I stumbled upon Native Dreams as I wanted to see the shops at Viejas. I was so happy to see great hair  care products for the fantastic products that Native Dream offers: Redken, Matrix, Biolage, Paul Mitchell and more. This is the place to cone get your products. This place has been my best place for a Massage from the San Diego area to Alpine, my home town. Effected and being sensitive to the mold and dirty air conditions in  the building I work. Causing foggy brain severe headaches and ringing in my ears. Sharon, my  masseuse did a deep tissue massage on my neck and head and explained what was going on in my muscles. Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. However, I ordered the couples massage for my husband and I as we were celebrating our anniversary. The person that massaged me was clearly inexperienced. I felt like I was being stroked more than massaged and the room was very tiny for two massage tables. I kept feeling the the woman massaging my husband bumping me with her butt on my arm. Very disappointed. Before we went into the massage I asked if they had time to do pedicur...es for both of us. They said that they did but they would do them in the room after we had the massage. I thought that was kind of weird but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We basically had a dry pedicure. My feet were barely scrubbed. None of the dead skin was hardly removed. My nails were not cut evenly. I was very disappointed for spending $40 on a pedicure. I spent over $325 at this location including tips. I would have expected a lot more. I will not be recommending this place. I love this place!!!! I got French nails by Tangerine, they were perfect...no missing polish on the sides. Katerina cut and layered my hair and did a great job. The ambiance and professionalism here will definitely be bringing me back. My hubby booked an 80 minute massage for my birthday. We headed over from the Viejas hotel and he left me in the hands of Sandy, my massage therapist. She looked over the form I had filled out asking for pertinent information as relating to my massage there. She went over my specific needs and also added there were additional services that could be added to my massage. I never felt pressured to add anything and agreed to add on the essential oils raindrop technique. Sandy added complimentary hot stones for my birthday. The massage was absolutely heaven starting with "moondrop" oil and other essential oils throughout. Her touch is very relaxing, firm but not overly so. She massaged my scalp as well as my feet and rest of my body too. When my massage came to a close she ended it with Balance essential oil. One of my favorites! May 2017. I was having a massage by 'Brenda'. While on my stomach, I could tell she was using one hand and kept 'stopping' for long periods of time. So I looked over to see why, and saw a blue glowing light on her face, as I turned more I realized she was ON HER CELLPHONE!! She should be fired. There's zero excuses for this. Tangerine and Sarah to be specific only because they are the two lovely ladies I had the pleasure of booking and corresponding with for my wife's day of relaxation this past Mother's Day.Me being a ding-dong, naively started looking around for a full day of treatment and relaxation for my wife the Thursday before Mother's Day. Tangerine and Sarah worked with me, moved things around, went above and beyond the level of customer service one would expect to ensure my requests were met for my wife. The service itself, as reported to me by my wife was stellar. From beginning to end her every need, want, and request were taken care of. Not all hops can boast both excellent customer service and quality of product/work but this one certainly has both.I highly recommend this establishment for your spa needs, no matter how big or small they may be. I was honestly skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised! I book the Native Dreams package same day appointment with Sandy. Not only were they able to accommodate me same day but I was so happy. Sandy was so amazing!! She read my paperwork and never missed a beat. I never had to tell her more or less pressure or anything. The package is for 85 minutes and sometimes when you constantly have to tell someone what to do it's not enjoyable but this was not that. We come here once a year (for the past 4 years) when visiting family and Tangerine and her staff never disappoint.  Sometimes twice per year.  They have consistently great service which is a testament to how the place is run and how to provide the best experience possible for a day spa.  All of them are friendly, warm, and genuinely care for your needs.On our most recent visit I had a pedicure and massage and my daughter had a massage and facial.  Stephanie did both our massages at different times and she was extremely attentive, responsive and had great technique (even for Swedish massage). The pedicure was very relaxing and thorough - I'm a runner and know when my feet need some care and the person did a great job making them look normal again.My daughter reported that her facial was "amazing", very relaxing and said the moisturizing lasted well into the next day or so.  This is a nice day spa with a good selection of products and services.  The waiting/relaxation room is a bit small, but still comfortable.  Water is offered a lot!  This place, from the service to products to people, is always great and a pretty decent value (especially as you do more services in the same day). I came here with my friend and we each got massages. I was so disappointed especially since we were both looking forward to it so much. First, jarring moment was when I got into the room with the masseuse, she immediately started with the upsells. Telling  me about a whole laundry list of things I need added to my massage. Then when the massage actually started she complained about many things in a passive aggressive manner. It was unnerving and not relaxing at all. The massage itself was disappointing because it seemed like she didn't have much training. All the time in there I kept hoping my friend had had a better masseuse but no, when she came out we compared notes. Although her masseuse was much nicer she was even less experienced. I absolutely love this salon! Tangerine, the owner, is so professional and welcoming, and all of the staff are very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so peaceful and you don't have to think because they take such good care of you, you know you are getting the best. I've had massages, facials, and pedicures here and loved them all. My friend and I got facials from Genie two days ago and our skin is still glowing. I honestly feel like she took 5 years of sun and acne damage off my face and chest. All of the products they use are cutting edge that you can't really find anywhere else, at least I haven't! I went for a 25 minute deep tissue massage (who does that!) because I had limited time and unbelievable upper back pain. They took me right away and gave me options up front, and were flexible during the massage, because we didn't know what would suit my situation best. Very professional, very friendly, and I cannot wait to find more time to return!! Do not plan on going back to the same lady you liked last time because next time you go back they will most likely not work there. I have been getting waxed there for months and each time I get waxed I like the lady that does it, but the next month when I go back they do not work there.This has happened to me three times, and now I am stuck with another girl who I am not use to or even like. They do not provide you with any information about where the old employee left to work or how to contact them, so they leave you stranded and forced to find someone else after you have been their client. Native Dreams Day Spa is one of the best salons I have ever been to. Beautiful, clean, relaxing facilities. Inviting and professional staff make the visit even more enjoyable.
