Let’s start by saying I wouldn’t give this place any stars if I could. I’ve been a customer here for a while now I don’t have any complaints as far as their work what I do have an issue with is the poor condition of the place. The majority of the chairs used for pedicures don’t work properly, they don’t massage your back like they should and the staff gets angry and rude when you complain. For the last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had the same problem. The last drop that made the water spill was the unexpected 3% charge of my total just for using my debit card. I mean really? The card processing company doesn’t even charge them that much even if they did that’s the owners expense for running a business!! It shouldn’t come out of the customer’s pocket!! They should at least warn you before you get the service done but no the only ONE sign it’s in the back and they keep moving it back and forth cause everyone keeps asking what the service fee charge is for. Bottom line I don’t recommend this place I’m not coming back! Their prices are already high enough to have to pay an extra card fee as well! Reg pedicure starts at $30 Keep in mind with the broken chairs you don’t even get the full experience you’re expecting. Also be ware of the old almost dry nail polishes they’re using lately. Paid $30 for acrylic and #1 they didn't clip or file her nails down, #2 cut her cuticles, #3they didn't make the nails even on both hands, she was on the phone the whole time. I won’t be going back to best nails In Mccain mall I went and got a set about a month ago and the girl that did my set she filled my nails too much on the sides and when I asked her about it she says because I have big fingers which to me that’s rude! Here recently less than a week I go and get a fill I had a guy at table 13 who did a horrible job he also filled the sides of my nails too much so when your looking at my nails you can see on the sides they are filled too much to where they are slanted. Today was my first time visiting this salon. The lady at the front desk was very kind so I thought for sure it would be place that I would be returning to. The lady that did my pedicure and manicure didn't try to make conversation or even look at me. I just felt that the customer service is lacking in this place. She was very rushed. I know time is money but you also need to try your best to keep your customers happy and go out of your way to make them remember you so that they will return. Overall my pedicure and manicure were Fair. I have one large cut on my finger and 2 nails that are not the same as the others. Really disappointed today...I got the dipped nails, I felt rushed. My nails were not washed or soaked, I have polish all over my nail and finger. The tech kept looking out the door like he was expecting someone. He didn't use any lotion and damn near took off the tip of my thumb with the cuticle pliers. I am a beauty professional myself and the service I received was a pedicure. In my establishment I stress customer service. The guy at table 3 did not greet me at all. Not even a Hello. The only time I heard him say anyting was "Pay me Now" after he was done. I am a big tipper when getting serviced. I tip off of your energy. He gave me none ,,so he got nothing but $30 for the service . Then after he came back and gave me my card, he walked away and went back to station 3. I will never come here again! My daughter and I were here during the day on a week day so it was not crowded at all. They did not give our feet any time at all to soak then rushed thru the whole pedicure. Once they were done the girl picked my purse up, threw it in my lap, and said "you pay now!" She gave us no time for the polish to dry at all! And there was absolutely nobody waiting on chairs! She also smudged my big toe putting my sandal on since there was no time given for them to dry. The people who worked there were very nice ...however six days after my nails are done two cracked and one just fell off ...I'm a headstart teacher so I don't have a hard job ...nothing to break my nails.....They were poorly done. Poor service, specially the man that did my sister's pedicure. He kept telling her not to move eventhough she's not moving and not even putting the separator in between the toes to secure the polish before they apply it. But instead he put it after he applied the polish and her toes look like a mess. Even my daughter can do polish like that. Not all the nails are painted well and he's like a first timer in this salon but it's not. We asked for his name and they dont give it to us, they go by number only. The lady in the front said she dont know his name and only know the number. And guess what? His number is 8. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO COME HERE. IT IS A MESS!!! I have been to this place a total of 5 times, the first 3 times were great. The 4th time the service was very rushed, my shellac manicure which usually last two weeks started to chip within a week. Now to my 5th visit I am currently 4months pregnant, the nail tech (who was a guy) starts to ask me questions about my baby which I don't mind (gender, how far along, blah blah). He then asks if I'm married or have a boyfriend. I go on to tell him I have a boyfriend. He then asks if I know who the father of my child is. I tell him in a very sarcastic/calm voice yes I sure do. I went to get my nails done and I was very satisfied with how they looked and how fast he, the one at table 16, worked. I left a tip and went home happy. Well two days go buy and two of nails crack. The slightest little tug from my hair made my nails crack 😡 I went back and they looked at me crazy when I requested that I get them redone free of charge. And I politely explained that I wouldn't be there bothering them if my nails were done right. So they I have wait for what seemed like 20 minutes for the same guy who initially did my nails. I have been going here for many years, and have always had a pretty good experience. I went in today and it was absolutely the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I arrived around 7:40 PM and was done with both of my services by 8:05. I felt they were rushing so they could leave, however they don't even close until 9:00. My nail tech was very rough on my cuticles and even tried to apply nail polish without even taking off the polish I had on prior. My daughter also had a manicure today and was cut pretty badly by her technician. I was very disappointed to say the least and probably will not bring my business here again. Read Less

