You get what you pay for. I asked for gel coat and got super thin gel coat. I wondered why...they don't have a blue light to harden gel coat. Sent me away with nails that were wet and lacking sufficient top coat. When I asked to buy more top coat from them they did not have any for sale. My nails suck and I need to get them fixed before my Halloween party. My first stop after salon was to dollar store for top coat. Wow...worst nails ever.Read Less

I give them 4 stars because they have a GREAT deal for gel nails! I come in every 2 weeks or so, many places over charge for gel, this place is only $10, $2 more to remove gel polish but still overall a great price ! Read Less

I love this place! I always  come for a pedicure. I like the lady with the really short hair..i forget  her name. She takes forever so dont come on your lunch break. When i mean forever its in a good way because  she focuses on evey inch of nail! Basically  like 6min on each toe!!. The inside is not tht appealing but then again the quality  is amazing. The price is extremely  reasonable. I would  suggest this place to everyone. Make an appointment  because  it gets crowded especially  on weekends. Hope this helps! Read Less

If you're looking for above and beyond customer service I wouldn't recommend you come here if you have that expectation. There's times I come when it's really slow and the staff is laying down on the couch or sitting with their backs to the door watching TV, and I kind of have to get their attention. However, on a busy periods, such as the weekend, they definitely greet you on their own and ask you what service you're looking for. I love that they are a relatively cheap priced salon. Normal pedicures are $10 and spa pedicures are $12 and you get a chair massage the entire time they do your nails. I came here to get my first set of acrylics done and I was happy with the job. She definitely listened to what I wanted and made them look nice. The full set was $13.99 so you can't beat that. Mine were just plain so I'm not sure how they are with designs and such. Normal manicures are $7.One thing I docked them for is their lack of appealing polishes and the decor or the salon. They do have a lot if nail polishes, but the set up is boring and there are no higher end polishes, such as OPI or Essie. They're all polish brands I do not recognize, so I usually bring my own polish since I have a big collection at home. Moreover, the place seems a little run down and they definitely didn't put much effort in the actual design in this place. Capet seem s a little old, the couch is run down, there's only two chairs in the waiting area, and they have some religious figures on their back wall. Doesn't seem like a very appealing place. Other than that, I don't really care for excellent customer attention when it comes to my nails and I love the prices, so this is my spot if I'm budgeting for my nails. Read Less

I must admit its a hole in the wall type of place!.. no updates from the looks of it. but i stumbled upon it when i was in desperate need of a pedi most salons i go to are closed sundays i was trying to find something not too far so i found it on yelp but with no reviews! so i must give it one!For one when u first walk in they do make you wait unless u have an appt which they took me in right away!.. tHe lady (i believe her name was Bang) that did my pedi took her time with my feet!.. and she did a good job on my pedi! she cleaned up my toes pretty well (only negative; she cuts the nails really short=/ which in my case im not a fan of) but overall i liked that she took her time and she didnt pressure me to get other things such as designs and gel polish. She was nice but didnt speak english, which all of them dont really seem to but one lady. As far as for my manicure, i got the pink and white powder which goes for 24.99 which i think its expensive for it not being such an updated place! i must say Michael (the guy who did my nails) does them very diferently than all the other place si been to. But overall i like their work!. and my overall price was decebnt!.. I do plan on going back for touch ups or on days i just feel like getting spoiled; but if you want to go to a place that is updated and fancy with massage chairs (they charge extra to use theirs which they only have two of) i recommend another place! it was no hAppy nails but it does sure do the job!..i was an overall satisfied customer! I ended up at creative nails after looking for an open nail shop on 4th of july. i was worried because this place was immediately dirty and small & just too ghetto. not classy ghetto ): but i needed new nails!i'm very picky. i want gel nails. i want them narrow & thin. I like designs. i want them to look goodwell LISA did mine just like i asked. she never tried to upsell me on stuff i didnt want. she listened to me and did exactly what i asked. my nails were $35, i tipped her 10. lisa was nice if not a bit serious. she's polite though, and confident in her skills.So, prices are CHEAP too. 20 for mani/pedi17 for acrylic set.they do waxing too.good selection of colors! not enough designs for their name but i bet they know more than whats on display.i'll go back!
