So this was interesting. We asked for two manicures and two pedicures. They said yes and immediately put us in chairs. They started out feet soaking in hot water which was great. Unfortunately they did my friends entire pedicure before touching me. They started with my manicure and all along my feet were in cold water. By time they did my feet the water was freezing. The girl didn’t notice until almost done and offered me hot water but I said no since it was almost done. Our manicures turned out good...my heels could have used a little more work. Fast forward we go to a restaurant down the street for lunch. I spilled the cold water on my friend hands and her nails changed color. They gave her MOOD polish! I think she should have been warned that the color she picked was mood polish. When the two colors changed they didn’t match each other. We still had a good time. The massage chair was great for relaxing. (Her nails by the way are suppose to be the green color)

So even after making an appointment they apparently told 8 other people they also had an appointment at the same time as me and also took 2 other walk-ins with a staff of 7. So of course this is a nail shop that you need to designate your whole day too. My pedicurist at did a decent job, but definitely nothing special, no sugar scrub and I did have to ask for the callus remover and after she spent 35 mins on the metallic design on my big toes it came out nothing like what I chose, she took it upon herself to start over which took another 35 mins before someone else came to fix her error. I was in the nail shop for 4.5 hours! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nails came out ok other than that this place will never have my business. There lack of customer service and ownership when they know they wasted my time baffles me.

Service was solid and efficient, pricing was pretty standard. I’ll be back!

Parking: Only side street parking is available either in front of the shop or around the ...
Customer service: Some nail techs are great and nice, some are not so welcoming.
Price: On the pricey side.
Parking: Only side street parking is available either in front of the shop or around the neighborhood.
Hours: Always open, even on the holidays except for Thanksgiving and NY day.
Tip: Most times there is a wait, so don’t think you’ll just spend 30 minutes here.

Such a great quality of service! Yes, sometimes you need to wait if you walk in but in the end it totally worth it as these girls do the best nails job! Definitely recommend

A girl in here name be was really good at hooking my nails up. I decided to get metallic gel. The nail samples are all in one container together and they don't tell you until the last moment that metallic cost more, they probably don't get it very often so when you actually don't want to tell you it cost more they just want you to get it, but my nails did turn out great so I cannot complain and I also have the funds to do it so it did not irritate me

First time going to Classy Nails Spa in Alameda on Park St since I was waiting for Monkey King to open. I absolutely love Tina who did my service. She was nice and paid close attention to everything I needed her to do for my pedicure. She was gentle, kind and made sure the shape and length of my toe nails were to my liking. My French manicure was Perfect! She did everything to my specification. I will be back. I will say, its a little confusing when you enter the shop because there is no one to really assist you and they do not know who is next but I just walked right in and Tina approached me right away.

I normally don't get my nails done. I actually have a bad habit of biting my nails so I always get ridiculed going to nail salons. "your nails are so short I don't know if we can do fake nails." -insert cry- I have finally been blessed with a nice nail technician, Hannah. She didn't comment on my short nails and got to work. At first I thought she was scary because when she asked what nails I wanted I said oval shaped and she looked confused and harshly said show me the picture. Again, I'm not a nail girl so I was like oh nose. I think she realized I was a newb because I said like uhm a rounded tip making hand movements and she did one nail and said, like this? I loved her willingness to adapt to my newbness. She also was subtle in her way of telling me to move my hand by tapping on the spot she wanted me to relax. She made a bit of conversation and was really nice the entire time. I accidentally scratched my thumb afyer it was coated and made a cut, she playfully made fun of me but fixed it quickly. Checked I wanted gel for my acrylic set because gel is so expensive lol. She made clear how to put my hand when putting each under the light. I'm really happy with the customer service and the end result of my mood changing nails. They're so cute! Will definitely return, they have a stamp card too! Really thankful my friend recommended them. They are very busy. Even on a Thursday afternoon. Eat beforehand. I waited 40 or so minutes walking in and a girl with an appt still waited 20 or so min before they saw her. A manicure and acrylic would take a long time to wait on. They have a lot of color wheels which is really convenient while waiting. Nice drying station near the front with lights on the top and bottom for nails or toes. Reasonable price. Gave a good tip because Hannah was great to me. :)

Hanna (or Ana) was amazing and brought my fill to LIFE she's very sweet very nice and welcoming even though she was tired. This place is really busy but definitely worth the wait!

I decided to try this place since my regular spot was really busy. So i stopped by and im glad i did. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The place is very clean.they have nice couches for you to wait for your turn. The offer you snacks and drinks while you wait. Pearl did my nails, she did a great job. I just might switch nail spots!

I am so happy to have found this salon. The staff is wonderful, it's super clean and the manicures last a long time. There are a lot of salons in the area but none compare to the service and quality here. This place is amazing and does perfect gel polish, every time. Everyone working there is very good and friendly. Love it.

So this was interesting. We asked for two manicures and two pedicures. They said yes and immediately put us in chairs. They started out feet soaking in hot water which was great. Unfortunately they did my friends entire pedicure before touching me. They started with my manicure and all along my feet were in cold water. By time they did my feet the water was freezing. A girl in here name be was really good at hooking my nails up. I decided to get metallic gel. The nail samples are all in one container together and they don't tell you until the last moment that metallic cost more, they probably don't get it very often so when you actually don't want to tell you it cost more they just want you to get it, but my nails did turn out great so I cannot complain and I also have the funds to do it so it did not irritate me

First time going to Classy Nails Spa in Alameda on Park St since I was waiting for Monkey King to open. I absolutely love Tina who did my service. She was nice and paid close attention to everything I needed her to do for my pedicure. She was gentle, kind and made sure the shape and length of my toe nails were to my liking. My French manicure was Perfect! She did everything to my specification. I will be back. I am so happy to have found this salon. The staff is wonderful, it's super clean and the manicures last a long time. There are a lot of salons in the area but none compare to the service and quality here. This place is amazing and does perfect gel polish, every time. Everyone working there is very good and friendly. Love it.
