I absolutely love this nail salon. I've been to many salons around the area, and also in Little Rock and North Little Rock. They take their time and ensure your nails/toenails are done to perfection. Ben is the best nail tech. The facility is clean, the tools are sanitized, and staff is friendly. I am VERY picky about details, especially nail filing. I would and have recommended this place of business to anyone.

I haven’t been to this nail salon in a while , but I can tell some things has changed. I normally go to the nail shop out on Chenal in the promenade, but Angel nails was closer to my house. When I first walked in I was not greeted and was told that I should go some where else because they were “busy” (which they were not) . Luckily I was off from work and had no other plans made out for the day otherwise I would have spent my money somewhere else to receive better service; overall I did not feel welcomed and the staff is very rude. If I can give less than one star I MOST DEFINITELY would! I will no longer suppprt Angel Nails on Crystal Hill.

If I could rate it less than one star I would. Customer service is awful very slow while no one else is even in there. Very disrespectful and rude. Spend your money somewhere else.

The wait was very short for a Saturday morning. Very short wait. Place is super clean. They did a good job. We will be back again. Convenient location. People must not know about them yet.

My daughter and I have enjoyed going to this nail spa. Lauren and Kentresia are wonderful to work with. Marie has did a pedicure for me and she was very nice as well. I have not had any bad dealing...
My daughter and I have enjoyed going to this nail spa. Lauren and Kentresia are wonderful to work with. Marie has did a pedicure for me and she was very nice as well. I have not had any bad dealings with the manager. The spa is always nice and clean which is great. This is our go to place. Thanks!!

They are really rude. They don't welcome you when you walk in. I have NEVER went to a nail shop and asked for 3 manicures for my daughters and I and they told me they couldnt do our nails. They told us to go to Crystal nails(which I HATE). There were no one waiting in line, just us. I will not step foot in that unwelcoming place again.

I will never use this nail salon again!! I was the first customer there on a Saturday morning. Three different people started on me but no one finished. The manager was very rude and I felt rushed. When I asked him if he felt rushed, he told me that that was how he worked and he suggested that I leave. Try Le Nails. They welcomed me with open arms!

The guy did my nails. I will never go back! While he was filing my nails he was also filing the tips of my fingers. He was in such a hurry he was man handling me and got offended when I asked him to please be more careful while showing the cut he made on my finger while filing. He said sorry in a rude manner and asked me to pay. I am a good customer but I will never be a customer to that place again. That is bad business.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I've been to many salons around the area, and also in Little Rock and North Little Rock. They take their time and ensure your nails/toenails are done to perfection. Ben is the best nail tech. The facility is clean, the tools are sanitized, and staff is friendly. I am VERY picky about details, especially nail filing. My daughter and I have enjoyed going to this nail spa. Lauren and Kentresia are wonderful to work with. Marie has did a pedicure for me and she was very nice as well. I have not had any bad dealings with the manager. The spa is always nice and clean which is great. This is our go to place. Thanks!!

They are really rude. They don't welcome you when you walk in. I have NEVER went to a nail shop and asked for 3 manicures for my daughters and I and they told me they couldnt do our nails. They told us to go to Crystal nails(which I HATE). There were no one waiting in line, just us. I will not step foot in that unwelcoming place again.