If you want poor rushed service come here ! I came here to get a pedicure and the chair that they sat me in a broke chair that did not work and then want to say oh we can move you ! They should've never sat me in that seat in the first place. And then I ask for coffin and the bxtch gave me square nails and then still charged me for coffin and the whole time they just laughing every time I had something. This has always been my favorite place to go to get my nails and toes done. Yesterday I was quite disappointed with my pedicure. The man who did mine also did my nails. He was super rough through both despite me telling him he was cutting my cuticles too close. My feet today are not smooth like they normally are. I know they have gone through some changes here, hopefully since they are raising the prices and starting to charge for every little thing, they will get back to the service they used to have. I had taken my 11 and 13 year old granddaughters in to have a hand spa day and they immediately separated us, then when my granddaughters asked for a design (unknown by me as we were separated)they nail specialist did not come ask if it was approved! Instead they took the word of a minor and did the job then expected me to pay for it! The designs were not that great and they didn't  even include a simple hand / arm massage. I was pleasantly surprised that it included not only a great manicure that took care of my cuticles with a nice long-lasting polish, but also a hand and arm massage. I went to get a pedicure with my mom and the customer service was horrible. When my mom got her pedicure the guy who did it didn't do all the steps she paid for - the tropical paradise. Then, when he did her French pedicure he didn't do it evenly and when we asked for him to fix it he walked away and ignored my mom. Then, his girlfriend told me that I need to tell my mom to be patient they are busy. First of all, you never tell a customer you are too busy when they come to your business every other week. Secondly, you talk to the customer not the daughter. I thinking about finding another place to get my pedi and mani done. So I just walked in and asked them to file my nails down and they said they don't do that here because I'm not getting a fill...I don't need a fill I just wanted my nails filed shorter. WOW! I came here because they have the little girl pedicure chair. My daughter loves to get services with me... I dont know what it is but this is my second time in a row coming here dissatisfied. They convinced me to do a sugar scrub on my feet which cost a little higher but she rushed through my pedicure. On top of that she was skipping steps.. like the most important one removing callus by doing a scrub and using the proper tools. When I mentioned this to her she told me I didn...'t need it.. but that was my main purpose for coming. Long story short if you're going to do a job do it right.I walked out the same way I walked in... actually my feet a rougher and Im irritated that I spent that much for nothing. I went to this salon 1/23/16 to get a pedicure and a fill. Pedicure was great! As for my nails.. He didn't listen to what I wanted as far as the thickness. He said they were too thin and would break. Mind you, I had this set for 4 weeks and didn't have an issue with that until AFTER he filled them. Got a gel polish and the very next day the polish on my thumb was coming up and the gel was still wet underneath the polish!! A week later I have 5 peeling nails and a broken one. My wife and I have gone there every month for the past year. The last two times have not been great. We always get the Tropical package for our feet. Last time the girl nearly scraped the hide off both my big toes and last night 17 July the blonde girl was clipping my toe nail and pinched the toe next to it. When I said ouch and jumped I said you pinched my other toe. (No blood was drawn) she said "no...I did not do that see": Well this morning there is a nick from her... pinching mytoe. The girl working on my wife seemed like she was in a bad space and was not every talkative when Shari asked questions. Last night they seemed really un organized and my girl seemed like she was in a hurry to get away from me. When I tried to pay at cash register, the gentleman running the front didn't even acknowledge me. At least could have said you have to wait for your nail person to take you money or something. Just seem like they had no patience with what they were doing. They do a good job on coloring nails, but every time we go in the tropical Package and the way they do things to changes. So not sure how it is suppose to go. Bottom line, they are good and their work is good....but lately we have had some bad business. I think out of all the times we have gone there were only two times we were told they appreciate our business and come back. I've been here twice now and I think this was the last time. They rush people in and out too quickly.  My first set of acrylics I got here lifted around the cuticles after just a few days and the second visit was to have my overlays filled and new shellac put on. When she removed my red shellac she didn't get it all off so when she applied the new pale pink there were spots or red showing through. Just carelessness.
