I loved it here. I'm on my 3rd week with my nails I need a fill just haven't had time and they still look good. Took me forever to find a place that I'd like there every nice here. A little pricey but worth it can't go wrong with the complimentary mimousa. Quick update so I did go for my fill and honestly I was disappointed no mimousa no water no nothing was offered totally different from the first time,4 same lady by the way. It looked like she was pissed and in a hurry. One of my nails broke 4days after and I didn't even feel it. I thought I found my my place nope. It should feel welcomed each time. I went because I loved the way my sister's nails came out ? So I was like I want to try this place out . Decided to go . It's a really nice place service was great. But I paid a good amount of price to get my nails done . I got them done by Lee . It was around closing time . And felt she was rushing. Also they looked nice. Tammy did the best coffin nail set in what felt about 45 or 50 mins and she didn't hurt me while doing it. I went with two other friends who got a mani/pedi and she finished doing my acrylics before they were done. I've gotten the coffin shape so many times at other places and no one narrowed the tip like they should have but Tammy did it with ease. When I say she didn't hurt I'm referencing to having other nail technicians at other nail salons have cut me trying to work faster than their ability but not Tammy she did my nails quickly and beautifully. Made an appointment through Yelp and they responded very quickly! I'm glad I did so too because it got very busy once we settled in with our nail technicians. I believe I had Cindy as my nail technician and she did great and was patient with. I had shown her an image of what I had in mind, but I decided to go with a shorter nail length on my acrylics than what I originally decided on. Absolutely love this nail salon, staff is very friendly , professional and take their time with your nails. I took my friend there for her birthday and they had wine for us as we got our pedicures. Located in the corner of Brookhurst and W Brookemore Ave, across the street from Chase bank, Chrome Nail Bar is an awesome addition to Anaheim.  Being an Anaheim resident for a few years now, I have had the chance to visit a few nail shops in the area, I have given many of them great reviews and given them my money, but unfortunately after a few visits they have disappointed me.  I really hope this is not the case with Chrome Nail Bar because they have amazing nail designs, nail techs that speak perfect English (Chloe, Linda) and a a few wine choices that come in handy after a hard days work!  The exterior has a very nice vibe, and the interior is so spacious you don't feel like you're sitting on top of another customer, they will be renovating the place and I can't wait to see what they will do because the space is amazing!  My tip to all that want to come and get their nails done by these amazing ladies is, make an appointment, even though they do advertise walk-ins, but due to the nail bar's recent opening they don't have a large staff, but the ladies that work here will not disappoint.  When you walk in you will notice a sign up sheet,  put your name down and Linda (manager) or her husband who is really nice will come to help you.  One thing I would suggest from you Linda is that your staff speaks English around clients, wether we admit it or not it makes us very uncomfortable.  I will give Chrome Nail Bar another try and another try and another one unless I see that their service starts failing me like all other shops I have been to. I was very disappointed. I know you get what you pay for. I moved back out to California and needed to find a eyelash extension place. The one I was going to in Michigan since 2013 was excellent. Also during my vacations in California I would use Lucy's eyelashes in Huntington Beach. Since I was moving here again I wanted a place to go to closer to my home. I tried Chrome Nail last Thursday. I was advised to stay away from water around my eyes for 24 hours. I did 48 hrs. After having four years experience wearing them I'm very careful and usually do not need a fill until the third week. I heard of this nail salon through friends and decided to come in for a full set. I'm super picky about where I do my acrylics because I like them very thin and natural and I told them that. They listened and my nails turned out perfect! The staff took some time to work on the details but it's ok because I got to sip on my wine hehe. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Customer service - definitely a friendly staff but that can only go so far. They seemed to be very busy and understaffed. They eventually called staff in and that helped. However, I had a gel mani/lux pedi and I could just feel the rush the entire time.Price - seemed reasonably fair priced given the 10% off services right now. Service - Pedi was good minus the somewhat cold water and the few times the nail tech went a little too deep around the cuticles. I appreciate the thoroughness but I flinched a few times in pain. I wish she would have focused more on the callus treatment. The mani was done by the same lady trying to answer calls and greet everyone so she kept coming and going. Then after the nail tech was done with the pedi she finished with my mani and applied the gel. The biggest disappointment was my nails appear to have hardened "popped bubble circles" on about 4 different nails. I did, however, appreciate the 3 coats of gel. Ambiance - was okay. I know they are undergoing a large renovation at some point so I don't want to say much. My only feedback was skip out on the pop remix songs that were way too loud. So I'm going to start this by saying I have high hopes for this place and I plan to be back so I can give them 5 stars!I came on a whim Friday around 11:10 am. I took an early lunch at work hoping to beat the lunch crowds. When I walked in I saw 6 nail techs helping people. The lady that greeted me asked what I was there for- a simple mani (not gel, no acrylics, etc) as I saw that everyone was busy I asked if they were able to take me right then as I didn't know how far along people were in their services! They said yes no problem pick out a color and then someone will help you.... well problem; I waited almost 30 min to be helped and remember I'm On my lunch; it took me 10 min to drive there meaning 10 min to get back to work too.At 11:35 I decided I needed to just leave Bc bag wasn't enough time so I proceeded to go but was stopped saying just wait 5 more min and I'll be helped. I said that's not enough time but they assured me it was. Well it wasn't and I was still late going back Mind you, when I walked in the salon my first question was can u take me right now? If they couldn't, I would have just left then and there Bc I knew my time constraints and I knew I was taking a shot In the dark at being helped since I didn't make an appointment.I liked the ladies there and the environment was very nice and welcoming! They have a little bar menu if you want to enjoy a nice beverage or they give you complimentary water bottles! That was nice! I plan on returning with an appointment Bc I want to give it an honest shot!This review just stems from the fact that they should not mislead customers into thinking they will be helped right away when they won't! I've gotten my nails done here a few times already and have gone back to get my eyelashes done. The staff is very friendly and they offer complimentary wine/mimosas! The work is thorough and the prices are reasonable. I always get a custom design because I'm a bit extra when it comes to my nails ;) and I've received so many compliments on them. The new owners are really nice and I feel like they genuinely want my feedback because they always ask me if I am satisfied with everything after my service. They also took the time to  double check my nails and tell me their plans for remodeling the place. So excited to find a new go-to nail salon when I'm in Orange County. Loved it ! From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and friendly. I got a gel mani and a regular pedicure. I loved the fact that they didn't push on selling me those extra pedicure services or on designs. The previous place I went to every single time I was constantly pressured into getting a design or acrylics or other services but they didn't. They made me feel really comfortable. I had chosen a dark blue color for my mani pedi but the young lady that was doing my mani had the prettiest nails that I've ever seen so I told her how I liked them and she's like really ? I came here a few weeks ago because I needed a gel manicure. They are currently under construction due to a remodel. I was greeted by their manager Linda. She was very nice. I had Natalie do my gel manicure. I have to say since today is exactly 2 weeks my nail polish still hasn't peeled or chipped off. That's a big plus for me. Usually in the past my gel polish doesn't last longer then a week and a half. I'm looking forward to seeing how nice the salon will look once their remodel has been completed. I'm an avid nail girl, meaning I like my nails to be top-notch down to the T. The past few times I've been here, I've received nothing but professionalism and quality of work, there's also complimentary beverages (water/juices/champagne) which makes your me-time that much more relaxing. I've had my pedicures by Lanny, she's so thorough and her massages are so relaxing (included when you upgrade your pedis). I've also had my acrylics and designs done by Linda and Nina, both whom are really helpful when it comes down to figuring out what complex designs I want.
