I just got my nails and pedicure done last night and I had a bad experience with that services which made me feel bad and it wasn’t up to the mark.. I asked one particular kind of but the lady who did for me was rushing as if she needs to go somewhere and the final result was messed up. I dint expect it would be like that. When we try to communicate they don’t understand at all and at the same time they start teaching us as if we don’t know anything. Please do consider this and try to resolve issues like this. I would like to state that this is my second time to this location. I showed up at this location at 11:45 Am. At this time there were approximately 4 people in front of me. I kindly told the gentleman that was checking people in that I needed to soak my shellac off and get a shellac color change. He said no worry we will take care of you. As they started to call the people back that were there before me I asked the gentleman how long will it be before I can start soaking off my nails. An hour later, he called me back about 12:45 PM and said we are ready for you. The gentleman that he told me to sit with had a client in his seat (whom by the way came after I did). He came over and filled my nails and fold me I needed to soak for 5 mins and that it would come off. 10 mins later I asked him how much so I could leave because I was pressed for time. He came over and threw a towel and me and said “don’t worry you don’t have to pay me.” I asked him why and he said I could just leave. He said you are being mean and not nice, you see we are busy. I explained to him that not once did I yell or scream. I politely asked could I pay because I had to leave soon. He walked away and went back to his client. Very unprofessional and rude. The experience you get here depends on who does your nails or feet , I have had one good experience and one not so great visit. But the last time I went there my nail polish came off the next day although we tried to be carful with it. Read Less

A waste of money. I was there yesterday. My nails are lifting and feet still need a pedicure. So I think I'll be doing my own pedicure and nails again. They need to shutdown. I might contact the board on this business like I did with Nail Tech. Read Less
