My friend came back from this salon crying from her experience today. One of the workers hasty said, “F*** you b****,” underneath his breath. She didn’t get a manicure or anything but had her nails soaked to get her acrylics off. Some miscommunication happened and the worker wanted $25 when she did not get a manicure. She only paid $20. I've had my nails done plenty of places and honestly this place is the worst. First of all I got made fun of by the staff for not knowing that I wanted ombre nails I just explained what they looked like...then the guy that did my nails tore up my cuticle area and I had scabs from where they bled so much. To say that I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment and the woman in charge was very rude, this turned out to be the least of the worst. They held me hostage in a bowl of acetone for about 40 minutes. My gut told me to get up and run, but I stayed. When someone finally came to do my nails it appeared as though she had never done a manicure before as well as though she was starving to death. She cut me twice. My nails were completely jagged after her "filing" job and the polish looked awful. Now to tell you, I do not think this place is clean. I didn't see any evidence of cleaning and the little box the girl carried over to use tools from to do my nails was filthy. I would NOT recommend this place and I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I went in there to get shellac on my nails and my toenails painted which should have been $25 I go up to the front and she says I owe $40 for a manicure that I didn't ask for ( and if what I received was a manicure they need to do better). So when I told her I didn't ask for a manicure so said ok $25 then swiped my card for $35! I told her I wanted my $10 back and she goes on to say they charge to take shellac off! But she never said that in the beginning. She ended up giving me $5 back but I will never go here again and I would recommend no one go unless you want to get robbed. Read Less

Horrible! I tell them what I want but they do whatever they want. I ask for shellac I get gel. I ask for just paint on my toes and they do designs which I have to pay for. They'll stab you and insult your eyebrows. Is there a zero star rating? Read Less

Be careful they will rip you off and the service they provide is sorry. I had an appointment for 2 pedi-manis and they were advertised at $35 for a pedi-mani. When I got ready to leave they charged me $253.00. Yea that's right $253.00. The next day both of us had to ho back up there and get our fingernails and toenails worked on because they did a terrible job. Never again will I go back in that place. I have been to this nail salon multiple times in order to give them a fair try. I am not one to write reviews, but in this instance, I must.I have been to this salon when they are busy and when they are not. No matter what time of day or day of week, it's always the same. One person will start on your manicure or pedicure, then the owner yells something at them and they jump to another customer and someone else works on you. Then they pass you off to someone else. I've had up to four different workers do my pedicure in one sitting!The owner yells at her employees and is hateful sounding. There are times that they even have, what appears to be, a ten to twelve year old girl working on nails. The service is not consistent from person to person or from visit to visit.
