The woman who did my nails was incredibly rude. She made me feel stupid from the get. I wanted a purple dip polish, she said ,”no I know what you need. We give you very stylish nails everyone will compliment.” She didn’t even fill my nails in!! It looks like I’ve had them on two weeks, not two days. LOVED nailsville. Last week I went it was not good at all. The gentlemen that did my nails did it like he was in a hurry and there was nobody else. I asked him about doing a different design and it only did one color on all of them. I asked for an "almond" shape nail and he said "yeah okay whatever". I frequent nails ville once a month. I make a special effort to go only here in the city of Searcy because of how my pedicures are done, and the quality of the nails I leave with. The staff always makes sure that you are fully satisfied before you leave and if not they will fix it. I have been to multiple places in town and for two solid years I can honestly say there is no better place in town. They have a large variety of shellac, acrylic, and more colors to choose from. The deluxe pedicure is worth every penny, and just as soothing as it is beneficial for my feet. I highly recommend Nails ville as your wax, nail, and pedi place in Searcy.Read Less

If I could give negative stars, I would. This salon came very highly recommended because "they do a very good job"/"their tips NEVER come off no matter how hard you are on your hands". Ummmm not. I get to the place and explain that I've tried nearly every other nail place in Searcy and they don't listen, do a crappy job, or charge a few extra dollars just because they can. First thing they say? "You'll have to soak off what you have on your nails now because *I can't put my product on top of the crappy product you have on your nails now*." I explained that I just had the current tips on a month ago. They insisted,"Sorry, but I can't help you if you don't soak THEIR crap off." That should've been the first red flag. I've been getting acrylic tips for 16 years. I've had them done all over the US and Europe and this was the first time I'd heard such a thing. But I figured they came so highly recommended that I'd bite. $48.00 later (Dallas/NYC/Paris prices NOT Searcy freaking Arkansas) I walk out thinking to myself, that was expensive but if the service lives up to the hype... Maybe I'll come back. I break a tip off 14 days after. Couldn't tell you how. I was in bed watching netflix with hubby. I do not lead a lifestyle where I do menial labor, nor did I bang my hand anywhere. I broke the tip of my middle finger, left hand. I'm right handed. I figured I'd give the business the chance to make good. I broke the tip Christmas evening. The salon was closed on the 26th. So I could either deal with a broken nail (when your hair is long and curly this is an eternity) for another 24 hrs or I could go to yet another nail salon in Searcy knowing that I couldn't go back to Nailsville because now "someone else's cheap product" was on top of their *superior product* that barely lasted two weeks. Went to Angel Nail Salon. I had to pay extra to repair the broken tip. But all in all, was pleased with the service there.
