I decided to give this place a second chance after a horrible first experience. The second experience was probably even worse. I sat in the pedicure chair for over 45 minutes with my feet shriveled up in icy cold water waiting for someone to begin my mani/pedi. My daughter arrived with me; her pedicure and manicure were completely done before anyone even started on mine. I patiently watched as clients came and went. The nail tech finally arrived to begin preparing my nails to remove the shellac that I was wearing from my normal salon, which should have been done as soon as I sat in the chair. I asked why has it taken so long to get to me? He informed me that he had to take care of clients who had appointments before me. If they had appointments why were they signing in, and why did they even bother to take me back to attempt my pedicure? I waited another 20 minutes before he returned to begin my pedicure. After finishing my pedicure he diluted the shellac color that I chose for my manicure. My nails look as though someone who was in training did them. No apologies were made for it taking 2 1/2 hours to complete my services and no discounts were offered. I highly recommend anyone considering this place to reconsider. I'm only rating them with a one star because I can't give a review without selecting at least one. The salon is dirty and cluttered, and I didn't even realize until I left that none of the tools he used on my nails were sterilized. I pray that I don't end up with a fungus. I will not give this salon a third chance.

Most of my nails were shaped differently. Some was missing a noticeable amount of acrylic on the sides and polish. When I asked him to fix it he continued finishing my nails without correcting them and covering up errors with heavy amounts of polish which took a long time to dry. He didn't file any of my nails on the sides before polishing them, which resulted in me having to pull my skin from the acrylic after they dried. One nail has a heavy odd about acrylic on it. Two fingers acrylic chip on of the top of the nail and he filed one down leaving the nail very high on one side and really low on the other. The other nail he covered with polish leaving a rough polish. I asked #9 to make the corrections that were needed and he replied, "the next time you come in request someone else, you are are too picky" and did not correct anything. I didn't request him, I was just next in line, unfortunately. This was truly a piss poor job. #9 was rude and did an awful job. Management was pretty rude as well. I gave one star because I had to to leave this review.

Took my daughter to get a set of nails because she made A’s & B’s in school. When we got there the guy rushed to do her nails, had the acrylic thick and the polish job was rushed. This wouldn’t be my first choice. Other customer nails looked awesome... I just guess he was in a rush. No bueno

I gave them 2 stars because I didn't have to wait. But the girl who did my nails basically just trashed my nails. The were not the same length, she didn't polish my whole nail, and when I asked her to fix it , she had an attitude about it and once she did they still weren't all the way polished. She usually sits at station #6. Also when I walked in I was asked what I wanted and when they couldn't understand one of the guys that does pedicures was pushy like I'm taking too long to tell them. Not going back.

I went there a little late around 8 o'clock and everyone was very professional. They were packed so of course it was a little wait which I didn't mind. I got a pedicure and gel nails with designs on both my hands and feet. They didn't rush on my nails. They took their time and did a wonderful job. I would go back recommend others every time!

I visited this location on yesterday because I received gift cards for mother's day. Let's start with the 20 minute wait. I didn't have problem with that because it was people in the pedicure chairs. Now, its my turn to get a pedicure. They guy that serviced me was not friendly at all. I asked can I buy the polish I was getting because I seen extras in the case they have so you can purchase polish. So he ask the other lady of course in their language and then come back and says no we don't have another one in that color. I just simply say OK. Then he said let me see your gift cards he took them and said you want to use both Today I said yes..just give me the $30 duluxe pedicure because the sign clearly says $30 he said no its $38 I said OK..so he starts and kept staring at me weirdly and basically rushes through my pedicure it took him 15 minutes to complete and all the ladies that was before me was still in the chair after I was done..I never had a 15 minute pedi. And to top it off he wouldn't put oil on my feet or legs like they usually do after any pedi he said no lotion for you.....his attitude turned really sour after I told him I didn't want my nails done and will go somewhere else...I will never go back in there. And he cut my toe nails to short after I told him not too...I would've got my nails done and tested the services out if he wasn't a butthole. _1st and last time I will ever go to them...

On mine he did it so quick it don't fully look like the picture I showed him. I paid $105.00 for both of us to have it done. I still even have acrylic under my nail. Will NEVER go back!!!

I think she did a great job and was very friendly :) I'm going back tomorrow for an overlay & shellac. She even did a consultation with me on my nails & we discussed my future visit. As a cosmetologist who knows the business, I'd say she did an awesome job!

I went last Thursday night to get a french manicure on fingers and toes just paint nothing els. Cost me $38 I guess I should've ask how much first obviously I didn't realize how expensive it was there...

Cost me $38 I guess I should've ask how much first obviously I didn't realize how expensive it was there. The girl who did it was very rude as if I had ruled her night although they didn't close for 2 more hours. But there was a guy working that looked over at some point and said "hello having a good evening? " and that was nice it made me feel less unwanted. It's not been a week yet and my french manicure looks like crap I will be removing the paint now.....hopefully you'll find a better experience

I just got a deluxe pedi from Jennifer and she gives the best pedi/leg massage. They have great massage chairs and it is very clean inside. $30 for regular and $40 for deluxe pedi.

I showed up without an apointment at about 1030. Got a shellac manicure and a herb pedicure. Half way through my pedi another customer came in and he went to go fix her for about 20 minutes. Place was relatively clean. My toe nail polish got destroyed, but shellac manicure was great.

I went here today for the first time and had just a so-so experience. I walked in without an appointment around 4:30pm and was seen right away. I started with a pedicure, which was pretty good and standard for a place like this. Something new that I've never seen before were the hot stones they used on my feet and legs, which was nice. However, I had a completely opposite experience when it came to my manicure. I asked for my old gel (shellac) to be taken off and to reapply in a french manicure. My nails were cut too short to begin with and it seemed like the manicurist didn't know what he was doing the whole time. He even used the wrong polish for the white tips at first, and I had to inform him that it was not correct. The process took a long time and I am not pleased with the final product on my fingernails and will not be returning. Pricing: $40 for gel set, $25 pedicure. If you're just looking for a pedicure I would recommend this place for a quick stop in, other than that, I'm sure there's better in the area.

I decided to give this place a second chance after a horrible first experience. The second experience was probably even worse.
