If you haven't been to Luxia Nail Spa you are missing out on one of the best experiences around. Recently I had a pedicure at the new location on Sam Rittenberg. I was greeted by friendly staff upon entering this very beautiful chic-modern space. The services were incredible, the staff is top notch and the prices are great!. My first impression was that it may be expensive, but it was not, their pricing is comparable to every where else. Luxia Nail Spa is above all the others when it comes to offering an environment and personal attention that is not given everywhere . Go see for your self, you deserve it!

I am new to this area and very sceptical of my nails and the places i go. I researched on google and by the reviews i read this place was awesome. Super excited to get my nails done . So. . I walk in...
I am new to this area and very sceptical of my nails and the places i go. I researched on google and by the reviews i read this place was awesome. Super excited to get my nails done . So. . I walk in this place and it is very.. well, organized and nice. Loved the scenery when i walked in. Ii waited about 25 minutes and on the price menu in the shop in said it would be 35 for whst im getting (which is 25 back home in tn, and at the next place i went here in charleston) . Not ...only were they extremely rude, but the price was different at the checkout of 45. I got regular acrylluc powder and pink painted tips . They said it wpild have been 35 for the full nail to be colored ... are you serious? You charged me more to use less finger nail polish? Not only that, but when they guy was doing my nails he cut my pinky finger, to the point it was bleeding. Obviously i jerked as it hurt, and he looked at me and huffed and puffed, until he seen i was bleeding . Then tried to act nice . Not only that, the nails were VERY uneven in shape and the paint. Needless to say, i completely wasted my money and walked out in tears ! I woiuld NEVER recommend this place and i will never be back. Not a great first impression for someone looking to become a loyal customer . Waste of money and the staff are extremely rude . See More

After a bad experience with my first gel manicure at Luxia, I called and spoke to Annie, who was quick to invite me in same day. Within the hour, my nails were redone and looking great. While I understand that perfection is not always possible, great customer service makes a huge difference. I will certainly be asking for Annie upon my return to Luxia! Annie took so much time and effort making sure the color was just right, every last cuticle and hang nail was trimmed, and my nail art was consistent and to my liking. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind and made certain I was happy with every step she took. Thank you Annie for stepping up and giving me a great experience!

Whomever the new guy Michael is, his services are horrible. He screwed up my sns nails, which is very expensive and my pedi was also horrible. He spent all of five minutes on my feet and the bottom looks as it never was touched. Annie on the other hand, I love her work!

I have been looking for a new nail salon since I moved to Charleston a year ago. Well, I finally found it! The staff is so polite. The quality of services is beyond that of any other salon I have tried in the area. The nail technicians took their time during my manicure and pedicure to ensure I enjoyed the experience, and the finished product was impeccable. I will recommend Luxia to everyone I know!

Love it! I get the absolute best pedicures here and it's so close to work that I can swing by before I head home! The staff are very friendly and the salon is very clean. I try to make appointments since I know they can get hectic (especially on Friday afternoons), but even when walking in, I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes! They have a giant gel selection and an awesome jelly pedicure. Check them out!

Good customer service. They take their time to do a good job. I recently had my eyebrows tatooed and they did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with their services.

If you haven't been to Luxia Nail Spa you are missing out on one of the best experiences around. Recently I had a pedicure at the new location on Sam Rittenberg. I was greeted by friendly staff upon entering this very beautiful chic-modern space. The services were incredible, the staff is top notch and the prices are great!. Annie is the best!!! She's been doing my nails for over two years now, and I won't go to anyone else. She always makes sure each nail is done perfectly, and it doesn't hurt that she's hilarious and will make you feel right at home. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a new nail salon since I moved to Charleston a year ago. Well, I finally found it! The staff is so polite. The quality of services is beyond that of any other salon I have tried in the area. Love it! I get the absolute best pedicures here and it's so close to work that I can swing by before I head home! The staff are very friendly and the salon is very clean. I try to make appointments since I know they can get hectic (especially on Friday afternoons), but even when walking in, I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes! They have a giant gel selection and an awesome jelly pedicure. Check them out!
