, only to sit in the chair so long before anyone comes to get started that the water in the foot tub gets cold. Bottom line: I can never seem to get in and out of there in less than 90 minutes, especially if I want my toes to dry. So don't come here if you're short on time. Read Less

New owner!  She took over the location 2 months ago. Very nice people and friendly. They have a variety of options. She seems to be very knowledgeable. There are spa massage chairs and they are clean and comfortable. They were honest about their wait time and what they could and could accommodate-we have a group of 4. Did a great job. Here's my review as promised. I was referred to this place by a coworker said it was quick and an "in-out" type of place. And only 5 minute drive from my work. It was a nice and relaxing environment however, my nail technician was "relaxed" as well. She was way to slow, what should've taken 35 minutes as promised took almost an hour!! I loveeeeee this place. I am very picky when it comes to the quality of work about nail art. I usually get acrylic nails with a gel nail polish and a spa pedicure. This place is very clean and I am there atleast 2x a month (going 2-3 weeks in between upkeeps). They are very organized, friendly, and professional; not sketchy or dirty AT ALL. I've gone to other nail spas such as color me spa, the nail place next to burger king, etc and my acrylic nails peel right away. Being a State Farm Insurance Agent, I have the opportunity to inspect and insure many Salons in the Orange County area. But I must say that Embellish Nails & Spa is one of the very few that most impressed me. The salon is spotlessly clean. Everyone in the salon dresses professionally and greets you upon your arrival. Embellish changed owners within the last month.  It's gone way downhill.  It used to be quiet and calm, with an emphasis on customer service, now it's just a run of the mill shop. They want you in and out.  I had an appt at 10:00.  I got there and they said there was a mix up.  So I waited for 45 min.  The new owner offered NOTHING to compensate me for that, even though she said it was HER mix up.  $5 or $10 off would have been nice!  Something!  Anything??  With the pedicures, they include a FIVE minute massage!  And they set a timer.  Five minutes?  Why even bother!?  I have never seen a nail salon do that!  The min time is always at least 15-20 min.  Then, after paying $72.00 for a pedicure and a gel manicure (French) they charged me .50 to use my card to pay!  That is YOUR cost of doing business, not mine!  They want cash... Clearly to avoid paying taxes. I've been coming here twice a month for a couple years, but I will never go back.  It's a shame because Kayla and Kim are awesome.  I will miss them.   I absolutely hate being nickel and dimed to death!!  There are hidden charges everywhere, so beware of that.  If they were upfront with their "extra charges" perhaps they would do better business.  Customer service is SO important when there are 30 nail salons in every town.  You lost my loyal business.  Bye! Horrible & dirty place..."the man" that works there seems "under the influence" of something bad..I didn't agree with the price because the manicurist did a horrible job & hurt me/made me bleed, so "the man" quickly walked over to the door & locked I it so I could not leave...I then called the police & when the police came, they told "the man" u cannot keep someone from leaving...that is false imprisonment!!!!!! Think twice before coming here...soo many other nail salons in the area that are soo much cleaner & classier.... this establishment needs to be shut down!!!!!! Read Less

This is my new spot!! I am very particular when it comes to my nails. The gel or polish needs to be very close to the cuticle and not lumpy. They did an amazing job!! I have nothing but good things to say about Embellish Nails & Spa. Had my first classic mani-pedi today there. The shop is: clean, beautifully decorated, calm and relaxing. The staff is: kind, friendly and accommodating. My mani pedi was awesome--from the gentle care of my cuticles (no ouchies!), to the hot stone massage (included!), everything was great. They took they're time with me even though I wanted a new set of acrylics and it was less than an hour before closing. This was the first time that I've had my nails done and they didn't hurt me or make me bleed. Best of all, they spoke ENGLISH and were so nice and friendly. I highly recommend them!! Read Less
