I went to modern nails at 5:30, an hour and 30 minutes before closing. The man was in a rush, playing games on his phone and talking on the phone while doing my nails. 3 days later one of my acrylic nails just pops right off, i went back and complained, and told them how one of my nails is completely Croocked, and one is shorter than all of them. They didn’t offer to fill in my nail for free, they also put the wrong color on the nail they fixed. I will NEVER be going back there. They’re rude and soooooo unprofessional. Need to shut it down!

My daughter just got her nails done for prom and the man was extremely rude to her. She showed him a picture of what she wanted and he told her that her nails would look better squared. Then when he started on her nails he said she had ugly nails to begin with. I wasn't there as this went down because I dropped her off and went back to work. I was charged $40 dollars and she didn't get what she wanted. We will not go back!

I paid for a service that I didn't recieve!! He did a terrible fill in!the polish was sloppy and my nails were not smooth like they were supposed br!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!

Grr. Hate having to go home and "fix" what I didn't like-what I just paid good money for. Just freaking give the people what they ask for, and let them leave happy. I just don't get the problem. Do what the customer wants, not what you think they would want. Especially when they brought you a picture, for ****s sake. Seriously, it's 2017 and you haven't heard of almond shaped nails? Then learn up on it, or ask. Don't just wing it.

I've tried this business 3 times and it gets worse each visit! I visited 11/30 to get a pedicure. There were 2 employees with NO patrons. The female took my mother and the male worked on my feet. The girl started on my mom fairly quick but the guy acted like I was bothering him. He was unfriendly and rushed thru- He only painted my toenails with 1 coat and and I was finished before my mom. My feet were NOT smooth as they should be after a pedicure!!!

I went to modern nails at 5:30, an hour and 30 minutes before closing. The man was in a rush, playing games on his phone and talking on the phone while doing my nails. 3 days later one of my acrylic nails just pops right off, i went back and complained, and told them how one of my nails is completely Croocked, and one is shorter than all of them. My daughter just got her nails done for prom and the man was extremely rude to her. She showed him a picture of what she wanted and he told her that her nails would look better squared.
