A very nice and clean place. They do have a very nice size television located in a spot where everyone can see. They have a large selection of nail colors to choose from. If you have to wait, it's not very long. You also get a free drink while you wait and your choices are water or sodas. The best thing of all is they don't allow children to run around or to make a lot of noise while they wait.

This salon does NOT go by “first come, first serve” with walk in appointments. My husband and I came in for 2 pedicures and also a manicure for me. While sitting and waiting our turn, a lady came in and asked how long it would be for a pedicure. A woman that works there immediately sat her. We then got seated too. The woman employee came up to me and said I would have to wait until after she finished the woman who came in after us. This woman did not have an appointment, but was clearly a regular. This was not okay with me. They started on my husbands pedicure, and I got up and left. It was also way too hot in there, and their pedicure bowls on their chairs had pieces that kept falling off in the water. Not impressed. My husband and I will definitely not be back.

Their foot and calf massages are worth the price of the pedicure. Very nice, clean establishment.

We were just visiting the area in our RV we stayed at LRAFB, this place was convenient to there, I always try to check reviews when I get my nails done since we travel full time. This place was great....
We were just visiting the area in our RV we stayed at LRAFB, this place was convenient to there, I always try to check reviews when I get my nails done since we travel full time. This place was great. I only get purple polish and gel and they had a good selection, price was reasonable, pedicure was great I only get my nails done every couple months since we travel so I need them to look good for a long time and so far have been great. Under $60, is fantastic for Mani-pedi I think. Would go again if we are in that area. Didn't have appt just walked in they got me right in.

It was the first time in there for me and my daughter. We both enjoyed the experience. We didn't feel uncomfortable in any way. They talked with us and was really nice. We will definitely be back.

Don't waste your time calling in for an appointment. They will not accommodate you because they cannot expect how busy they will be, which is turning away business. I really enjoy going there and feel...
Don't waste your time calling in for an appointment. They will not accommodate you because they cannot expect how busy they will be, which is turning away business. I really enjoy going there and feel this is wrong since on their window it says by appointment and walk ins welcome.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures, pretty regularly, for about fifteen years. This salon is the best in the area. I have been here about four times now and every single time it has been a really positive experience. The technicians are polite, kind and efficient. My fingernails and toenails alwayd look gorgeous and the prices are fantastic. Five stars, five times.

I got an infection twice from two different incidences where their technician did not use sterilized pedi utensils and accidental though it was cut me with the snips they use. I had to see a podiatris...
I got an infection twice from two different incidences where their technician did not use sterilized pedi utensils and accidental though it was cut me with the snips they use. I had to see a podiatrist the first time to be treated for the infection but she had cut so deeply that it nipped a nerve and I have been numb on the side of my nail bed ever since which feels strange in an uncomfortable way. The second time I was cut it bled and bled and I just knew I was destined for another infection and sure enough it happened. Went back to the same podiatrist and this time was told rather frankly that I should expect to lose this nail or he may have to remove it if the infection does not clear up , as it is spread under the nail. Fortunately I responded to the antibiotics and retained the nail, though this establishment lost a bi-weekly client !!! Briefly , i just want to say that I am someone who's worked 25 years in a hospital OR to be exact and know and understand the importance of sterility . I wish they would practice stricter adherence to the principles I hope they were taught before being granted a license to work as a nail specialist. Oh and to top it off , I tipped as I always do - though grudgingly. Maybe if I hadn't tipped I wouldn't be doing a tale-all now.

I used to be a faithful customer many years ago, and over the past 3 years I will go there only for convenience. Each time I say I'll never go back but sure enough I do! After this last visit I PROMISE I'll never go back. There was an older man that was very rude to a customer and told her to leave he couldn't help her. He didn't put a base coat on my toes and when I questioned him about it he acted as if I offended him! The girl Karessa will not get off her lazy butt to do hardly anything except text on her phone. One of the other ladies can't even speak English. I would think considering all the nail places around the area they should appreciate the business they get but since they seem to take for granted, I will not recommend them to anyone or will I ever go there again.

Zero stars! They butchered and ripped up my cuticles... 3 days later they still sting. They did not put a base coat before applying the color either. It was the older man who did it so I can't speak ...
Zero stars! They butchered and ripped up my cuticles... 3 days later they still sting. They did not put a base coat before applying the color either. It was the older man who did it so I can't speak for the rest of the employees but because of him I will not be giving them another chance. The sanitation of instruments was concerning as well. If you've seen whats supposed to be used to sanitize gathering a thick layer of dust then you know what I'm talking about.

A very nice and clean place. They do have a very nice size television located in a spot where everyone can see. They have a large selection of nail colors to choose from. If you have to wait, it's not very long. You also get a free drink while you wait and your choices are water or sodas. The best thing of all is they don't allow children to run around or to make a lot of noise while they wait.

This salon does NOT go by “first come, first serve” with walk in appointments. My husband and I came in for 2 pedicures and also a manicure for me. While sitting and waiting our turn, a lady came in and asked how long it would be for a pedicure. A woman that works there immediately sat her. We then got seated too. The woman employee came up to me and said I would have to wait until after she finished the woman who came in after us. This woman did not have an appointment, but was clearly a regular. We were just visiting the area in our RV we stayed at LRAFB, this place was convenient to there, I always try to check reviews when I get my nails done since we travel full time. This place was great. I only get purple polish and gel and they had a good selection, price was reasonable, pedicure was great I only get my nails done every couple months since we travel so I need them to look good for a long time and so far have been great. I have been getting manicures and pedicures, pretty regularly, for about fifteen years. This salon is the best in the area. I have been here about four times now and every single time it has been a really positive experience. The technicians are polite, kind and efficient. My fingernails and toenails alwayd look gorgeous and the prices are fantastic. Five stars, five times.
