Great pedicure and customer service! A 10! Had the classic spa which includes callus treatment and sugar scrub. The massage chairs make you relax and comes with a complimentary glass of wine, coffe, water, or champagne. I highly recommend Pink Nail Bar. Paula did my pedi. She was good! Read Less

I was really disappointed with my experience at Pink nails because the salon is very pretty and quiet. However my pedicure was a total let down. I opted for a regular pedicure which is not cheap at $24. The technician lightly cleaned up my nails and moved on to the so called massage which consisted of some lotion being smeared on my legs and feet. When it came time to pay I asked for change for a tip out of a $20 and received a $10 and two $5's. So I asked for $1's out of the 5. Immediately the women started chattering in Vietnamese and made me feel really uncomfortable. Why do they just assume that I am going to tip them over $5? I think it was really presumptuous and rude especially after receiving such a subpar service.I don't think I am asking too much out of a pedicure when I say I want my feet to feel clean and get a decent 5 minute massage, but this seems to be harder and harder to find. LOOOOVE this place!  The staff is friendly, the place is cute and very clean.  I love that it's super close work/home since I never leave Aliso! hahaha...They gave my friend and me a glass of champagne.  It was a very pleasant experience and my nails look awesome. :)  So happy to have found my new home. This is a really nice nail salon. Employees are really nice and polite. The salon is newly remodeled and have new massage chairs and looks great! I had my nails done (fill) with gel polish and a reg pedicure. I left completely satisfied. Price are fare as well. I like that they are open on Sundays too. Read Less

Don't bother getting there at 9:30 opening, they consistently open late. This morning my friend and I finally left at 9:40 and the store was still dark, no employees in sight. We decided to go someplace else. There were 5 women standing out front and one was mentioning how they never open on time. I have been here at least 3 or 4 times for gel mani/pedi and my toes always look great. The gel manicures are okay, I always have to ask for extra coats of color. Read Less

Make an appointment, but still be prepared to wait.I came here for my wedding nails with my mom & fiancé. It was amazing. They did SUCH a good job with my stressed out fragile nails. Mom's nails looked great and so did hubby's. He's a man's man and said he'd go back there anytime. I did make an appointment days ahead and still had to wait awhile past my appointment time but it worked out so no real complaint. It was clean, the bathroom was nice and the ladies were friendly. The atomosphere was classy (they did have raunchy Nicki Minaj music videos on loop but easy enough to tune out.)We got the basic services but they have some pretty amazing add ins so we'll be back for those. Nice, clean and efficient location. I called same day before a holiday weekend and they could fit me in at the time I needed. I just did a pedicure and it came out great. The woman who did it was really pleasant and paid attention to detail. There is a good amount of parking and it's next to a car wash so you could do both at the same time! Read Less

Great, clean new local spot. Super convenient to drop the car off for a car wash then get nails done at the same time!They have comfortable pedicure spa chairs and a nice high nail bar. Fantastic color selection and it is clean and classy. My nail tech was awesome but decided to get a neck massage and the whole time the was talking crap about and the other nail techs were laughing my tech was completely uncomfortable. The manager was completely flustered the whole time and when she offered me something to drink she rolled her eyes when I said water. Well i never received my water but everyone around me did. I've been here twice and definitely won't come back. I've been to plenty of salons where the nail techs talk about the customers in Vietnamese, but this experience made me extremely uncomfortable. My nail tech (who didn't realize I'm Vietnamese) was complaining to her co-worker the entire time about how annoying it was to do my manicure because my fingers were so stiff. I understood her complaint and tried to relax my fingers but she went on about it several more times while her co-worker told her she felt sorry for her for having to work on me. Throughout this time, they were also talking crap about other customers, and even the actual salon itself. At another point, a 3rd person joined in on the s**t talking fest as well. I'm fluent in Vietnamese so I understood everything. I expected more professionalism from a nail salon in AV, but the funny thing is that this is the worst I've seen it in a long time, even though I've been to plenty of nail salons in the Garden Grove/Westminster area. Even though I live down the street from here, I will go out of my way to give my business to a place that has more respect for their customers. Read Less

I stopped by here after work with my boyfriend. We both got pedicures (his first) and I also got a pink holographic gel fill. We received a basic pedicure which was $24 for each of us. The pedicures were awesome and we loved the mimosas! Perfect for after work. A man did my fill and I loved that he took his time on my nails. He did them perfectly. The fill/gel polish was thin and I didn't even have to ask! For this experience I give a solid 5 starts! The reason why my rating is 3 is because of my second experience. One of my nails broke off and I came to get it fixed. I came when it was busy so I knew I had to wait which I was okay with. I told the front girl I needed one nail fixed and she tried to sell me on a brand new fill! I had just gotten my nails done four days before! Not a good start.  After waiting about 35 minutes I was finally offered something to drink but I opted for water. Joanne, which I believe is her name (she was an older lady with glasses) managed to make me feel so unimportant and that my business wasn't valued. She 100% rushed through my nail and there weren't any customers waiting, I felt like she was just in a hurry to go back to her cellphone, which she kept running off too. Multiple times throughout rushing me she was looking for her phone and talking to other ladies. I felt like she forgot about me.  I was so angry when I left. You can see the difference in the picture.My nails are about three weeks old and most of the pinks holographic coating has came off. I'd really like to give 3 1/2 stars but since that is not an option I will go a little higher. I have been here 2 times now. And I do intend to keep going even with a couple of pitfallsPros- Amazing color selection! The quality of my nails is really good. My nails lasted 3 weeks with no issuesSince it's new it hasn't been busy when I've gone in with no appointment I've gotten in right awayCons-On my first visit the girl got too aggressive with the drills and left small cuts on almost every finger. Ouch!!They charged me $5 extra to get the tapered coffin shape to my nails. Which I think is totally ridiculous! Shaping my nails should be included in the price. Read Less

I wanted a design and chose two colors I thought would go together but Joanna suggested a different combo and exPlaines why the colors I chose wouldn't pop as much together. Just found my new salon, manis, pedis waxing, lash extensions, etc. I just had an amazing spa pedicure here. Best pedi I've had in a loooooong time.  ($24.00 and worth every cent!)Ladies are so nice and professional.
