As soon as I left this place my nails began to fall off, while I was actually getting my nails done a lady walked in to get a nail replaced and she said she had just got her nails done the day before....
As soon as I left this place my nails began to fall off, while I was actually getting my nails done a lady walked in to get a nail replaced and she said she had just got her nails done the day before. All I did was open my door handle, after getting that one replaced two more fell off. My nails haven’t been done a week and I lost three already! Smh

Im a lady Trucker and have been here several time when passing thru West Memphis... but today they showed their ass.... You come in and no one greets you... Sign your name on a paper and what u are ge...
Im a lady Trucker and have been here several time when passing thru West Memphis... but today they showed their ass.... You come in and no one greets you... Sign your name on a paper and what u are getting done... Customers (regulars I guess) come in after and gets called before you.... I sat there an hr and a half and was told they couldn't do my nails.... She was so dry about it when she said it... I will never come here again... I always spent over $120 when I came.... Lost my patronage

The woman who did my nails wouldnt stop talking to herself then when i showed her a picture of the nail shape i wanted she cut me off saying ok ok ok until i finally stoped talking then she said " i know what im doing." She refused to let me speak. AND MY NAILD LOOKED NOTHING LIKE I WANTED..Ive never been treated like this from anywhere but here.

I'm so disappointed! I have been to this place in the past, and I thought it was fine. Definitely worth another visit, I thought, but boy was I wrong. They were so busy that their quality and patient care was nonexistent. I had "gel nails" done today and they are so sloppy that it's borderline embarrassing. Polish all over my cuticles, pieces of debris embedded in layers of polish, and of course some new cuts and scrapes on my fingers to top it all off. I asked my nail tech why they looked so rough this time and he told me that it was a "great polish". I thought he was joking, so I laughed a little and looked down at my nails. He was serious. Then he told me I must want them super perfect and that he isnt a computer. In actuality, I just want neat and pretty nails that will last abt 10 days. But I was so shocked and dissatisfied that I just paid and left. The silver lining is that I'm sure these pathetic "gel nails" will peel off my cuticles in about 2 days so I can pay to have them done somewhere else again this week!

UV light was duct taped together and stained with finger prints.
Trash was over flowing and in the floor.
They cut my long nails down to the quick.
The color dried a complet...

Trash was over flowing and in the floor.
They cut my long nails down to the quick.
The color dried a completely different shade and I went home with some of the gel Polish down the side of my finger.
The staff was super friendly and worked fast! But I'll never be back there again.

They were so busy that their quality and patient care was nonexistent. I had "gel nails" done today and they are so sloppy that it's borderline embarrassing.
