The interior was lovely and a few of the people were very nice. I had the SNS dip done on 2/18. They had to redo my pinky nail twice because they kept getting a bump on top like a grain of salt. After the 2nd redo, it now had a hump from uneven filing, but I felt bad asking for them to fix it. I've had a lot of trouble with lifting on the edges already and cracks across the surface. I've also had chunks of it come off completely. A quarter of the polish on my index finger came off on Saturday (3/3), less than two weeks after having them done. I do not normally write reviews but this place has been awful. my friend and I came in last week to get our nails done. they started on mine and said they’d be back in a minute to finish and I had to wait until after they were done with my friends full set while there were a few employees sitting on their phones talking. by the time I got home, one of my nails already cracked, so I went back the following day. mind you, I get SNS over my real nails and i have never had it cr...ack. she fixed it within two minutes and sent me on my way. it looked awful. it has since been a week and two of my actual nails have broken off and four others have cracked down the middle. I called and explain and they apologized and told me to come in to fix them for free. I picked out the color for my nails and when he started it was completely different from what i chose so I asked to look for new. apparently i was taking too long even though he kept saying take your time, so they had a lady stand over me asking why I didn’t choose yet. and then grabbed the first color I picked up, said it would be pretty, and took them from me. I decided to try this place out with a friend last week. It was both of our first time trying SNS, and we were pretty excited. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. The technicians were awful. They judged us for not getting acrylics and were playing on their phones the entire time. They did not pay any attention to what they were doing at all. My friends nails were lumpy and stuck to her hand. She went back the next day to get hers fixed, but I was heading out of town. I would have lived with mine, but my nails started chipping literally a day later. Honestly, the biggest waste of money. For over $40, the nails should last more than 1 day. Absolutely the best pedicure I have EVER had! I came in pretty late, after 630 and they closed at 730 but they were so welcoming! Complimentary wine while a waited in the massage chair. I went in for a gel polish. The ladies weren’t talkative and it was fairly obvious I wasn’t a priority. She had a lady behind me who was a regular and she only took about 10 mins to do my whole painting. Which made me feel very uncomfortable and in the way. My biggest concern was I had on regular polish on when I came in. I noticed about one layer into my polish that I had some remaining polish from my previous manicure. I asked if we could remove the dark red color from the nail(now gold glitter). The lady(Bella) told me I should have gotten a manicure and that she would not remove the leftover color from my nail. She stated that I should not have worn color in if I didn’t want a manicure. I’m so disappointed in my nails. I know I won’t ever go here again. Neither will my sister in law who went with me. I really hate to give such a low rating but after my last visit it's well deserved.....I have been coming to this nail salon for about 8 months or so and prior to my recent experience the service has been awesome so awesome I have purchased several (6 of more) gift cards for clients and friends...This evening I rushed from one of my three jobs to get pedicure and SNS fill in...I arrived at 645pm after realizing the salon closed at 730pm I asked the young lady that was assigne...d to do my nails if I needed to come back at a later time she replied no...so I proceeded to get a pedicure...another staff member asked me to soak my nails while I was getting a pedicure I kindly declined bc it takes away from the experience of a relaxing pedicure...after my pedicure was completed the owner asked me to come back tomorrow bc it would take another hour to complete my services (which would make it 830pm)..I explained to him that it would be a major inconvenience to come back bc I have work and a 6am flight to catch Friday...he replied I understand but we are closed now....I think its unprofessional to start a service and ask the client to come back another day in order for you to finish the service....so I will have to find somewhere else to spend my hard earned money😐 See More Read Less
