Made a 2 o'clock appointment and was asked to wait 5 mins so he could finish, cool I'm fine. AN HOUR LATER he says 5 more mins, no that's not ok. Horrible shaping of my nails. Poor acrylic work. Over charged me for 2 fixes and asked me to pay $40 For a paint. Are you kidding me? Only reason I stopped here ie because they are open on a Sunday and it was urgent. I will NEVER return. Customers in the store at the time were even confused on why he asked me to pay so much. Horrible experience. Never again. Make sure your use your gift certificate on time!! Had a gift certificate, lost it, then found it ...but I was two months too late. She said "too bad, you're too late." Perfect! Came here during a busy time for them (6pm) Waited about 30 mins but defined worth the wait. I'm from California visiting my husbands family and decided to get a pedicure with my sister in law. This place was awesome. They really take their time and massage your legs and feet for a long time of getting a pedicure. The ladies are so funny if you talk to them. Went there for a gel French manicure and they did better than any other place in town I've been.  The polish is holding up well and they put it on perfectly. It was also quicker than anywhere else. I would definitely recommend it! Read Less

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been too. So I go to this place to try somewhere new since I haven't had my nails done in awhile and I'm supposed to get married this Sunday. And we'll I'm going to be as nice as I can about this, after waiting 2 hours I got French tips done (acrylic) and they wasn't that bad looking to start with, (it was the store owner that did mine) before I even got home I noticed they had already began to mess up. The shellac didn't go all the way ...or around the tips. There was a line forming near the edges, the corners began to smudge somehow.. (like they wasn't even dry) the acrylic tip underside was jagged and rough and looks as if they was even coming apart. Never seen ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE! By the time I was home they had closed or I would have went back. That night they started hurting for some reason. And I had no clue why..well I called back the next morning and told her what was going on..she just said "come in let me see". So I did she just looked at them and said "I don't know why they would be hurting!" And just looked as if she was just going to ignore me after coming back. (I was hoping she would fix them because I had told her I was fixing to get married in a few days) but no she didn't. Finally after all the other customers sitting in there getting worked on just kept looking at me she said "I'll just take them off..give you your money back.. so she had me sit down ( never spoke to me not one word the entire time I was there after that last comment) and grinded them down then had me soak them like always.. but she just sat me aside and ignored me and finally came and slammed my $25 down by me. And went on. After a while she came over and pulled my nails out and started pulling them off..I then noticed why they had been hurting she had cut all of my nails off so short she glued the tips to my fingers and if I touched anything it put some much pressure on my fingers it would make you want to cry. She would just look at me not saying a word when I flinched in pain.. finally after most of it had soaked off I got up and just left after another hour had past of just being ignored. Usually I drive to El Centro but I decided to get a pedicure and manicure while i got my oil changed. They didn't help me with the massage chair but I loved my pedicure. Very detailed and his French tip is amazing. He had a very steady hand. I'll  be going to this place from now on Read Less

I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Normally I get mine done in San Diego or Palm Desert but I had been ill and needed to catch up. Well, the gel manicure lasted 5 days.  2 nails chipped.  The pedicure was so-so.  I have polish on the cuticle around my toenail bed...he should have put another coat of polish on my toes.  The female manicurist gave him a hard time when he asked me if I wanted another coat of polish on my fingernails. She wasn't speaking English but I understood what she was saying.  It's so funny when they talk to each other about you.  Like we can't tell! I went in to get a manicure, pedicure and wax done. I didn't wait at all because I was only the second person there. My wax was great which is why I gave 2 stars because she even gave me ice for the swelling. I then sat in a chair and I was being attended by the older man.  I'm not sure if it was his age or lack of knowledge but I was left with a very sloppy job. I got a french tip on my toes and from afar they look decent but at close distance I had nail polish on my skin that he did not clean up. I had the same problem with my hands. I asked for the gel nail polish and he got that all over my skin. He tried to remove it by snipping at it with the cuticle cutter which in return cut some of my skin off. I asked him to fix it and he said that with my next few washes it will come off.  The paint job was sloppy. I would not recommend the older male and I will no longer return there. Read Less

I really like the pedicures here. They really scrub your feet and spend a lot of time making them nice. I've gone to a couple places in Russellville and they just soak your feet for about ten minutes and charge the same price. I had my nails down here, just a basic manicure, not a huge fan of manicures because the polish comes off soon but I did notice that my cuticles weren't a mess two days later as happens with most places.
