This salon is very clean and I really like my gel manicure and pedicure. Came here on a friends referral. I got a gel manicure and changed the shape of my nails from square with soft edges to oval/rounded. I was in town visiting my sister and we went here for our little bonding time. We both got shellac manis and deluxe pedis. The techs worked on us at the same time and they were all very friendly and attentive. My shellac is on its second week now and still looks great. Mrs Trang - the owner was so nice !!!! This salon really deserves a 0. I gave this nail salon 3 chances and they failed every time. The first time I went, the overlay near my cuticles was so rough as my nails grew out. Then the next time I went to get a refill the girl asked where you get your nails done, as if they did a horrible job. I told her here. She then said I'll fix this. Well she did, however within a week I had two nails to pop off. On my third visit, I had given up on them as far as doing my nails. I wanted the nails removed and I got a pedicure. I got the most expensive pedicure with the hot rocks and etc. He put a lot into massaging my legs, but little time into the pedicure. He did not scrub my feet like I expected. Then when he polished my toenails I asked for lines across my big toe. One toe was perfect. The other one was not straight. When I pointed that out to him he said I'll give you a discount because he was too lazy to do it over being that I got gel polish. Then when he took my nails off he cut me trying to remove the nails and damaged my nails so bad. The gash was so deep I could not get it to stop bleeding. The manager had to get me some bacteria ointment and a bandage. I will not be returning to this nail salon for nothing else. It's horrible that Pine Bluff doesn't have any good nail salons. I try my best to support the businesses here but most of them have horrible customer service that I refuse to pay for.Read Less

Worst experience ever , my first time there it took them an hour and 30 mins to do my nails and I stayed an extra 30 minutes to get my nails fixed and by the owner and she rushed me off and didn't send me off satisfied. Second time here and service was horrible. The first time was for a pedicure and that was ok. This time I got a full set and I regret it. When the girl ripped off a nail that she'd glued down even though it was obviously too big from the beginning, I should've gotten up and left then ! She tried to force me into paying an extra $8 for gel polish after I refused several times. She charged $5 extra for the shape (which was not executed well). My left index fingernail is bent AND crooked! To top off the rudeness and horrible job, the owner sprayed my nails with enamel dryer and told me to leave without even checking to see if they were nearly dry. Needless to say as SOON as I walked out and to the restroom my polish was destroyed! I said all this to say unless you want to spend extra money to get pathetic service and then have to fix your nails yourself DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! Read Less
