I have gone to Angel's Nail & Spa three times and felt glad every times. I got coffin shaped acrylics really wonderful. The establishment has an opened concept a good location. My nail tech was a total perfectionist. They always checked that I liked the work they were doing too. The salon is very clean and modern. I will introduce this place to everyone who I know. Overall pretty happy with my experience. I use yelp a lot, so when there was only one review (and it was poor) I almost didn't come in. I'm really glad I did! The gentleman that helped me was very nice and joked around with me in a fun way about the light color I chose. He was meticulous when painting my nails and took his time. My pedicure was very through and enjoyable. The only thing I didn't care for was the nail tools weren't in the sterilized packaging. They did come out of the sterilizing machine, but the packaging makes me feel even a little safer about it. The other employees weren't overly smiley, but no one was rude. This place was horrible!!! The skinny older lady that there was very rude to my sister in law && me as soon as we walked in the door!!! We went to get pedicures done and they look absolutely awful we wanted the white tips on our toes and we got very crooked lines and hardly any top coat at all!! She was also talking to other people about us in a rude manner I think if people are going to come into there business and spend there hard earned money we should get out money's worth and get treated with some damn respect!!!. Horrible experience with this nail place.   I had gotten a gift certificates for many of my family members for Christmas.  Part of them went in to use them and waited for an hour and a half.  One was a little girl and of course she was talking and asking questions.  The woman doing her was very rude to her so much to the point that the man working on someone's nails next to her kept apologizing for the behavior of the woman.  It got so bad that the family members got up with toes unfinished and left. Needless to say they have lost my business because what should have been a fun relaxing experience turned into a nightmare with tears from the child and her mother. Read Less

I decided to treat my best friend and myself to a set of acrylics. They were horribly rude and unfriendly, and it seemed as though they were all in a hurry to go on their smoke break. Instead of having paper towels to dry your hands on, they have ratty old wash cloths. My nails still have strands of hair and fuzz trapped between the acrylic and the top coat. They said on their website that a full set of acrylics are $18. So why did they charge me $60 for me and my friend? They weren't able to answer me either. I just reluctantly paid them and left. I was humiliated. I will NEVER spend another penny, nor will I ever set foit in their establishment again. I've had my nails done hundreds of times before. I would've been happy to overlook the occasional air bubble, but their lack of professionalism was appalling. From now on I will be taking my business to City Nails. Read Less
